Got glasses from here 3 months ago and out of nowhere they break so brought them back and got told that I have to paid 75 dollars for new frames that they only have 30 days warranty .. why would I wanna buy glasses from a place that can only warranty 30 day I recommend never use this people. No wonder they have a 3 star rating should have gone with that instead of listening to my insurance

Worked with an elderly doctor who was kind and willing to work with me, but Im not sure I got the best prescription from him. The lady who helped me pick glasses was okay, but very abrupt and disingenuous, speaking as if she cared about my concerns but seeming like she was ready for me to go.

I read reviews but wanted to believe in good once, boy, what a mistake!Has called, spoken with a guy, only one male there was told. He had asked for insurance information and finally found it and scheduled an appointment.When we came, suddenly they, 2 women, cant find the information...We had waited 40 minutes till they finally had find they do take it...Then one said it was my fault as I didnt know the other party birthday... with previous rep... finding all up but suddenly did not recall...We will for obvious reasons never come back.No apologies!The elder gentleman doctor is nice, one receptionist with dark hair as well but the older blonde one was furious. Ridiculously sad.

Ive always had great service and have been greeted promptly. Exams are thorough and quick. Helped me decided which glasses to get. No problem with payments. I walked in the get my glasses readjusted with no problem either. Willing to put prescription in frames purchased from another location.

I have been going here for years and have never had any problems. Very good and friendly service. I agree with some other reviewers that it takes a long time for the contact lenses to come in, but they will give you complimentary pairs while yours are on order, so that has never been an issue for me.

Weve always gone here because its convenient. the people that work there are great. the only negative is that it can take a while for contacts to come in, however, they will give you spares until yours come in. these reviews on here are really old. this place is really nice and friendly and the exams are thorough.

I absolutely love the glasses I purchased. My toddler broke the frame and they replaced them. However, I ordered contacts at the end of March and they will not be in until later this week. I have waited 7 weeks for contacts! The most I have ever had to wait at other eye doctors is 1 week. Overall, I had a good experience with them.

Before driving to this store that is 45 minutes away from my home/work I first called to make sure that they took my insurance and carried a specific brand of glasses. When I called they immediately told me yes to both questions. I then drove all the way to Collierville, selected glasses and was then told that they do not take my insurance. The lady then told me I must have called another store, well, I have a call log on my phone and this was the store that I called, she was incredible rude and proceeded to speak ugly about me to the man that was next in line. I cannot remember the last time I experienced such poor customer service. From looking at the other reviews of this store it must be a common occurrence.

At first, I was extremely upset due to the disappointing customer service and the lack of staff to assist me. However, when I called to see why they had not contacted me about my husbands new frames that were supposed to be ordered 6 days ago, they informed me that the frames he had were discontinued but that they would replace the lenses for free and charge me the same warranty fee for the new frames. I have to applaud them for the effort they put forth to satisfy us.

The customer service is lacking. You call and they put you on hold for several minutes. However, I loved the doctor. He was very nice. It was mainly the front desk that has some workflow issues. I suggest one other person who only does the front desk. It seems the employees there have too many hats and cannot keep up. Also, it has taken nearly five weeks for me to receive my contacts. I called today asking about them and they said it will probably be another week. I have got to find somewhere else to go.

I also dont know what the other reviewers are talking about. Ive been here twice and both times were great. My son even broke his glasses TWICE and they replaced them for free both times. My son loves the male doc there. He was great with my kid. The only gripe I would have is that their kids frames selection isnt great. They have mostly wire type frames when Ive been in and my other child doesnt like that type.

Worst customer service ever. I called several times trying to figure simply how much does an eye exam cost and I couldnt get through to anybody. FInally, on the sixth try of calling, someone picks up but doesnt say hi or anything. Simply says please stay on hold, and she never came back to the phone...I waited for 10 mins on the phone....RIDICULOUS

Just moved to the area and broke my frame (which I previously purchased at PV in another state)...went here and was taken care of immediately and without a thousand questions. THAT is great customer service and why I only shop at PV!

I called today around 5:30 and was immediately put on hold for around 15 mins then afterwards I heard a noise as though it was put off from hold, then I was hung up on. Tried to call back and they had closed the store and it went to voicemail, of course which was full. Horrible horrible customer service. All I wanted was a simple question answered. They wont be getting my business
