The staff are awesome! Friendly, welcoming, smiling. Excellent service. I was very disappointed in the cinnamon bun package of 4: No where near what I was expecting. Ate 2 of the 4, discarded 2. Everything else has been consistently good in past visits. The cinnamon buns are not for me.

Went there this morning with my family...the doughnuts never disappoint me. However the 3 women working werent friendly at all. No greeting! Attitude while I asked a question. That being said makes me not want to go back. When your a respectful paying customer..you should be treated the same!

The Red sign is on so I eagerly get in the drive thru..we get 8 glazed and 4 pumpkin spice...the glazed were sooo hard and old...we pulled around and asked why we we given such old donuts..they said,you must REQUEST hot glazed donuts ...😒😕🙄...who WANTS a old cold 🍩 🙅🏽‍♀️

Place was clean. Coffee was very heavy on the cream. Two stars for the service. It was only two women working there when we went and they were very slow. It took around 10 minutes to order with only two people in front of us. They did not have many donuts left and the donuts they did have tasted a few hours old. I love Krispy Kreme donuts so I will definitely be returning, just disappointed in the service.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean well lit establishment. The donuts are fresh and the donors are decorated beautifully. The donuts are delicious here. Parking lot is well lit. This store is easily seen from the major road that it’s on. There’s a drive thru available too. If you are in the area and want real donuts, then this is the place you need to visit and visit again.

Their donuts are smaller than other Krispy Kreme branches. Take a look at exhibit A, two large donuts from Jersey City Krispy Kreme, and two tiny donuts from this Cherry Hill location. Now, one could argue in jest that they have smaller holes, hence it makes up for its size. No, that argument is full of holes.

We made a spontaneous stop for donuts. The staff was very polite and helpful. The donuts were fresh and lasted a few days without being stale. The donuts are smaller than Dunkin Donuts but are much better tasting. Its a good thing this location is not close by.😄🍩

This was my first time at Krispy Kreme...and I have to say it was an excellent experience. The woman who helped me was so nice...they had a excellent selection. Not like other place that run out of donuts. Its my new favorite donut place.

This was my first time trying Krispy. Kreme. Used the drive-thru. The person taking the order was very nice, friendly, funny and helpful. The whole experience was very easy and pleasant.The product on the other hand was not impressive. I had heard about Krispy Kreme from others and expected a better donut. There was nothing wrong with them. They just seemed blah.

Have only used the drive through, ordering process simple and quick.

This store never seems to have any of the donuts in stock. The only consistent thing is the plain glaze. Forget the holiday ones. Ive even tried ordering the night before and have had a full order cancelled. Hoping for better service when Deptford opens

Krispy Kreme began as a mystical place for me. A professor once brought in these donuts for class and I fell in love with the signature Kreme. At the time, no matter where I was living, Krispy Kreme was an hour away, so I never was able to go. Now, with it down the street, I enjoy it a few times a year.Some may say that the donuts have gotten worse over time, but I disagree. Have I been going to Krispy Kreme since 1949 when a dozen donuts cost two cents? No. I recognize that you’re not getting mom and pop donut quality, but you do get that signature Kreme.The store is clean and the drive through is accessible. Staff are reasonable and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone at least one time, for that signature Kreme. It’s a great way to treat yourself, friends, family, etc.

What a disappointment! Theyre advertising the Oreo donuts and when I get there, at around 12:45 in the afternoon, they dont have any. I get a dozen because I drove a long way to get there only to bite into what tasted like a day old donut! What happened? They used to be great. I get to the parking lot and a delivery truck arrives to deliver donuts. I guess they dont make them there anymore. It was awful! I am officially done with Krispy Kreme!

1st time ever to Krispy Kreme-locations are far from home. We/family went after vaccination to get free doughnuts. The doughnuts were small, It tasted okay- not bad, not great. If Im in the area of a location Id/wed like to try different flavors. Dont see what the fuss is about though!

Excellent little donut place. Very, very clean and well maintained. Run superbly by a team of people that really seem to know what theyre doing. Donuts always fresh, always in stock. Tons of side items, too, like frozen lemonades or bagels or muffins or coffee. If youve never had Krispy Kreme donuts, by the by, imagine a Dunkin Donut but with 300% more freshness and real ingredients. DD gets their donuts trucked in every day, whereas KK makes theirs fresh on the spot. Worth the trip.

