I got a double front door and i am please with the quality and everything. I liked it so much i got a backdoor also. Now i am looking forward an over the window covering over my front door. I know its going to pretty because everything else so far is gorgeous.

This review is a long time coming. It’s been nearly 1 year since my spectacular doors were installed. From start to finish each person in this company was warm and professional. I highly recommend them and they do top quality work.

We had two sets of Tuscan contemporary French doors installed this week going to our back patio. WOW! What a huge difference these doors made letting in substantially more light into the house. These streamline doors are so much more secure than our wood French doors. We couldn’t be more pleased.Believe me, I am as picky as they get. These guys were great to work with. This company and its doors aren’t good. — they’re GREAT!From the first meeting with the company’s representative, Tris Sax, we knew this was going to be a terrific experience. Sure enough, she presented some options, including one that was exactly what we wanted. She got us on the schedule in a timely fashion and we were very appreciative...plus she’s a nice person with a fun sense of humor.Next came the delivery and installation — exactly on time and two pleasant guys, Justin and Leynor, that really knew what they were doing. They set about first protecting the floor and porch, then quietly and efficiently removed the old doors, frame, threshold, etc. and asked if we wanted the casing painted to match the doors. We said, “Yes, of course.” They then very carefully masked off the wall and began the installation of the new frame, threshold, hinges, etc., but not before they determined the type of alarm system that was in-place.Tris Sax checked in about this time to make sure all was going smoothly. It was and I thanked her for the rare experience of service after the sale.Back to Justin and Leynor; with special clamping devices they carried the first door weighing over 300 pounds (hey, its iron) and set it in-place. Miracle of miracles it fit perfectly and looked fabulous from the first minute. These two professionals continued their workmanlike approach setting the other door (also, over 300 pounds), leveling and squaring all aspects. Next, they finished the trim work and perfected the handles and locking bolt action.Then Tris checked in one more time to see if we were pleased with the work and overall effect.All this in less than five hours, even including a lunch break.Are we happy? No! We’re ECSTATIC!!!Quality local company, quality local people, quality local made product — you can not do better.Call them, or go to their website, or send a carrier pigeon, but do something to get them started today on making your entranceway look fabulous. Your neighbors will turn green with envy.

First I have to say that the door is beautiful. The problem with this company is they do not follow up with the work, they send installers, install door, take the remaining balance and that is it. door had minor damage which i called and they came back two weeks later and attempting to fix. They fixed one item and nothing else, did more damage going over the grass. Contacted said company and no response. This is not a cheap door, almost cost of a new subcompact car. I have not heard from them since.

I ordered a custom iron door from Tuscan Entries for a project we did for my TV show, Philly Revival, and the door looked fantastic! We opened up the rear of the house to the yard and installed this large industrial style door, which completely transformed the space. The quality of the door was outstanding, as was the customer service at Tuscan Entries. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom iron door- they have a ton of different styles and can custom make one to fit your space! 5 stars for sure!

I was very pleased with my new doors and even recommended the company to friends UNTIL my RING doorbell (which they reinstalled) blew a fuse and fell off the doorframe; and my security system (which they reinstalled) quit working. The security company showed us the shoddy wiring with some inadequate thin (not up to code) new wiring spliced into place by Tuscan Iron Entries. Dont expect them to care. When I called them they wanted $80 for a house call and additional charges to preform any work. I will no longer recommend them without a warning. All of these potential issues were discussed with them at the time of purchase. We were assured they did this all the time and knew what they were doing.

Very happy with Tuscan Iron Entries energy efficient door! Our Homes curb appeal improved dramatically following iron door installation. Expect much lower maintenance cost in contrast to original walnut door fade challenges. Tuscan Entries sales and installation people are very professional. After sales service is effective as well.

Bought my door from them a few years ago when they just started to make them energy efficient it was to replace an old wood door with transom and sidelights, changed the whole look of the house, people always comment on how nice the door looks, I did do the install myself which was not hard at all but I did have two large high school football players help with the placement of unit, ITS A HEAVY UNIT, I would buy another unit from them maybe for my back door these doors are very secure, as for the negative remarks some make you cant please everyone

Very happy with our new Tuscany double doors! Unbelievable curb appeal enhancement. TIE recommended Jeff Pritchett and his crew to remove our existing door and sidelights and install the new doors. They did an excellent job of carefully removing the existing door and then installing the new doors.Tuscan built beautiful doors that really adds to the appearance of our home. We are very, very pleased with our doors and have received several compliments! The selection process was easy with the assistance of sales rep, Tara. We really appreciated her patience, tour of plant, knowledge of product, honesty and input/opinion when requested. The installation team, Alonzo and Justin were very meticulous and polite throughout the installation process. They did a superb job as well as answered questions, explained features, etc.

