My second order from Brazos, first went well (small order of in stock promo products).Present order placed on 7/12. Credit card charged Immediately. Some items in stock, some back order. Received partial order on 8/14. Phone call placed on 8/4 but wasnt answered. Answering machine from Brazos requested to send email instead. My email was not answered. My order comments were not answered. I did call in roughly two weeks after order and the girl who I spoke with was very nice and helpful.Disappointed on this second order. I understand youre behind, under staffed, and beyond busy and youre doing your best, but I feel the ball was dropped.
