Man these people are awesome! I called yesterday morning and they came out to take a look within 2 hours. Then they fixed the glass the next morning. It was a total of a 24 hour turn around. They texted me all along the way to keep me updated. The repair man was very nice and let my 3 year old son watch him work, which will be the highlight of his day.I can’t recommend them enough. So great!

Glass Doctor answered my initial contact promptly. Came out and gave me a very reasonable quote to replace one pane of an oversized patio door. Said it would take 10-14 days. Ended up being 13. Communication was fantastic through the entire process from the lady in the office to the technicians who came out Both times. I had tried 2 other companies previously and neither one bothered to return my calls. Extremely pleased with Glass Doctor. Whole process took just over 2 weeks. Installers were very thorough and did fantastic cleanup. Highly recommend for glass repair!!

Ive used GDFW since 2006 and always have a great experience.September, 2021 I needed several thermopane glasses replace on my home. We set up an appointment, technician arrived on time, measure and provided me a quote that was competitive.I was advised it would take a 7-10 days to get the glass ordered and they would call me to schedule. 5 days later, they called, had the glass and we scheduled appointment. Installation date, tech got delayed at another site, called me to advise he would be an hour late and if he could still do the installation that day. Now That A Terrific Customer Experience.Install completed, tech cleaned up, I paid by CC and the experience was exceptional. Highly Recommended.RB

I called and within a week I had the technician at my house to take care of moving a 7 foot long mirror (and some others), during a bathroom gut that the contractor did not want to handle! The field tech, Mr Todd, was very courteous, knowledgeable and highly skilled. The work for our two window pane replacements was completed in less than half an hour.

The front office was very hard to contact--phone calls not returned, emails not responded to, and apparent over-booking.The gentlemen who came out and did the measurement and installation were very, very good, and very professional, They are good at what they do-even to cleaning up the glass shards that had been showering on my patio of ever!

Glass Doctor came out to do measurements on my enclosed patio of 13 windows I was scheduled once the windows was supposed to come in which was supposed to be in a few weeks. Those weeks turned out to be months the project started in September and was completed and just 5 days ago.It was chaos once the windows came in the 1 st time they scheduled me and then happened to find out I needed a different type of vinyl around the windows so they left and said they call me once the vinyl was in. This took weeks then weeks turn to months when I called to see about the material they said it was in someone should have called me. Then I got scheduled in, but then they call me and they couldnt find my windows. So now I was delayed again it was chaos I was so frustrated with them because I was already paying for these windows since I paid him in a credit I was glad that I didnt pay them in full as I planned. Well then another few months went and here we are in February the end of February after the snow storm they came out and they had everything they needed but they ran out of the vinyl again so they installed a few windows left and came back a few days later and finally got all the windows finished last week of February. It was crazy this literally too long September October-November December January February. Well I have to say regardless of my frustration and all that was going on which I know it wasnt intentional but I do have to give them credit they were very patient with me when I was angry with them and I was trying to be understanding about all this. Regardless of all my delays I will hire them again because they were in time they were courteous they were respectful and understanding. Now I have to say how can 13 windows glass be misplaced?Well my windows are done they look beautiful and they did an awesome job very clean they didnt make a mess they respected my request and I will hire them again, I highly recommend them theyre good regardless of my unique situation. I can see so clear they are beautiful and they did a GREAT job!They even met me a few days later to do a inspection because I wasnt there when glad was installed.Joe was very respectful courteous and he went over my windows and cleaned them as well took some residue out and they followed all the covid requirements by wearing their mask. I would give them a five rating star but because of my situation and the delayed I still gave them a four star rating.

We have used Glass Doctor two times in the past three years. We replaced double pane window glass that was no longer effective. Instead of making costly window replacements Glass Doctor suggested only replacing the window glass that were no longer effective. They saved us a lot of money and spared us from replacing 7 windows we didn’t need to have replaced. All we needed to do was replace the glass panels. Thank you Glass Doctor. Also, every staff member we have dealt with from office staff and installers, have been superb. They are all very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I wouldn’t recommend them. I scheduled an appointment days in advance they didn’t show up. My job wasn’t big enough for them to honor their appointment.

We found a bathroom mirror had come off the wall and shattered when it fell. Glass Doctor was helpful in making a correct replacement, and was able to install it a week earlier than expected.

We had two companies quote our job and the Glass Doctor was on-time, polite/professional and affordable. (The other company was NOT on-time and in fact and quoted nearly double the price of the Glass Doctor.) The Glass Doctor continued to exceed, by installing the custom window 5 days before their promise date. I liked the fact that the installer wore shoe coverings inside the house. The price was 30% less than the other quote I received, and the quote estimator (I forgot his name, sorry) was prompt and friendly. I immediately booked an appointment to get my panes fixed.Jesus & Jaime were my installation technicians, and they were great. I really appreciate how excellent of a job they did, and how hard they worked to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. They installed 5 panes in 3 different types of windows, and they did it quickly, even though the windows were quite old and needed a lot of work. Very happy with the whole experience!I hope not to have broken windows any time soon, but if I do, I know who to call. You guys are great! My pain is gone...

Horrible company. Came to my home and quoted me $480 ish for the work. I said book it and they came back after that and doubled the quote. Called customer service dealt with Liz who promised to get back to me. I have called her twice since with no response. And this is a manger it’s no wonder it’s inefficient. Would not recommend using them unless you have hours of your life to waste on the phone. We have since booked the job with someone else. We are paying $877 with the new company. It was never about the amount of the quote but how unprofessional it is to 1) double someone’s quote after you say book the job and 2) to have a company with managers that can’t be bothered to call you back and offer any type of explanation
