Terry was one of the most helpful and honest employees I have ever met and he exceeded all my expectations. Karl with a K was very knowledgeable, kept my family entertained, and made the long process super fun. He did all this while still finding us the best deals and being very up front and honest with things! He set my kids (both under 10) up with a kids movie when we began so they were occupied, found the best things that worked with our family needs, and was just a BLAST to speak with. Karl was very easy going and the perfect mixture of laid back and professional!

03/10/21 Update**Well nothing is actually free, that “free” phone that Walter talked me into getting for buying the new Samsung s21, is a $180 installment plan and the worst phone EVER. What a scam. Don’t fall for anything they say.Walter has helped me a lot every time I come to the Colleyville store. Highly recommend talking to him and getting what you need, he’ll take care of you. Very knowledgeable, patient, & caring, Went in and got exactly what I wanted plus he hooked me up with a deal, Thanks Walter for coming in and helping me out. I’ll definitely be back to see you when I upgrade my iPhone soon.

Karl with a K is one of the best representatives of a company that Ive dealt with in a long time! He listened to what we needed and laid out all our options available in our price range; he was never pushy, very patient with us, and talked to us on a personal level rather than being talked at by a salesman. That was the first time Ive actually had a good time setting up a new phone account. Karl with a K earned my business for AT&T...I live 5 hours from Colleyville and called him to upgrade my service rather than dealing with salesmen in my town or on the phone. Everyone in the Colleyville store was helpful, entertaining, and professional. Definitely give this little store a visit if youre in need of anything AT&T related, they will definitely take care of you! Anyone in there will take care of you, but give Karl (with a K) a shout out

I had a great experience with Brandon and the others at this AT&T store in Colleyville. No wait time, knowledgeable staff, and they were very friendly. Not only did they lower my plan - without me asking - but my new phone is great, and has all of the apps and data that my old phone had, and more. Highly recommend.

Austin drove over an hour to install my att cable tv for my elderly family. He wouldn’t accept a cash tip. I didn’t know customer service like this still exist.

Came in to the store, I saw one of the employees wearing flip flops, sweatpants and a jacket. I could not get his name because he did not have a name tag on but I thought it was very unprofessional.