Came all the way here for the halloween donuts, they didnt have all the characters. I ordered a dozen and thought I was getting the 8 characters and 4 other halloween donuts. When I got home I discovered they only gave 6 character donuts. This wasnt what was advertised.The employees were friendly and niceI also ordered an ice coffee but there was more milk then coffee. I think Ill stick to dunkindonuts.

I had a wonderful experience! I read the bad reviews and have been to this location a few times, I have never experienced anything bad here. Fresh donuts, ordered online, even got 2 drinks that were amazing while getting it all through the drive-thru. Employees were kind and patient! Clean and could smell the doughnuts through our masks. My daughter loved it!!

Donuts are always good but the service here is god awful, terrible attitude from the lady at the window. i understand customer service can be tiring but this was beyond that and the disrespect was uncalled for.

The donuts here are better than Dunkin but there are better smaller donut specialty shops out there. Their Oreo Mocha Chiller is a bit too sweet and add a donut to it and you are probably looking at a whole days worth of carbs in one shot.

Today they had a special,, buy a dozen get a dozen free. You would think they would have ordered more donuts. They ran out. Not to mention only 2 people working. It was horrible.

Going to have to rethink my choice of doughnut eateries. Sign said HOT, doughnuts WERE NOT. Nothing I wanted was available. And!!! Their doughnuts are getting smaller! These are not the minis...they were the new regular size! No thanks!

Today, I bought 2 BOGO boxes, totaling 4 dozens. This was my second time at the location. When I got home and opened the boxes, I was very disappointed to see the size of the donuts. The donuts of this location are smaller than those of other locations, but this time, I thought they were mini donuts. I felt cheated. A dozen donuts fill just more than half the box.

I’m highly disappointed in the service. I pull up at the speaker excited to order some donuts. I saw the light on indicating that they have hot donuts. I ask if they have any pumpkin spice and the reply was “we only have what’s on the menu” in the hash tone. I was like okay. Can I have half dozen glaze donuts. He repeated my order incorrectly and I said no 6 glaze donut in a Stern tone. I wasn’t even told my price but he say drive on up. I reach and the window and wasn’t even greeted was just told the price of $6.18 and he took my card. I wasn’t given a receipt, I had to get out my car and ask for my receipt.Processed to hand me 6 cold donuts, I took the donuts open it and ask him why is my donuts cold the sign said hot donuts. Then he proceeds to he if you park in the front I’ll give you some hot donut, which I get but the service was just horrible. He said I have to ask for hot donuts. I lived in the south for years and never had to ask for hot donut as long the orange sign said hot donut. Please retrain all employees that work tonight. I live very close to this store and will not be returning.

Came for the free donuts, but they misunderstood and thought we wanted to have one regular donut each AND have a regular free donut. I tried to explain that we just wanted free donuts, but there was a long line and theyd already bagged it up, so I just dropped it and paid.

From my first time to now. Very different. The donuts arent freshly made at the moment, its not the same experience. Theyre better warm.

There were no donuts. I mean that literally. I went at 10 am, on a Saturday morning. They would not sell the donuts in the carts. They insisted they were sold. The woman at the counter was rude. She was frustrated with the cash register system, and became unpleasant with me. I was never rude, just pointed out that the total was incorrect. She went and got a manager over and over, because she could not help herself. Honestly, had I not seen my coffee made, I would not drink it, thats how nasty the woman was. I am mostly disappointed because they now limit the bonus dozen you can buy. We like to spread joy with the donuts, and now we cant.

So hit up Krispy Kreme after the boys haircuts because we never had them before. And rarely drive by this area. First impression was they are pretty small. Single donuts range between $1.39 -$1.59 at first glance, so a little pricy as well. Kids loved their glazed AND strawberry frosted. Hubby and i not a fan of the original glaze. Tasted too sweet (like artificial sweetener) and chocolate covered creme was ok, not much better than Dunkin.... our conclusion was it was ok. Not AWESOME. definitely over-rated. You can get a better donut at a majority of Mom and Pop run bakeries.

The donuts are good but they dont always have a decent variety throughout the day.

There is a promotion on Saturdays that gives you a free dozen glaze donuts when you BUY a dozen glaze donuts. They wont let you get warm donuts for this promotion. I understand the free dozen not being fresh (although all productuct should be quality) but the dozen you PAY for should never be substandard. If they can not afford the promotion any longer then they should be stopping the promotion. Do not sell poor quality product. I intended to also buy other things but left the store instead having bought nothing.
