Did a great job of helping us pick out the right rug. Also helped us with our new floors. Made sure we were taking care of. He kept in touch with our project and made sure everything was done to our liking.

We bought a beautiful rug here a few years ago and after a new puppy, figured it needed cleaning. They picked up and delivered (way out to Mississippi!) and the rug was so nice and clean (could compare it to the tiny similar one that we had in front of the backdoor that we did not have cleaned). Would recommend Fara Oriental Rugs!

The owner does not want to hear about returns or refunds for an undelivered rug. We were very specific we needed a rug quickly and were promised a four day delivery. When no delivery was made, we told him we wanted to cancel and would go elsewhere. Contract was then disclosed to me that in fact says there is a no return/no refund policy. Not indicated when we were in the store, not willing to deviate from this policy. It’s now two months later, still no rug and still trying to get our credit card company to stop payment to this dishonest “businessman”. Rugs are in fact over priced and exact same rugs can be found with a few clicks online for less than half the price.

A few weeks ago we needed to get our floors done ASAP (carpet + potty training does not mix well). I called my friend and she recommended that I call Fara rugs after having her floors done. When I called, someone came by and gave us a VERY reasonable quote that same day. A week later when my husband and I were ready to get our floors installed, I called Fara back and they had someone out the VERY next day. The men worked efficiently, made sure to cut our vinyl wood perfectly around intricate perimeters, installed the shoe molding, and cleaned up efficiently afterwards. I was highly impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and skill level that Fara provided. Due to Covid, so many are swamped and I appreciated the quick turn around for this project! Highly recommend.

Horrible, horrible integrity & service. Sent an antique runner to be cleaned. Owner assured me they take the best care & use great concern while cleaning. 2 weeks later they delivered the rug back to me with a huge black grease looking stain across the entire width of it. They took it back to get it out & just delivered back. Now the black stain is gone & there is thread missing and a bleach looking mark where they worked too hard to get the stain out that they put in it. Owner has been rude & says they are not to blame. That with wear the bleach mark will not be visible. So very disappointed & will make sure I never let any one I know use this company!!

We absolutely love the proprietor and his family. He went above and beyond to help ensure we got the best rug for our space, including bringing several to our home to try. He also assisted us in cleaning and repairing the rug we were updating. Can’t recommend this business highly enough. His wife Fara even gave us excellent design advice! Thank you, Mr. S! You and your family really know your business.

I have had 2 rugs cleaned here and custom pads made. Service was great. They delivered them and placed them nicely in my home. I just dropped off a third rug to be cleaned and a new pad made. I can’t wait to get it back. Mike is so helpful.

I brought 2 runners to the Collierville location for cleaning. There was a sign posted stating 50% off hand cleaning. Both runners were individually rolled. The manager did not unroll or measure the runners. Unfortunately, I should have him evaluate the runners to see if they had the ability to clean them. I paid in advance $164 for the cleaning service. When I picked up the runners they didnt look clean. I told the manager the runners didnt look clean. In fact they looked the same. I would urge not to take any rugs to be clean by this company. You will be disappointed

We bought a rug for $800. MICHAEL SAID it was MARKED DOWN from $1200. I found the same rug ONLINE for $359 MARKED down from $449.00. The rug is also sold by Home Depot and K Mart. One sales pitch was that the rugs were much higher quality than the big box stores. I should have done my homework. Before buying get make of rug and item number. Shop around!

Cara Floors stained the concrete in my bedroom they did an awesome job!!! THEY even put a diamond design in the concrete. I am very pleased.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!As a locally owned business I have to say Mike and his staff are phenomenal. Yes, they do have a lot of rugs I saw online and at home depot, however, their quality is unmatched. You have to remember locally owned stores cant go up against larger companies that advertise on the internet or have big names like Home Depot or Lowes. I went to home depot and even though I saw something I liked for cheaper, their customer service was down right HORRIFIC!!! At Fara Rugs I knew my money was going to a family owned business that appreciated having me in their store. As a customer, that goes a long way. No they do not refund due to the simple fact that people would use the rug, stain it, and then want their money back. This isnt walmart people. So before bashing a local business, lets support this family that has the courage to go up against monopolies like Walmart and Amazon. SHOP LOCAL! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES! The CEOs of those companies care about their millions of dollars and profit, where Mike and his family create jobs with value in our community and give back by appreciating their customer. If anyone has ever had a bad experience at this store, I can vouch that you are wrong. These people go ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I have been buying from them since 2015 and still more than satisfied!!