Yeah, these people were very professional and really went out of their way to provide me the best examples and displays of what I was asking for. They even took me to actual homes to show some of their work. I was able to sit down and speak with their staff and designed an actual template for my door. I thought that was impressive. Installation was spot on. My painters had accidentally over sprayed the door and Tuscan Iron Entries was able to repair and look like new again. A brief walk of the area lead me to this establishment where I was greeted by a cute doggy.. although I didnt have an appointment I did check out some of the doors communicated with the young ladies there and seen some security doors that I am on love with( Tuscany and benoit). If you are looking to bring value and security to your home.... replace that door with one from Tuscan Iron Entries.. did I mention these are made right here in the good old USA!!!

Tuscan Iron Entries is an amazing company and manufacture a product beyond compare. They work with you to design the door you want before you sign the contract and you ALWAYS see what the door will look like prior to signing the contract. You can tweek it over and over thanks to a CAD program on the computer. That is exactly what we did and got the door we wanted. Not until you are satisfied and sign off on it, do they make it for you. Great customer service and we are looking forward to working with them again for doors on the back of the house.

Do not use this company. They quoted me a price for an iron front door for $7900 I contacted Lion Iron entries and the same door was $6200. Tuscan Iron Entries confirmed an appointment and did not show up and when I called them about it they said I should be more understanding that they forgot about me. I left work to come home and waited until 12:26 pm our appointment was at noon and email Tara Clinton the unprofessional rep for them. She email me back that she is on her way, she forgot. I call the office and they say we will just cancel the appointment. Go with Lion Iron entries they are professional and the prices the lower. Terrible customer service. When I asked to speak with a manager. I was told I could not, so I let them know to let the manager see my google review.

We recently (2017) built a house in Nashville, TN, and the single thing that exceeded our expectations was the experience with Tuscan Iron Entries, and the front entry door and railings we purchased from them. Not only is the product made in the quality that was sold to us, but the craftsmanship is beautiful. Friends and family marvel at how unique the door is, and how sturdy the railing is (many friends have expressed frustration about the wooden railings in their homes, and how they come loose when any weight is applied). We couldnt be happier with the delivery, installation, quality, or aesthetic. We would recommend this company to anyone. There can be many hiccups when building a home, but Tuscan Iron Entries delivered on their promises.

My wife and I needed a new door to replace a very old and cracking front door. My sister had used Tuscan Iron Entries recently and had great things to say about them. We called them up and made an appointment with Amber to do an in home consult. She walked us through the whole process and explained all of the different options available and how ours would be made especially since it was wider the average front door. She met me at their building to pick out colors and styles of hardware as well and made sure to go over all of the details before we signed off on the final design and choices. The door is amazing and the crew of guys that installled it were very professional and friendly and took great care to protect our floors and walls during our the install.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! DO NOT PAY remaining balance UNLESS YOU ARE TOTALLY SATISFIED with installed door. On 05/17/2017, I ordered Lattice design with square shape. Quote has picture of Lattice with square shape. On 06/26/17, doors were installed and paid remaining balance on the same afternoon. Installed door has similar shape. I discovered the difference of shape the morning of 06/27/17, requested square shape 6” x 6” vs. diamond, 7“x 9”. Addressed the difference of shape to Tuscan’s attention on the same morning. On 7/5/17, Tuscan CEOs did songs and dances: FIX SHAPE AT MY HOUSE, CUSTOMER TO PAY additional cost to fix different shape. CEO REPONDED TO MY QUESTION THAT FIXED DESIGN WILL HAVE THE SAME QUALITY as original, with waiting period of another 4 weeks. Not even one word or act to show they were sorry. I have documentation to prove requested vs. installed design. No communication PRIOR TO INSTALL that I would be getting/gotten diamond vs. square shape. I TRUSTED Tuscan to deliver requested design that was why remaining balance was paid in full on the same afternoon the door was installed, AND MY TRUST WAS VIOLATED.
