My husband purchase a special pear cut diamond ring for back in December, the store manager sent it out for repairs and told us that ring would be ready on February 22, now its July 4th and I still havent received my ring that he has paid for in full. Im constantly getting the run around every time I call customer service, they are constantly telling me that they will call me back ๐ก, but still waiting on that call back. Now, I just want our money back so we can purchase with someone who actually cares about their customers.Review update, Kay Jewelers has done excellent job on making a mend. I truly appreciate it, now I have received my ring and they also gave us a gift card for all our troubles ๐. Im happy customer ๐.

Very happy with the service Iโve received here. I was looking for a great deal on a nice gift and Ryan was very genuine and helpful through the process. He answered all of my questions and helped me through the process. At different stages, many associates chipped in and were helpful in making sure I was well served.

Bought a new $3000 ring and ask for another ring to be repaired. Price was outrageous for the repair even after the so called discount plus another $150 installation fee unreal! Got higher quality diamond for 1/2 the cost at a reputable local jeweler.
Customer service was absolutely horrible there. There was one gentleman who was nice and greeted me. (He was the shorter of 2 gentlemen working at Kay Jewelry Store at Carriage Crossing on today. ) The taller of the 2 gentleman went to the back immediately as I was walking in his direction. When he came out of the back, he never acknowledged that I was even standing at the counter. He immediately began talking with his female co-worker for a period of time. At the completion of their conversation he turned to walk away as I asked if there was anyone that could perform an inspection on the bracelet that I brought in (gold bond). That was the first time that he ever acknowledged my husband and I. Meanwhile the female that was working in the store when I came in was in a conversation with customers who were there together. As that group departed from the store, I thought that she would have acknowledged us but as the taller gentleman was still in the back but she didnโt. She moved to answer the phone but again she never acknowledged the customers who were standing right in front of her in the store. I will never, ever purchase anything from that location and may not ever purchase anything from Kay Jewelry Store again. We immediately went across the way to Zales and each and every person working in Zales greeted us and 1 of the 4 asked what could they help us with. Kay Jewelry Store at Carriage Crossing is definitely in need of Customer Service Training at best!!!!!
The staff were all amazing and very helpfully with everything we needing done. We will be sending customers to them. Could not have ask for better customer service.
Came in here with a friend who was shopping for diamond earrings for his wife. Once in the door, it was a no pressure kind of situation until we tried to leave. I got a little uncomfortable but not as bad as Reeds.

They lie. We ordered 2 wedding rings on May 12th and mine on May 13th. During the sell, they advised us that we would have the option to purchase the lifetime warranty when we picked up. That was the deciding factor of the purchase. 2 weeks later, they advised that they no longer offer the lifetime warranty.When we asked about my ring, they advised that it wouldnt be ready until 6 weeks after order, not the 2 to 4 that the sales man quoted us. Leaving us with only 5 days between picking up the band and the wedding day.They never updated my phone number when I called in to changed it (also cinfirmeded this change in-store), so I was never notified when the ring arrived.When picking up the mans band. The manager(?) Was VERY rude.Ling story short.... dont waste your time or money here. They lie.
