Called to replace window of hotel roo.. They came in and got measurement of the window and told us itll be replaced in few days. Its been almost 4 weeks now and still no window. When I called multiple times to check on it lady told me shell coordinate with installer and will get back to me. They dont even have decency to call back.

They fixed the chip & I did not have to replace the windshield
