Love this Whole Foods! Everyone is always very welcoming & friendly. Coffee/juice bar has some amazing drinks to try. Amazon returns is very convenientFruits n veggies always fresh. So many goodies I find every time!

This store is very clean, and nicely organized. Some of the staff said this is a smaller store, but I felt it was larger. Maybe because it is clean and organized, makes it feel that way. 😁 I was able to find some good food choices tonight, in particular vegan food! I will definitely come again. I would like to comment on my experience with customer service yesterday. The service I received from Chris the manager exceeded my expectations. I had never met him before but he treated me like a loyal customer. What I liked the most was the initiative that he took in resolving my problem and his attention to detail.Thank you again for such a positive experience.Its people like you and Mitchell and Cathy in Deli, who make it worth the drive from Saginaw.

I am getting 2 Vegan pizza pies its a prime 2fer I am disappointed because someone bought all the Hooray vegan bacon before I got off work.I otherwise would have given my 5 star. The associates are very friendly and helpful even when you need assistance 😁. The atmosphere is so pleasant I would stay and eat here but, I must take the pies home and share with my family. I will have to use all my self discipline to keep from cracking a box open and eating a slice.

This store is great I buy all of my groceries at this location. Food is very fresh! The very vulgar woman who was barely wearing anything, who decided to yell profanities because she lost her car keys, not so much.

I went to buy a whole Berry Chantilly cake today. There were three or four employees at the cake/bakery counter and none of them acknowledged me. I was right in front of them and they were all talking to one another. Luckily, there were whole cakes already packaged next to the sliced cakes. Its not a big deal, but customers service needs improvement.

I go to Whole Foods mainly to return items that did not work out which we bought from Amazon. This is a convenient location to return defective or not wanted Amazon items. I have started to buy a few of their food products when they are a good value.

Honestly amazing place healthy fresh food and tons of other options quality I mean quality but just as quality entails it can also be quite pricey isnt that always true what they say folks its expensive to be healthy but also if youre looking for Miracle noodles or Bonito flakes this is the place to go

Disappointing. Utterly disappointed ☹️. I drove 20 minutes from my house to be told all of the stations such as meat, deli, bakery, pizza, and juice bar were not in service. I was really looking forward to one of their premium quality beef products and now I am empty handed with nothing to feed my family.

I love Whole Foods. I live looking for the deals for Prime Members. Their fruits and Veggies. They have cheese made with goats milk and plant based cheeses. Their traditional tuna salad is a staple in our home. Love the vibe in the store.

I have a medical exemption that prevents me from safely wearing a mask which falls under the list of exemptions ON THE GOVERNORS MASK MANDATE for the state of Texas. I have been able to shop mask-free here for the past 6 months until today, when the mask-checker would not let me in the store without a mask, even though I explained that I have an exemption. She said the rules had changed. Shame on you, Whole Foods--you are definitely NOT a health and wellness store. I wont be shopping here again, and I encourage every freedom-loving Texan to stop shopping here as well.

Really good food and products and at being healthy. You pay for it too. Wide selection you would find at any grocery store. Some if the best baked goods like cakes and cupcakes. They also have fresh buffet and pizza you can order and eat in the side restaurant slash bar. If you need any help finding what you want, the staff is super friendly!

I visit this store 3 times per week and I am always looking for Pork Potstickers, there have been NO potstickers of any kind at this location, for sale, for months. When I asked Lester about this, he was very rude and told me the store is short handed and they are doing the best they can to provide products to the customers. I was disappointed, I felt if this store is no longer offering this item, Lester, the store manager, should tell the customers.

I am a long time Whole Foods/Amazon shopper but I was very disappointed in the items that I bought for Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey gravy had mold on the top so I threw it away. The Brussel sprouts were very tough, dry and tasteless. The vegan loafs also were poorly seasoned. The turkey, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie were fine. I won’t be buying holiday dinners there again.

Lot of good variety for organic groceries. Not as much on the hot buffet line as some of the bigger stores.

Came here yesterday to get my fruits and veggies & half of their strawberries had growing mold that was certainly noticeable. & they were out of all blueberries. Green Grapes also had molding.

I love that at Whole Foods I can find products I need that I normally would only find online. They have a variety of dairy-free products, keto, paleo, etc. But also many great products you dont see in your typical grocery stores. My family has also been loving the cookies and breads from their bakery for many years! 😋 I just wish there was one closer to me! Wed definitely be shopping here more if it wasnt so far away.

