Reasonable well organized, although the entire company starts to feel a bit long in the tooth. Ordered an item for pickup at 11PM, and it was promptly ready at the front desk the next morning when I dropped by. The ever present Starbucks in the front seems as nice as average, but nothing special.

The customer service was absolutely amazing. We used the Drive Up service and did not wait, at all. Our order was waiting on us. If you follow the instructions in the app, you will have the same experience. Kudos on the program and the young men patiently waiting outside with our order!

Glad they reopened. Face masks are isle F44 in the back near pets for some reason. For the blue 3 ply non-medical, non-sterile ones that everyone wears it’s 20 for $10. Seemed pricy to me but Delta’s here so get them while you can. Couldn’t done any at Walmart.

Driveup and pick up is super easy. Order then get a notification shortly after that it is ready. Convenience of service and quality employees. My order has never been wrong and 99% of the time everything is in stock. TIP: YOU MUST USE THE APP TO GET THE DRIVE UP OPTION.

Target has some of the nicest employees ever. I especially love using Targets drive-up. It is amazing how quickly my order is ready shortly after I place it and even more amazing that the employees are out to my car in no time at all. I was impressed that the Target in Collierville used a small, plastic kiddie pool during the big snow in February to take the items out to awaiting cars.

I had a great experience with Miquala, the young lady that helped with the return. She was so professional, courtesy, and friendly. She provided one of the best interactions I have ever experienced in any retail outlet. She was awesome!!!!!!

I like targets selection.

The associates are always super nice and they always greet you at the register and when you enter through the door. If I cant find something that I am looking for, they always offer an alternative to what I was looking for when I originally went into the store.

Target is AMAZING. An awesome selection of good quality items and foods. I also enjoy the large selection of clothes.

Unlike the incompetent children running the Germantown location, I have never has an issue with associates or management at this location. They have always been courteous to me, and they can bring out pick up orders within a few minutes. This location keeps more than 2 registers open on a weekend, and do not have lines backed up to the aisles like Germantown.

Purchased items during Covid. Tried to return but was told to come back in 45 days. Set a reminder on my phone drove a hour back to Collierville to make the return only to be told that we would have to return as a no receipt and that the item had been on sale after the time of purchase and before my return date so I would have to take the return at the lower price even though I had my receipt. Store could not tell me when the items were on sale. It is hard to believe that as a paying customer you are just suppose to be a robot and except this but what option do you have? Be stuck with items that dont work for you. Sell them, donate or get partial refund for unused items so Target can re-sell at full price. This is truly the rich get richer. No more especially in this climate.

Great store but dont go at closing time-- some of the young people dont know how to tell people the store is closing without being rude.

Usually a great experience and most of the employees will ask if I need assistance. The prices might be a bit steeper than Wal-Mart, however, its a bit classier.

Target is always the best. I can almost always find what I need and either pick it up at a nearby store or have it delivered. And, when I visit a target store, the employees are always ready to help and they are professional, unlike other stores where you have to hunt someone down and they seem inconvenienced just because you need help.

Tonight about 8:40pm, I asked an associate, who was carrying a basket full of the store radios, where needle and thread would be, I was in the front of the store near cosmetics. Her response was not up here, back there while looking towards the rear of the store. She offered no additional help. I looked at her and said sarcastically thanks, that narrows it down. Needless to say I did not find needle and thread and I left the store.#willnotevershophereagain

Well staffed with a clean well stocked store layout. The checkout clerks are always friendly while remaining fast and professional, and the returns service is polite and easy to work with. Also has an in-store Starbucks Coffee.

I love this store so so SO much. I always come to this store needing one thing and leave with spending over $100 dollars. I have to admit I had more than one starbucks! See you later diet! Will definitely be coming back. Ttyl!

My wifes credit cards were stolen then immediately used to buy $2600 in merchandise at Colliierville Target.The AMEX was declined so they used a debit card in my name. We called the manager who was less than helpful and stated what would you like us to do-we dont ck ID. Perhaps others should remember this and shop where they ask for ID!

Some of the workers are slow at checkout and the teenagers dont know how to talk to people when the store is closing

This is the worse Target! I have ever been too and Ive been to many.Worst customer service!! The employees are rude! They do not know how to treat their customers. No wonder the Target in Germantown is always packed because they do know how to treat each and everyone of their customers. I Learned something from them Collierville Targer employees!!! Its not WalMart. What I mean by that, is that the store is clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, I dont think I am going to get robbed in the parking lot and most importantly its not WalMart. WalMarts in other parts of the country are usually clean and the employees act like they care, but here in the Midsouth, I choose Target any time I can.

Was able to return something even though it had been washed. The pillow cases did not live up to what I expected them to.

Friendly staff when you approach them. No one approachd us or spoke to us first. Isles we shopped were messy. Check out was fast, had 4 cashiers. Prices are a little high on the items we bought, but it was convenient. Not our ususal place to shop, but a good experience.

Has a lot of expired food in their grocery section. The cashiers are VERY slow and will chat it up with the customer while there is other people waiting in line. Seriously..they will have a long convo with the person in line and not care that there is other people waiting. I kind of think its rude. The cashiers obviously have no idea..and think they are providing great servive by making long conversations. I have a two year old and he hates having to wait.

I went there to grab a couple of items, since I hadnt eaten I sropped by to get a prepacked snack. I got a piece of mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto and a soda. I sat down to eat it and after I peeled back the packaging I saw that it was covered in mold! I then checked the date and it had expired a month ago and they still had it for sale! That is inexcusable. Be sure to check the date if you choose to buy food from this location. I was able to get a refund without any issues.

Quality, Target Circle, Convenience

I like shopping here once in while and usually find a few good things here.

Over bying expired “cold goods” from this loacaton as well as the Germantown location. I moved here recently and come from shopping at a Florida target location and they would literally fire you if you forgot to remove an expired item from the store!! these two locations ESPECIALLY Collierville lack customer service as well as removing expired goods I haven’t even been here a year and have had to return over a dozen expired items ! I love target and I hate that my closet two locations are so lazy. I remember the first time I went to buy asparagus here and saw it was THREE MONTHS EXPIRED! We alerted a MANAGER and he said he’d take care of it. We came back the next day and I just happened to check and see if it was still there and it was !! They just flat out do not care and something has to be done. I just bought meat that expired the 8th and it’s the 13th... see ya tomorrow for my refund AGAIN !
