Sleep City was patient, professional and passionate about everything they sell and represent.I visited to showroom on Wednesday night to learn more about the REST bed. Daniel was great! He gave me a full tour of the bed as well as other mattresses to consider. He did not push me when I said I wanted to bring my wife on Saturday before moving ahead. Every time I have purchased here it has been a great experience. This time Daniel took good care of me, helped me make my selection and believe me thats not an easy task. Im very indecisive when buying.

Lots of promises and do not follow through. This is my second mattress and not happy with my mattress or this company. Will never refer to anyone. Be careful and make sure you get all your paperwork and everything signed and in writing. It will cost more money to pay a restocking fee and another delivery fee and promised to set the financing to 48 months no interest if paid in full and still not fixed. Be careful. 😡On 1-4-2021 talked to the District Manager and we were able to come to a conclusion and make things right. I am very happy with the conclusion and the outcome. Great customer service by the District Manager. He will follow through with making the customer happy and I really appreciate the call and concern to make things right for everyone. Life is crazy sometimes. Just recently Ive suffered some health issues. And was looking for a good mattress and adjustable bed. The funny thing is I use to own a furniture and mattress store a few years ago but decided to get out of the business to spend more time with family. He not only made me feel comfortable but made sure I was completely satisfied. After a couple of weeks I called him to say I needed something a bit firmer. Initially I spoke with Kelsey over the phone, and she discussed some of the options they had available. Then, I went to the Colleyville store and Dan helped me. Dan was excellent! Very easy process abs a great price

Something went wrong when scheduling the delivery. We were told it would be in the morning before 1pm. But the delivery people said it was going to be after 6pm. Had to cancel our Labor Day plans to be home. The delivery showed up a little after 730pm. Not really happy with how it went down but the new bed is nice.

Daniel really helped me out. I went in and tried out different mattresses and he helped me find a good quality one. I think its better to see mattresses in person than online like I previously did (Amazon).

Niko was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me pick a great mattress. I tried a few and he anticipated which one I was leaning towards so he got all the pricing together.