I just had a terrible interaction with the manager of the Whole Foods in Colleyville. I was baby-wearing my 10 month old and my 4 year old was in the cart, and we were leaving the store after shopping and checking out. The manager seemed to be waiting for me by the doors and approached me, asking if I was aware that I must wear a mask to shop in the store (I wasn’t wearing a mask). I told him I was aware that it was a strong suggestion, but that the girl at the sanitizer station at the front hadn’t said anything and I usually didn’t have any issues when I was at other stores. I don’t wear one because I get lightheaded and nauseous when I do. He said repeatedly, “look around. EVERYONE but you is wearing a mask.” And said that I had to do was tell the girl I had a medical condition and I would have had no problems. I told him that she hadn’t said anything when I walked in so I didn’t realize it was a problem. He was combative, sarcastic, and rude. I told him I would be calling Whole Foods HQ and leaving a negative Google review, and he said “Good. I love it.” My husband and I are on first-name basis with several WF employees and we love this location. I’m very sad that the manager chose to speak to me so disrespectfully, which upset my 4 year old son. After shopping here for years, we will be taking our business elsewhere. (All for a virus that has a 99% recovery rate.)

I wouldnt buy pre-cut fruit from here. It either taste sour, not sweet, or like cleaner. The staff here isnt very welcoming; they always seem upset about something, and the cashiers dont greet/speak to you. Id rather go to another location.The good: they give you a mask and gloves(if you want) before entering. They stay stocked for the most part.

Ive been to this location about 3xs and its not bad. Im new to the area and the majority of our stores were Kroger Marketplaces. Im more of a veggie eater so I can say I dont really like the salad bar. It doesnt have enough. I do like the pizza oven. Its probably my go to pizza spot. Id have to say its the closest thing to NYC Style pizza. Anyone who knows NYC pizza knows there isnt much if none around here.

I used to like going to this store but it become a store I avoid not due to cleanliness of the stor is or staff since the store is amazing staff is wonderful but it is becuase of the darn online pickers they are rude obnoxious and will litterly step I front of you while you reaching for something on the shelf to get what they need and then look at you like you should be ashamed for beeing In there way or when they litterly run around the store not caring to look where they are going since you are in there way

Wonderful place for groceries

Great store. Seems to be one of the newer ones. Very clean. They offer everything.

I went to the deli looking for one of the pre-made meals they make (lobster scampi with butternut squash and zucchini noodles) and they were all out. Then they offered to make me a whole meal fresh! They took the time out of their schedule to cut the veggies, thaw the lobster, prepare the meal and package it for me. I have NEVER in my life experienced such amazing customer service. I really wish I would have gotten the lady and gentlemans name who helped me so I could praise them some more. I really hope they see this so they know how greatly appreciated the gesture was. Thank you guys!

Has smaller than expected selection of organic vegetables and fruits, sometimes not able to find what Im looking for in an organic variant. Outside of that department I can always find what Im looking for at relatively reasonable prices. More recently since the acquisition by Amazon prices have been going down on some items so have to be happy about that too.

Amazon has ran this place into the ground having no respect for Whole Foods as a grocer or their customer base. The prepared food selection is bad enough, but the rotten sushi I had today was the final straw.

I prefer Central market - probably because its what im used to - but Whole Foods has a lot of wins. Love this as my back up store.

Ive always had a good experience at this location. Everyone in the meat department will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Every employee has been friendly and pleasant to talk to!

Been here since it opened. Service has been hit or miss, their selection for meat / seafood is much less then central market closed by. Been to the deli meat counter a few times, most of the time, there are no attendant and stand there and wait and wait.....the bread lady right next door attempted to help but has no knowledge about the deli meat, got the wrong meat and labeled wrong. Also the milk fridge, multiple times, they let expired milk sit there. So, gave up the deli counter so far. Then recently, went to the meat counter to request for lamb and wanted to know when in the season they receive lamb from Iceland. Got cold shoulder and acted like they dont know what i am asking. Then got a few things and the man who helped me was fairly rude, no smile and seems to be annoy the whole time he was wrapping the meat. Maybe he was having a bad day, i feel like i can get better service at the other local grocery store. Unlikely will return for meat / seafood or deli counter. In general, the staff is nice. Just need some improvement with management. In the mean time, there are plenty of choices around the area and central market has much more selections and better service.

They have Jack Fruit!!!!!!!!!!!I am a vegetarian. I have a recipe Ive wanted to try forever that called for Jack fruit. Amazon had it, but it was REALLY expensive and in bulk.We picked up a few other interesting things while were there.The prices were great. The store was beautiful.Highly recommend.
