Just saw this companys white van with license plate something like 51947 heading toward Germantown Parkway on Trinity Road, next to Shelby Farms, throw a big bag of fast food trash out the passenger side window near the apartment complex past the dog park. And right next to the park? In a company van? Absolutely shameful and unprofessional. I wouldnt trust or hire any company that disrespects the community like that.

First off, the name speaks for itself, the 1st day the manager,Jamie came to my home, he made me COMFORTABLE . The very next day, bright and early Tommy came out and replaced my HVAC system, Coil and Condenser. Tommy was very ppleasant, polite and professional I enjoyed working with him. I’m really blown away by how pleasant this whole experience was. Usually with any other company, I’m given a 4-5 hour window of arrival, the hvac technician barely says a word to me, and he leaves me with an overwhelming bill. BUT NOT THIS TIME! Austin came out and took care of us, he arrived exactly when he said he would and even called me with updates on his ETA, he explained exactly what was going on so I understood it as well, was so kind and professional, and even emailed me multiple pricing options with deals to forward to my landlord. Called them last Monday after my ac unit lost the freon and froze up overnight, they came out same day and recharged. We were cooling but new my 20 yr old system was on its last leg. They gave me a great price on a complete new Trane unit, sent a crew of guys to get the job done the next day. Thanks to both Jonathans, Donald, Jason, Joseph, and anyone else I left out, top notch job, again. I said again because they had just did a repair for me on another unit with promptness, and I met Jonathan Wilkerson back in 2013 when another unit went out and he gave me a great price on a new one when another company my home warranty used wanted to patch it. top notch job and no problems since. What sold me on Jonathan was I called him about a month later in 2013 when the unit they just replaced this week went down . I suspected it was just a capacitor, called him at 7:00 am, he was here 45 minutes later, installed a capacitor, and billed me $65.00. Thats right, 65 dollars. Thats called appreciating your customers. Thats how you build your business, I think he just had two trucks at that time. So needless to say, you get what you pay for, I I have sure got my moneys worth dealing with his him and his company the last 7 years. So go ahead and give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

James Murphy and Big Jr did an excellent job replacing a very old breaker panel that was causing my air to not work and was semi dangerous. They were timely and responsive. They were so nice and discussed all options with us first.

I called Jonathan on Friday morning after my upstairs AC went out, and he was at my house within 2 hours! As it turned out, the furnace for the upstairs needed to be replaced, as it was as old as the house. On Monday Joseph and Jason came out and took care of everything! We’re in Oakland TN and I called in the middle of the afternoon after being stood up by another company. Austin came out immediately and looked at what we needed to keep the back part of our axe throwing store comfortable for our customers.
