Overcharged me for a phone by not applying promo. Lied about giving me a $50 plan and instead gave me a $30 plan with a bunch of add-ons i said i did not want. Charged me for a case i didnt ask for and did not receive. never calls back when trying to get this situated. will be disputing with my bank, the metro is a scam and i hope t-mobile closes it.

I bought two phones today as a new customer and the sales rep Isaiah really went over the top with his customer service. He sold me a good phone and even helped me set up email. I really recommended this store.

Great store. The sales rep Isaiah really knows what he is talking about and goes above and beyond to help you out. There isnt a lot of good Metro stores around but I really recommend going to this one.

They quote you a price saying that is the phone and upgrade price. Get shown two cases and told pick one its free. Check my receipt they charged me for the case 20$. I can go online and get a better one cheaper. Than was my sales rep. Both managers tried to say its a bundle price. Nobody buys a phone with out a case they said. The store is just trying to pad their attach percentages. DO NOT go here unlessyou want to be ripped off. I cant even return the case because the sales rep threw out my packaging.

Called and left many messages never called back and never answered the phone called 20 times in 1 day! DISGRACEFUL
