Highly recommend finding someone else to install your counter tops. Tammy has the worst attitude throughout the whole process. Of course our countertop didn’t fit the first time even though you pay extra for them to come out and measure themselves. They tried to fix it twice and after the second time of her coming out, she still didn’t fix it to our liking, walked out and said it’s all yours now and waited in the truck while we told her help we weren’t satisfied. At this point we will just have to deal with what we were given because it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with Tammy. Save yourself time and a headache and use anyone else please!

We have decided to purchase our countertop elsewhere. The lady working in the office was beyond rude! She was so degrading and talked to us like we were stupid. Apparently she didn’t approve of the countertop we wanted...telling us “go ahead and get it, just don’t try to sell your house anytime soon”. What kind of salesperson would say something like that????? We ordered the countertop from another company and saved over $300.

We had a great experience! Best customer service! The team at the Counter Top Shop answered all our questions and offered lots of options with no pressure. We purchased our kitchen cabinets and countertop from them. I would recommend them over any big box store.

This is a family run business and every one of them was helpful.They bet the estimated time by 2 weeks and made very helpful recommendations during the whole process. I have been remodeling the house and had a lot of contractors come in. Tammy and crew are number one on my satisfaction scale.

They would rather tell the truth about potential problems than to disappoint. Their installation service far exceeds what my contractors have done in the past.
