I walked in and met with John and 25 minutes later I had a receipt of purchase in hand. The best part about it was we got it delivered in our home an hour and a half later. Now that’s what I call red carpet service!!! I am so impressed. Their furniture was high-quality and very comfortable too. Went in one Saturday morning. A man was behind the counter. Never acknowledged my husband or myself. We looked around for a little longer. No one ever asked if they could help us. So we left and bought at another furniture store.

Ive looked for years for a specific style recliner and ordered it today at Wilson. Its a Lazy Boy and even with custom fabric and added swivel and home delivery it was less expensive than options at the Lazy Boy store, heart American home store, Ashley and others. Great customer service as well.

Dont waste your time and money prices are set way to high a person that is on low budget or set income could not afford it. You all have nice furniture but the prices are entirely to high.

Located near the Collierville Square, Wilson Furniture is a smaller, family-owned full service furniture store. They have quality Furniture, including Lazy Boy, as well as lamps and accents for the home. This store is smaller and easier to negotiate than most Krogers!

Always great service and we have bought 3 lazy boy recliners and a lazy boy couch. We will continue to shop there, they also have fast delivery and they provide great service too.

I just went to Wilson Furniture Store to look for mattresses. I walked in with my 6 month old and neither sales employees even spoke to me, said hello, waved, or anything. They saw me wandering around the store and didnt offer help. I found the section with the beds and tried all 7 mattresses they had in the store, and re-tried the one I liked, and they never even came to that part of the store to see if I needed help. If they had, they would have sold me a mattress. I guess I will take my business elsewhere. As I walked out of the store and passed the employees, they once again never offered help or even spoke to tell me bye. Very disappointed. Especially since I am a collierville resident and wanted to shop locally!

Wilson has beautiful, quality furniture. Gail was friendly and helped us with picking a reclining sofa and fabric.

We found the members of this furniture store very polite and welcoming.

I walked in and everybody started at me like I was a ghost. No one said hello welcome in. I am assuming because of my race. Finally a got came up and asked did I need any help. I told him no just looking and thanks. But I will never be back. I did not feel welcome.
