Very nice people, a bit expensive, but hopefully worth it. Time will tell, only a 30 day warranty, hope to mow only twice a month, and with their repairs hopefully it lasts many years ? Just maybe when I pick it up after having it 2 weeks Ill get a military or senior discount ? LOL

I left my portable generator there for repair. My power goes out all the time. These chimps couldnt fix a sandwich much less a generator. I would leave negative stars if possible. Very lacking in customer service skills and incompetence.

Great service and customer oriented staff

I bought a Stihl weedeater from Tristar. The owner was super helpful in selecting the correct model. I have had a couple of questions since the purchase and I received the same great service. I will buy other equipment from Tristar in the future. They have a service and repair shop, a complete line of commercial mowers, generators, blowers, and weedeaters.
