I am from out of the area and needed some print work done. Leigh was amazing! She is knowledgable, caring and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. My experience there was unlike any at other Office Depots I have been to and it was strictly because of the care and customer service that Leigh gave. She is a gem and an asset to that business!

This was the nicest and friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. Tamara was a complete angel she went above and beyond to help me. I came in five minutes before closing, and she made sure I got everything I needed with a smile on her face.

I have found that Office Depot is competitive with any of the other on-line merchants. Plus you have the convenience of a local store. And their Rewards program is a nice value. They have become my go-to source for technology and office supply items.

I ran in really quick to ask a couple quick questions about lamination. The guy in the self-help lamination section was helpful, then referred me to their printing section to see a finished product.Once there, I waited behind one person for a good 5 minutes before the employee there acknowledged my presence and said thatd she be with me soon enough. No worries. Then someone else comes up, she helps that customer before both of us. Employee then asks me if Id be picking up or dropping off. Mind you, at this point I had been waiting patiently for 10 minutes. I told her I just had one question Id like to have answered. She walks off and goes back to the first customer. Long story short, I left after spending a total of 20 minutes there without getting the one question I had answered. I think there were a total of 3 customers in the entire store and about 5 employees. Terrible service!

Office Depot always has what I need. The people are knowledgeable & friendly. I like supporting local brick & mortar.

Only one person was helpful. And that was the young man at the counter. I had a piece of furniture that I wanted to buy, but no one would help him. So he had to go to the warehouse himself leaving the register unattended.Nobody seemed to care.

Great location but limited options for what I needed. I wanted a travel printer and most were $400 bucks or more. Good staff and clean store!

I called the Collierville Tennessee location just to ask a simple question about printing and the associate that answered the phone around 8pm May 18,2017 was extremely rude. She had me on hold for a long time so I decided to hang up and call back, as soon as she got on the phone she proceeds to say the person in printing is busy what do you want? Im very disgusted with the lack of customer service that I was given. If you dont want work in retail get more skills to do something better!

Terrible customer service I asked to be scanned for one little phone accessory from two cashiers and they both just looked at me ignored me and then ask for somebody else instead of me without saying anything. Very rude and very un informative on where things are in the store. Rude and inexperienced employees.

If I could rate no stars, I would. This place is so disgusting and filthy. The bathrooms were horrendous, and there were no napkins to dry my hands with. The staff wasnt Very helpful. I wasn’t greeted and all the employees were huddled at the copy and print center talking. Definitely won’t be coming back.

It was good! Like it when one of the Twins or Cheryl D. helps me. They have been at it for years!

Horrible customer service. Nobody in charge. Wanted to speak with store manager about poor service. Nobody available until Saturday. Never go back. This was on a Tuesday.

Great customer service. Helped me make a refund and price match an item found online.

Was there looking at office furniture for about 30 minutes without any contact or assistance by any employee. Finally has to track down an assistant manager to even get any information on basic product questions.
