Only gave 1 star due to one lady trying to help us but didnt know how to use system. I can cross reference part numbers easily myself. And another lady which I assume was a manager came to help but was extremely rude and would rather chit chat with someone else.. Good thing that oreillys is right down the street and very helpful to find part needed.

Been in here quite a few times and the employees are not helpful or friendly. Simply pointing in the direction something is when I’m asking for specific help is annoying and makes the customer feel like they’re bothering you asking for assistance. The cashier also didn’t even bother to put my all my merchandise in a bag until I asked if they could. Just basic customer service is lacking here. 🙄

Shared a review on Yelp but not everyone uses that app and my experience there was awesome so I want to make sure it’s widely available. Whoever hired the sales manager Melvin should be patting himself or herself on the back. He listened when I told him what a POS this vehicle is, as we are constantly replacing the battery due to an electrical issue that mechanics just take our money for and say they can’t find. So had to buy yet another battery. Told him I wanted cheapest available since it’s a waste of money to buy the premium. He gave me the mid range battery for the lower price and promised it would make a difference. I hope so but even if it doesn’t, they will replace battery if it dies again in two years. Well, it will, but we won’t have to pay for the next one and that’s fine with me. Melvin is a lovely man and he changed the battery himself and in record time. I was so impressed with him and his professionalism that I gave him a big hug before I left.

Thanks to this particular Autozone location in Collierville,TN. Serviceman walked out to take a look under the hood of my vehicle and noticed the problem right away! Thanks to his prompt attention to detail; I am no longer having car problems! Jeez this was my lucky day. Thank you Autozone.

Went in to get a tail light Bob had two customers in front of me. Waited patiently for my turn as several other people came into the business I got waited on before me. I let this pass and when it came to my turn the employee helping me seemed unconcerned about helping me to resolve my problem and told me that he had other customers to wait on. I told him that I’ve been waiting a while and that he had passed me up to go talk to the others and I felt it was now time for him to focus on me.They have a sign there where the lancet form but apparently they’re not putting it into practice. This is what creates the break in line mentality! I will take my business elsewhere

The store manager Judy is very rude to paying customers. Every time I come in whenever she’s there she’s always rude. She’s rude and arrogant. She makes me want to switch locations. The assistant manager is always nice and helpful. Judy is nice to fellow employees but extremely rude to the paying customers. She needs training on public relations. I won’t be returning to this location.

I usually have great experience at autozone locations not at the Collierville location. I had an issue and was told they couldn’t look at it. Told me to go to pep boys across busy polar ave when I barely made it to them. So much for diagnosing when check engine light is on.

Very disappointed with the complete disregard for COVID safety procedures. Employees not wearing masks, no one enforcing the limit on number of customers in the store, and no one enforcing mask-wearing. An unventilated store packed with maskless people. Disgraceful.

I know bout the social distance but doesn’t mean not to help us me and my papa came in to get a battery she simply told us 1 price quickly try to check us out papa had wiper blades as well wanted. I ask bout a blade she stated 22 and 24 and walked off papa was lost. I had to take him to wiper out let him pick it out. When came back up front she didn’t offer the battery grease simple just rang it up. I told her to take it off. He has some just bought. Luckily I was just visiting my papa or I wouldn’t come back to place. She calmed down did say thank ya but outspoken needs to learn to keep thoughts to herself

Parts guy at this location was extremely arrogant and not receptive. I asked for a cooling fan. He wanted to advise me on how to tell if it was bad by driving conditions. I explained that I used a power probe and was sure of what I needed. He continued to ramble on about how they don’t stay on. I proceeded to tell him that I worked for a mechanic shop and that that the fan would not respond to direct 12v current. I asked again for the part. He finally relented only to give me the incorrect part. I need the parts I ask for and not a behind the counter mechanic. My time was wasted both in the store and driving to an after hours store to get the correct part.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Needed a check engine light code read. Other store told me the obd2 port would not communicate and needed fixed before code could be read. They were able to read it first try. Very thankful for their help.

We had a great experience at this Auto Zone! The staff was very helpful and gave honest opinions and tips about the products we needed. One employee went over and above helping me get my new windshield wipers on my vehicle, the old ones were stuck and the back one was tricky. But he kept right on working on it until we got them changed, even in the cold! If it helps him get recognized, this was Sunday, Jan. 13 not long before your store closed! Very kind.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I was shocked that one of the gentlemen didn’t mind standing out in the pouring rain trying to make sure i got the right bolt for my license plate to be mounted. He was friendly, patient, understanding and sympathetic. I will visit again and highly recommend this autozone. While not all employees were willing to help or address the issue (it was passed on to him). This man didn’t hesitate. And we probably stood out there in the rain for well over 30 minutes trying to secure the license plate. I appreciate your kindness and willingness to help me out.

The store had the product I needed, but I wont be back. The staff was gossiping where all the customers could hear and talking bad about police officers simply doing their job. Not a corrupt cop story, mind you. Keep your politics to yourself. Im there to buy parts, not to suffer through your personal political issues.

The bad news is that the battery I bought at AutoZone died after 2 years even though it had a 5 year warranty. The good news is that AutoZone replaced the old battery with a new one. They installed the new battery and cleaned up the terminals for free, even applying the anti corrosion gel to the terminals. I would have preferred that the original battery had lasted longer but I cant complain about the replacement service.

Needed screws to secure my vehicle license plate. An employee named Sherod B. helped me at the store on W. Poplar at Market in Collierville, Tn. This sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. He checked my car to find the correct size screws and even secured them to my vehicle. He really was very exceptional and should be commended. Thanks

Such a helpful group. My battery had died so I took it up there for a new one. When I got back home to hook it up, I was missing the elbow for the venting. They still had it on the old battery and showed me how to block the other side.

My check engine light was on and so I dropped by earlier this week to get my system scanned. In my previous visits to other Autozones in the Memphis area, I have basically been ignored by the male staff and got the impression that they hate to work with women so they will wait on anybody before waiting on me. So,when I saw a women working there, I was relieved and thought she would be more sympathetic to a women that is not car knowledgeable like me. Oh, I wish. Literally ( and I mean literally) she did not say a word to me. When I told her about my check engine light and ask for a scan, she found the scanner, scanned my car, went to the computer which printed out the error conditions and handed them to me without saying one word. After handing me the error print out, she went over to help a customer never asking me if I had any questions or concerns or to help me understand what the print outs indicate. Terrible customer service! Hiring women is a great idea but please hire pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable women who practice great customer service.
