Brad was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. He gave thoughtful advice to a novice painter and took the time to help me pick out colors for our kitchen. Great store with nice associates.

Went to the store and they dont have paint, but have some expensive stuff that doesnt work good. I am talking about emerald, dont expect to be able to mask after painting with emerald. Save your time and go to home depot, Sherwin needs to get their act together. Then to make things worse they take for ever and close at 4pm on a Saturday. Really..maybe its better they close early

Terrible service. The man behind the counter was not helpful from the start and when he finally came to assist he said I needed to contact the grapevine store. No offer to assist. I rarely give bad ratings but this one is deserved.

Went into the store this morning & the lady behind the counter acted like she didnt want to be there. She was friendly with the regular guy contractors, but when it came to me needing help, she was not friendly or helpful at all....acted like I wasnt worth her time or energy .. needless to say, I wont be shopping at this location, even though our company has an account with Sherwin Williams!! Based on the service I received this morning I would have given it a negative rating!!

Fabulous help even with an initial sample order and even after closing. The 2 young men behind the counter made all of our sample requests with a smile on their face when I didnt even realize I had made it through the door after closing time. Great help!

As always a very positive experience at the Colleyville Sherwin Williams store. Staff great; service excellent and of course the best paint products.

I went here to get advice and paint for a distressed furniture project and, boy, I was not disappointed. Chris was especially helpful not only in picking the right paint but also in distressing techniques to get the look that I wanted. I will definitely come here again and highly recommend to others.

The customer service at this store is great. The staff always warmly greets you when you walk through the door. They are pretty busy most of the time, but they strive to help you as fast as they can. Kaitlyn is my favorite employee there. She is so helpful, courteous, and pleasant at all times. She is amazing at matching paint for touch-ups. I think you need experience to get this right. She also has helped me with discounts when I have a big paint job. I highly recommend her and this store.

This store appeared to be immaculately clean, both inside and out. I was pleasantly surprised by sliding doors, making entry and exit so easy with arm loads! The sales associate at the counter immediately greeted me and offered to help. He seemed very comfortable with the register, and was familiar with the stores program of giving teacher discounts. I would have appreciated a heads-up on how expensive the paint was going to be, but that would be my only quibble. I would definitely come back to this store.

Tifny and her crew; Bruna, Jeremy, Chris and the new guy are hands down the best team around. I miss Thomas, DJ, and Kaitlyn. Been shopping here since they opened. If they dont have it they go get it, thats great service!

Every single employee that has helped me at the Colleyville, TX location has not only been knowledgeable and friendly... but I never felt hurried as if they had something else or better to do. The store is always neat/clean and I love getting great paint for a good price, but what makes me come back are their employees. Im a big fan and customer!

Best paint around. Better than the selections from Lowes or Home Depot and the customer service is far better to!! The staff actually listens to your needs and wants when it comes to what you are painting so that you get the correct paint finish along with the correct amount of paint and supplies needed to start and finish your painting projects.

All of the staff was very helpful and informative, especially Chris. He worked with us for over an hour trying to match a stain JUST right.

The staff, Thomas and the woman originally from Brazil were both so friendly and down to earth. It was like going to see friends. The paint Thomas mixed matched my wall perfectly. Great experience!

Friendly service and seemed to know what they are doing. However, personally I would not buy at the retail price. I would have sought out a different brand if it were not for the sale.

Terrible customer service. Came in to replace a color deck and the two employees couldnt provide basic customer service to help me locate one. Literally started helping other customers instead of finishing their sentences or speaking to me directly.
