You know its a great store and service when you go to buy something and the assistant says contact the manufacturer because it will replace the item under warranty.

Door said masks required. Register worker wasn’t wearing one and 2 shoppers weren’t. If you aren’t gonna do it, don’t say you are on the door at least. I dipped.

I just wanna say that I usually never post any reviews but I do have to comment on how great the customer service was at this game stop. I have been to a couple other game stop since my stay in Tennessee and I’ve been very disappointed. The customer service level from the employee Justyn was wonderful, helped me get the game that I needed and also helped me to get a membership and was quick to help me when I had to come back because I forgot some thing, was very personable and overall just a good experience going in and out.

Good service and seem to always have what Im looking for.

Rude and apathetic. Called two different times and talked to this store and they are short and impatient. One word answers with a tone of go away.Also recently went in and waited over 30 minutes to buy one item with an employee stocking something behind the counter ignoring me standing there. Other employee was pushing their reward card on another customer, ignoring me as well.

The guys are cool

There are consoles and games at the gamestop, but the store lies about prices that the game costs. There is no way a 40 dollar game game rings up 10 cents. The people call this place a pawn shop in it, but they do not always exchange the games for money. They credit it to a card and give less amounts then what the person or people paid for it.

Helpful staff, alot of inventory but the employees are slow when it comes to taking new customers, they spend a lot of time talking about their favorite games instead of running registers and getting people out.

The Gamestop staff here are awful. At first the acted professional when my friends and I tried to get an M rated game from them when the person in question didnt have his ID. So we go all the way back to my house to get my friends wallet and we come back and buy the game, no problem. I then ask if I can use my rewards card to get the discount on the game. I was there and offering the rewards card that I pay for, for the game my friend was buying because he didnt have one but he said, no its against company policy. Thats garbage. Its my card and Im giving my consent to use it on a game my friend is buying in my presence. I do this all the time my friends by games because its an extra $5 off the game and I get reward points that we, otherwise, wouldnt get because the person buying the game doesnt have a card. So apparently if I buy the game for my friend using his money its alright to use the card but if he buys it with his money its illegal? I never heard of such a rule, its like saying a grocery store wont let you check out because I decide to use my debit card to pay for my friends groceries. I have used my rewards card on friends games in 6 different gamestops in Tennessee and Illinois and the employees there never questioned it. Very bad customer service.
