I love going into hobby lobby its an Amazing excited experience. when I go in I feel so at ease its a great place to shop I love it . everything is so beautiful the place is so clean.

Nice place for crafts. Not very many genuine beads, but they have a great selection of charms. Theyve got a lot of home and garden decor, lots of fabric choices too.If something is on sale make sure you tell the cashier, because they have to apply the discount manually.

I had the absolute best customer service experience ever!!!!! Ms. Barbara in the Fabric Department is the absolute BEST! She an Angel! She gave me pointers on making curtains (I’m a first timer) and she was patient and so kind. This is the type of customer service I wish was standard. However, if you need help with fabric see Ms. Barbara!

This is the best place to get arts and crafts supply, always has great deals to offer.

They were fully stocked with fall and Christmas merchandise. The cashier were friendly and you are greeted when you enter.

Pleasant shopping experience. Found the items we were needing with ease and we had a very pleasant chat with the employee at the checkout station.

I tried to return a Brother Sewing/Embroidery machine to this store. I was told that I needed to return it through Brother. I called Brother and was told they could not accept a return on products that were not purchased directly from them. I called the store back and spoke with the store manager, who stated that their policy is not to accept returns of sewing machines that are open. How would I know that I needed to return it if I didnt open It? I got the same answer from someone in their corporate offices. The store manager said the problem was covered under the warranty. Why would I want to keep a new machine that needed repair 18 days after purchase? It will continue to need repairs and for that reason, I no longer want the machine. I will no longer shop at Hobby Lobby again.

Businesses wonder why sales are off as they slowly open back up. 3 registers open out of 8. Each line has 6 minnimum customers . Manager non existent. More cashiers better customer service and sales might be what they use to be or better. Im reminded why I like the competition better

One of my favorite stores. However, worst ladies room I have ever been with in. Stalls were splattered all over with white debris. Sink area horrid.

I love shopping Hobby Lobby for home décor, for crafts, fabric, and especially for holiday decorations, party goods holiday tableware!! If you are patient they will place all of their holiday items on 40 to 50% off a few weeks before the holiday!! Their app gives you access to discount coupons. This store was both clean and well organized. And all the personnel were very friendly and helpful.

The staff are generally very helpful and friendly.

Clean and organized store, as usual. However many of the employees were not properly wearing masks and one was actually walking around with hers pulled down. Customers also were allowed to be maskless in the store, despite signs saying that masks are required. If you are concerned about covid precautions, I wouldnt recommend this store.

Its not just a craft and hobby store! Need just the right decorative accent for a side table? Got it. Need the side table? Got that too. Outdoor deco? Yep. Deco for any room, from kitchen to kidss rooms. Widest selection of picture frames. Decorative storage items and shelves. Mason jars. Silk flowers. Realistic artificial plants. Candles. Kitchen and barbecue tools. Tchotchkes. This is a great place for hostess or wedding gifts. Admittedly, more gifts for women than men, but you could find a guy gift here.

If you want craft supplies and home decor items, this is the place. Most of the home items tend toward country, but there are good choices for traditional styles, too. I was looking for some artificial greenery and was very pleased with the variety and prices. Its a huge store and you can easily spend an hour just browsing the beautiful displays.

Enjoy shopping at Hobby Lobby. I find most of my artistic supplies here. Love buying my gift wrap here, too. Employees are helpful & kind. Knowledgeable too.

The best store for people that cant remember when Christmas is, love sub-par jazz music, and really need to buy a $50 plank of wood that says live, laugh, love on it. BSeriously though, hobby lobby marks up all of their products significantly more than you could find anywhere else, then baiy you in with 40% off one item. That Strathmore paper you bought here for $20, you could have found at an actual art store for $14, Karen!

Although I didnt buy anything today they had beautiful things & great sale prices, half off wall decor, etc. Would love to go back & buy a lot of their stuff.

Its one of my favorite places to shop, it has a great environment and very nice staff.

The workers work hard and are helpful when you can find one...theyre spread very thin it seems. The lady in fabrics went out if her way to help me find a pattern material and everything I needed for my grandaughters costume.
