It is definitely a good place to enjoy ice cream. The staff is always super friendly, and the flavors selection is great.PROS:Flavors and scoop sizes: they have a good selection of flavors with clever names (Mint To Be, Sweet Chai of Mine, etc.), and the scoops are, generally, fairly large. If you have ever visited Brauns, almost as large (sometimes).Pints to go. You can bring home your favorite flavor and enjoy it later.CONS:Cleanliness. Weve been there so often, that it is normal that the outside tables arent always clean. Granted, thats mostly on the customers and the nature of eating ice cream outside in the heat, but some may find it annoying. We usually clean up before and after we leave. Inside is typically well kept.Price. It can get pricey quickly. Just know that if your paying for a large group or for several items.RECOMMENDATION:YES. Definitely give it a try and enjoy the ice cream. Try The Electric Fence if you like espresso and ice cream, or Mustang Madness along with Mint To Be in a large waffle cone.

Our group of approximately 50 young folks showed up on a Friday night and the three lovely ladies working that night killed it with exceptional service. They were definitely overwhelmed by our presence but their lovely attitudes and perseverance helped complete all our orders! Double, triple, or single scoop, mango ice tea or caramel coffee, whatever we threw at them they handed it back with smiles on their faces. Thank you Levee for having such exceptional service for our large group!As always the ice cream was amazing!

This is the best coffee in Memphis. The staff is great and always incredibly helpful. I actually go at least once a week to get coffee with my daughter and the protein bites are AMAZING.

Like the coffee, which was a nice change from Starbucks (our usual go to), and the ice cream although a bit expensive was good and they filled our mini nicely to the top which I appreciated.

Went in for a Carmel Macchiato and came out with frothy milk.. the coffee/expresso shot just wasnt pronounced enough for me.. it was like drink a flat white from Starbucks..I expected it to be stronger.. it just gave me the runs..

The best ice cream I have had in the Memphis area. This is probably the second best ice cream I have had in my life, beaten only by the House of Flavors in Ludington, Michigan. I have had the oatmeal, chocolate batter, birthday cake, vanilla, chai, coffee (not the mocha one), and a taste of two others that my wife had (but cant remember off the top of my head) and would recommend any of them.

This is the coolest place for good ice-cream. This trendy-modern Hot Spot is a must pass through. For some tasty cream and smooth coffee. I take it that you can visit early mornings and late evenings. The place is super sharp inside floors tables/chairs and ceilings are new, fresh and clean. The ladies working this Monday night were super sweet. Smiles on friendly staff. We were able to taste flavors available that night. There are pre-package pints available as well. So I picked the waffle cone with the Tennessee Turtle and Pistachio. My son Vanilla Cotton Cream and Fruit Loop infusion and daughter-in-law the Grizz and Grind. Flavors were true to their name. I will return for the coffee and the expresso poured over the ice cream w/flavored syrup. “Affogato”

Icecream was good but costumer service was just off My sister and I Felt like We weren’t welcomed. I looked at other reviews as soon as I got out of there. And seems like wet not the only ones.

Horrible place and I will not be taking my family or friends back after today. My family was racially profiled. The workers made us feel unwelcome and didnt even greet us. They rushed us even told us hurry up and order. The only worker that make us feel comfortable was the male worker, as for the females they were all on their phone when we walked in and didnt even bother to look up.

Went for the coffee, which was great, and decided to pick up a to-go pint of mint chocolate chip (forget the name they gave it), it was delicious and will be headed back to try other flavors (coffee and ice cream)

Ice cream was good. Service was pretty poor. The girls working werent rude per say but definitely werent friendly. Its was $12 for me and my wife. A little steep but all in all, better places to go. Wont be going back. Great layout though, neat looking store.

This ice cream place is adorable! There is a wide selection of flavors and the employees are super friendly. The samples come on a generous silver spoon. I got the fruit loop infused flavor and the grit and grind cafe, both of which Id highly recommend. They also serve coffee!

The coffee is just lovely - well done on the chai latte. The ice cream is worth the cost. This isnt that cheap, mass produced boring stuff - these flavors are yummy. Small batches of creamy goodness to ge enjoyed as a treat. If you want cheap, basic ice cream, keep going to Wal Mart or the big chain ice cream places. The cheapness shows. My favorite - so far of ones Ive tried - is the honeysuckle lavender. Its like a spring day in a cup. The Grit & Grind - coffee ice cream with ground coffee beans - is a lovely treat. Granted Ive been when its early morning coffee time so service has been great. Not sure how a busy day would be.

