I went to the Collierville location last week and found the couch with chaise lounge I have been wanting. I was so excited. Between the couch and ottoman I spent $1447, was told my furniture would be delivered on June 1st! At 12:30pm on June 1st I got a call saying the delivery would be at 2:30pm. I left work 3 hours early to meet the delivery person. Here it is 9:30pm and STILL NO FURNITURE!!!! I have gotten the run around all day from the employees I spoke with (3 different employees)! Supposedly the delivery person is a third party person they have never used again and I was told after today they wouldn’t use them again. I didn’t spend this much money to be lied to about the delivery. I was gonna purchase more furniture from this place but after today... I will NEVER purchase anything else from them. I will be contacting the manager to get a refund and take my business elsewhere!

First time to visit this store. We walked around the store for about fifteen minutes and no one spoke to us? Only two other customers in the store and appeared to have one salesperson, another lady walking around near the back and a gentleman apparently assembling furniture both appeared to be employees, but not sure.. Nice product line, but we finally left without even being greeted? Probably will not return.

We appreciate the understanding and the willingness to make this right! We are very happy with our sectional and the customer service. Thank you Malik and Deon for putting in the extra effort and helping us get this misunderstanding resolved!I purchased a sectional from here and was given misinformation from several different employees. Ordered in January, receipt said expected delivery 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks I called to check on status and was told it would be another 3-4 weeks for delivery. The store manager did offer me a discount for my troubles but if it wasn’t for Deon, I would have canceled this entire order. Deon was always extremely professional, courteous, polite, and helpful. He arranged for the pieces that were available to be delivered and communicated with me on when the other pieces would arrive. I’m a manager for my company and trust me, I immediately notice great customer service and terrible customer service when I see it. Thank you Deon for your help and proper communication throughout this process. If he isn’t the store manager, he needs to at least be the assistant store manager because he took care of business as managers do.

I was really happy with my experience at Full House Furniture! They had exactly what I was looking for, and when I went in their gallery, it was beautiful! Everything was staged nicely, with plenty of room to walk and clearly priced. THAT CHANGED!!!Turns out they sold me a bed frame they didnt even have in stock, although I chose it because it was supposedly in stock. When I went to the warehouse to pick it up, the men working there were leering at me, even though I was with my fiance. Then they tried to get me to pick out a different bedframe without telling me what was going on. I refused. I wanted the one I ordered. TWO MONTHS later, I contact Acima to get my money back, because I still never even received a call about my bed. Acima agrees to take that off my total, and not even ten minutes after I speak to the Acima rep, the girl from Full House Furniture calls and says that they received my bed. Because the MONEY was going to be taken away. It was too late. Customer service at its worst. I thought it was incredibly funny that my bed arrived as the money was leaving their account. Who wouldve thought??

I entered a giveaway on Instagram for a free living room or bedroom set from Full House Collierville and to my disbelief, WON. I was so excited to pick out my furniture and great employees were there to greet and congratulate me. Malik helped me find the best furniture for my prize which ended up being a bed, dresser, and chest. I recommend this place to anyone looking for nice yet affordable furniture!
