Literally cannot recommend Damele enough!This was our last stop on a very long dress shopping day. I was drained, exhausted and feeling rather defeated. She asked me what I had tried on, what I liked, what I didn’t like, and started pulling dresses. I was feeling overwhelmed because after 2 other stores, was she really going to have something different?! UM YES.Reasons you should make this a definite stop during your dress shopping process:1. She carries unique styles. You aren’t going to come across the same dresses you will at other stores.2. Her price point is fabulous!3. She just KNOWS. I was so impressed with her ability to take my gibberish and find exactly what I wanted (even though I didn’t know I would even like that style)!5. The quality of dresses she carries is MUCH higher than the competition.4. The process is enjoyable. It is about YOU. Stress free, intimate. No distractions. Nothing taking away from the process.We truly had so much fun, and I am so thankful we added Damele to our list! ❤️

I met the new owner, Candice, at an open house at my wedding venue and she was so sweet and a had a beautiful dress on display, so I booked an appointment with her. My appointment was yesterday and I had such an amazing time! She was knowledgeable, I told her what I liked and she helped me pull several different beautiful dresses to try on. She was so welcoming and helpful and she made the entire appointment so much fun. I highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back to check out all of the new inventory!

I LOVE Brides & Beaux!!!Carla is the best! She has helped me time and time again find the best look for my special events. Their special occasion dresses are very unique. My initial experience over the phone was lovely, however when I arrived at the store I found they did not have a very large selection. However, the small selection is not the main reason for the two star review. The main reason for the two star review is the customer service. I dont appreciate rude remarks behind my back while Im still in the store. At least wait until I leave.

Excellent customer service. No high pressure sales. Very helpful. Variable prices depending on what youre looking for. Some expensive, some very reasonable. This is not a discount store, but if youre looking for quality for that special occasion, this is the place to go.

I visited this store several times with my friends and the customer service was top notch. The staff and the owner were there each time and they were welcoming and involved with the process. We visited numerous other store before and after visiting this store and we gladly finally chose the dress from them.

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! I had the pleasure of working with Candice and her wonderful mother while I was on my wedding dress journey! Believe it or not, Damele Bridal (formally Brides & Beaux) was my first stop in the wedding dress hunt! I had to look no further! Candice was super professional and helpful and made me feel at ease during the whole process. At no time did I ever feel rushed to find/try on dresses to fit her schedule. She took all the time required to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Prices arent outrageous and the quality is fantastic! I highly recommend you check out Damele Bridal first!

Not only did I find the perfect dress for my black tie event; the kind, caring, lovely ladies at Brides & Beaux took the time to have the dress fitted to me the same day. Not an easy task. It was perfect, beautiful and amazing!

FYI - THERE ARE NEW OWNERS IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS SO ALL REVIEWS PRIOR ARE NOT THE CURRENT OWNERS !!!LOOKING FOR A WEDDING DRESS FOR MY DAUGHTER LAST WEEK.The thought of doing this was both exciting and intimidating. Once we entered the Bridal Store in Colleyville I started to relax. Candice and Gloria could not have been more helpful. Their expertise was obvious and after trying about six dresses we found the perfect dress. What a relief. What a wonderful experience. Thank you soo much ladies. We appreciate you so much.

Wonderful experience and got a great deal. This is not a national chain so that had a lot of dressed the other stores did not have. Some of the most beautiful and unique things I saw anywhere. Very knowlege.

I was really thrilled to find out this place had the exact dress I was looking for. Upon arriving for my appointment, things seemed fine and my eyes lit up seeing the dress. Upon stepping out to the floor, I had my phone in hand as during my entire dress experience, I had been sending photos to my mother that did not live locally and was unable to be with me. I was very rudely asked umm what are you doing with your phone in your hand? I exclaimed that I was hoping to be able to take some pictures to send to her, we dont allow pictures until you purchase the dress. Was never notified of this prior to putting the dress on until it was just awkward in front of other customers. This would have been nice to be told up front and not given the attitude in front of other customers. Needless to say, after them being pushy about buying the dress, I left and found a different boutique in 3 hours that didnt even carry the dress that I ordered from and received far better customer service! Pleased to have not continued to do business with this boutique!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & the worst experience ever! The two owners act like you are an inconvenience to them, they are not helpful or even polite. They are only concerned with taking your payment. Make SURE you read the contract IN DETAIL. They make mistakes and do not take ownership. Shop at YOUR OWN RISK!

I bought my 25th, wedding anniversary wedding dress from this bridal boutique. It took over a mouth after the due DATE for the dress to arrive. Prior to the dressing arriving I called asking when the dress will arrive, but the customer service I received was inappropriate. I was told if they receive the dress they will call me, but the way it was expressed sounded like I have no right to be calling to find out when my dressing will arrive. When the dress finally arrive the first thing that the owner said was that she was going to charge my credit card account without me seeing the dress. Finally, after spending over $1500.00, I had to buy a garment bag for my dress. I receive no apology for my dress being late. This is a very poor customer service.

HORRIBLE customer service and overpriced dresses. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Wedding dress shopping is supposed to be fun and magical and this place RUINED that for us.
