My document was notarized incorrectly. They offered to fix it for free, but I had to spend another $40 to ship it out again.Ill also note, the second person who notarized our document was asking us how to notarize it. Thankfully we had instructions from the clerks office, but I feel like they dont know what theyre doing.

I went in to ship a painting that was originally printed at the midtown store at 5pm today, and not only did he not ship it and tell me I had to go all the way back to Midtown, he was super rude towards me about my amazon return (which he didnt even do) He just wanted me out of there. Dont go if you want to be treated like an actual human being!

I needed pages printed, help from a notary and then the package overnighted. This location was fast, professional and charged me a fair price. Thanks again for all your help.

Went today to the post office and they couldn’t help me, then I went to this UPS store and they were very helpful and eager, really eager to help me out, unlike USPS. Highly recommend this store.

I have used the Collierville UPS store for four years. The staff is helpful and professional. For those who may not be aware, the $9.95 charge that cancels out within a day or so is used by other shippers (e.g. FedEx) also for credit card use even for printing even a page or two.

Rude staff, I went into store to print 1 piece of paper and was immediately charged $9.95 to use the computer. When I asked the staff if that was correct he said it was for the time and the print. Was only on computer 2-3 mins. Ridiculous.

Great store, friendly staff. I come into this store at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. I find it difficult to believe the negative reviews posted by others.

Shady and Rude. Stared at me and tried to charge me big bucks for a Prime return. No thank you. Visited another store and had it taken care of by a nice associate at no charge just like the other returns I have had.

Theres a wonderful team of people who work there! Always cheerful and they greet you when you walk in. They are happy to help however you need. They even offer to grab mail out of your box so you dont have to walk over to it.

You will find at the Collierville UPS store the kindest, most professional, polite staff --the kind you forgot exists. A very special shout out is reserved for Kristen who yesterday went above and beyond to help me with a search and she graciously spent a lot of time on it. Thank you, Kristen!! Thank you, UPS!!

Have visited this store many times and the associates have been very helpful. Quick, courteous and efficient service on every visit.

I mailed out a box today that had fragile written on every side. The worker looked at the box and asked me what was inside. After telling him, he decided to flip the box upside down and shake it as hard as he could. The contents in the box will probably be delivered broken now.. I am very disappointed.

Definitely should try other locations before this!!

They charge $2 to print a label. The worst store in the world.

Very very slow service. They misprinted several times before getting it right and it still took 30 minutes to print one page.

Employees didnt seem to like there job very much. Not very helpful and really slow service. All of them stayed in the back the whole entire time I was in the store. Finally just paid and left to finish the rest of my errands elsewhere.

I have been to this store twice. Both times the service was extremely slow & the manager rude. Will never go back to the one in Collierville!