Overpriced, underwhelming and less than friendly service. We spent $33 for our family of 6 and the ice cream was just average. There are no fresh fruit options which was disappointing. Plus there is not visible list of toppings so you have to ask which toppings there are and the staff seemed irritated about that. Will not return

Where do i start... Oh the COFFEE! The Levee Creamery serves French Truck coffee. French truck is my favorite Memphis are roaster. When I am out in Collierville, The Levee Creamery is a great place for meetings and working. Solid WiFi and great coffee, plus the interior is very nice and comfortable.

Loved this place today! Great owner and staff. Homemade iced cream was delicious. I had one scoop of chai and a scoop of vanilla iced cream that were smooth, creamy and just the right sweetness. Will definitely be back to try other flavors.

5-Stars for the ice cream. 3-Stars for the iced coffee (too watered down as they LITERALLY add water when making your beverage... I expect more when you have a huge iced coffee drip contraption on the counter).The ice cream is all custom and have some really fun flavors... Like Fruit Loops, Banana, Jelly, Apple Pie, etc. etc. etc. Really really love the iced cream and Ill have to try the hot coffees in the future and report back.

The coffee was good (french truck coffee is used here) locally sourced from Memphis, and the atmosphere was what you would expect from a coffeeshop. What really rubbed me the wrong way though was the employee never looked at me when she talked to me. The only time she actually stared in my direction or made eye contact with me was when I handed her my money. Definitely not my 1st, 2nd, or 3rd choice of coffee shops.

Employees were extremely rude and one girl just straight ignored me.o asked several questions but Other than that great place. Great coffee as well.

Huge selection of flavors, every single one Worth trying. They also offer soft serve, coffee and cookie dough! (as a topping and a dish!)The line was to the door when we arrived and not even 4 minutes later we had our ice cream, paid and headed out the door towards outdoor seating.It is a little pricey but definitely worth every penny (about $10 for two two-scoop waffle cones).

First time trying this place and I was impressed! I got a mocha flavored ice cream that had mini chocolate chips in it. It was smooth, creamy, and just right! I didnt have to fight the ice cream with the spoon, which is always a plus. Lol Definitely give this place a visit!

The kids absolutely loved the ice cream. We all got the medium sized bowls because we didnt think the smalls would be enough, but they really pack A LOT of ice cream into those little bowls. Its definitely worth the money. We will be returning soon! 😊

Cold Brew was weaker than tea, were out of Oji and out of all expresso beans. They should probably quit selling coffee. First place I havent left a tip in over 5 years.

Saturday evening I tried Levee Creamery for the first time. The night manager in the Collierville location was rude and condescending to me this evening. Her lack of customer service was a turn off. The saving grace for this place is that the young lady who serviced us was very nice & welcoming. Overall, the ice cream is okay. I enjoyed what I tried, but the portions sizes for the cups are small considering the cost. If the manager I came across this evening is removed I would consider trying this place again. Otherwise, the intrigue I had about this place from seeing it on Instagram was ruined by my experience this evening with the night manager.

Before in February and March this place was amazing!!!! Great portions, great taste, but now in August...NO WAY Im coming back! Its not even close to worth the 40 minute drive nor is it worth the pricing anymore...do yourself a favor...find a new ice cream spot!

They are very mindful and friendly towards celiac families. They always take the utmost care to get our ice cream from a new container with a new scoop. I am impressed with their training on this matter and willingness to accommodate.The ice cream is also really really great.

I recommend this place for those that love sugar. If you are into authentic coffee, the drinks may have more sugar than coffee. Just saying.

First off I had been eager to try this place so I went. When I arrived it was not crowded and I was the only AA in there but that didn’t bother me.There were two ladies and a man that had ordered but were waiting on their orders. There were 3 girls helping at the counter so I was up. The girl let me sample two flavors then walked off to do something. Then the other two continued to busy themselves as well as finish up with guests who were still waiting. The girl never returned so another girl chimed in to help after she saw me standing there. She made sure she appeared like she was “helping” me with the yes ma’am pleasantries but I also knew she saw my reaction to her coworker. Then the ice cream is underwhelming(marble slab is better imo). Will never visit again. 2018 people racism still exists.

So what they have is very good.... But they were also out of majority of everything which was a huge bummer because we stood in a line out the door looking at the menu seeing all their new items only to be told theyre out when we ordered. Would reconsider another visit though. Maybe we just got a bad day.

Lots of ice cream flavors, hand dipped and soft serve. Specialty coffees, baked goods. We sat outside with our dogs and they brought out a dog bowl with cold water.
