Went to get a stain remover and decided I should probably get my windshield wipers replaced. However, I didnt know what I needed to get, so I asked the man named Christopher at the front desk. He even put my windshield wipers on and taught me how to do it! Very sweet and nice employees. Will be coming back!

Mark helped me out greatly by showing me which fuse was blown in the car and showing me which replacement to get. He was quick and to the point which I appreciated as I was in a rush. Great service.

I walked in and the salesman asked me right away if he could help. I told him I was looking for a headlight for my car. I gave him the information he needed and he told me exactly what bulb would fit my car. He then explained the different types of bulbs there were & suggested which one would possibly last longer than the other. He was very helpful. I would recommend anyone going there. I was waited on immediately.

The Collinsville store is a great place for any automotive need and you can get some good advice. I live roughly in between 3 autozones, I make sure to always try to go to the Collinsville location first.

This place blows! They are short and rude on the phone and their system to track orders is a mess! I never got a emailed receipt and my order is lost in the system. Shop across the street!

Had a great experience at this particular Auto Zone. Joe, one of the employees was very helpful in helping me figure out what was wrong with my truck. Providing me tools and information that I do not know and if he didnt tell me I would have ruined my truck engine. So shout out to Joe, I really appreciate it. Awesome, great and friendly customer service. Will be back

AutoZone is my boyfriends first choice for parts when something goes wrong with our car. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and they usually have the parts at a more reasonable price than any of their competitors.

Absolutely horrible customer service skills. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to cars. They are extremely rude and careless. My mother was also racially discriminated against by management and staff at this location.

The manager, tall bald glasses works 1st shift is rude to employees and customers. Poor employee a woman asked a question and he was rude. Been going to advance after this. I wont be talked to the way i was.

My wife and kids are driving through on a road trip and had a check engine light come on. I called ahead and spoke to John, and he and Dave met my wife outside, pulled the warning codes, and gave her helpful advice for the rest of her trip. I quit going to AutoZone 15 years ago the people there are not very knowledgeable Hannah things they sell and usually try to sell you the wrong part I go to OReillys across the street now those people know what theyre talking about and well go out of their way to get you the right part and possibly and usually on the same day if they dont have it in the store. The sales person was very helpful in showing me all the car window sealants. Was very happy with my purchase and at a reasonable price. The store is very clean and well organized. Plenty of parking and located on the main (HWY 159) road.

I am very disappointed of this location. The person who was helping my friend was very rude and gave him the wrong part. I had to go up there with him and talk to the same guy who was still being a jerk and work out which part we needed. Then there was a 10 minute ordeal on trying to return the wrong part. The guy was being unprofessional to us while he was the one who didnt know what he was doing. I wont be back to this location.

I was shocked with the service. Im usually an oReillys guy but when they didnt have the part I needed I checked here because it was only right across the street. They didnt end up having the stock part but they ended up being able to find a universal pay that worked just as well.

Every time I go into their store, they are always willing to go the extra mile to help. We recently bought windshield wipers and one did not come with the needed adapters. I went in to exchange it, and the associate at corporate accounts - I think it was Derek (his name started with a D...) took care of me and made sure the new one went on without issue.

My husband took two batteries up to check and see if they were bad on the 25th of June. He said who ever the manager was was extremely rude. I asked what his name was and he did not know. My husband asked if he had time to check the batteries to see if they were good and he replied that he didnt really have time and grabbed the batteries. He then proceeded to check the batteries and said yep this one is bad and then again with the other. He asked if it was telling him if it wouldnt take a charge or what and the manager looked him straight in the face and said Its telling me its bad, thats what its telling me. My said husband he just had that feeling you sometimes get about people and went over to OReillys where he had a total different experience. A nice one. He had the batteries checked and the first on was good and the second one, which was and older one was still showing good, but right on the verge of not being trustworthy. Needless to say, I know where we wont be buying batteries from.

Good service - visit here regularly. I like their loyalty program compared to OReillys. Any time they dont have a part, they can call elsewhere.
