Great people over here. Had brakes and tires done, and they were honest enough to tell me my front pads were still good and didnt gouge me for unnecessary repairs. Also had it done WAY quicker than expected. Highly recommend!

They were scheduled to pick up my bike to replace a broken final drive belt on Tuesday 8/3, they NO SHOWED, NO CALLED. I have attempted to contact them 3 times since, 1 text message and 2 voicemails and have NOT received a response.

On June 3rd I dropped my bike off to Tim to do some repairs and to install a 1250 conversion kit. He told me I could pickup the next week. I called him to make sure it was ready and he said it wasnt. Needless to say after waiting little over 6 weeks on a 2 an half day jobm I demanded mybike back and $700 he did install the conversion kit and fixed my tire but he did not tune my carb or fix my brakes did not Finnish putting it back together and damaged my rear fender. Although he did say he would fix my fender but said I was on my own for the rest .

Great shop. Returned the bike running great. Thanks to Tim for the work and Nick Marino for the tune. The bike took a few hours longer then he expected but stayed true to the quote he gave me. Also found me some parts cheaper then i was able to.

Bought a radio from Tim and waited two weeks with no show so I gave him a call he told me it had been shipped but after 5 weeks I give up. Now to get PayPal to return my money. All I can say is be careful when dealing with him

The shop is AMAZING.You know how you always want a trusted mechanic to shoot you straight and not upsale? This is it. Tim knows his stuff backward, forward, sideways. I’d let him (prefer him) to work on anything that starts with a key.

Buddy had a bike dropped off to get some work done, sat there for almost 2 months with no work completed and no contact from the shop and when they finally reached out the owner said come get your bike Im tired of you calling. Would never recommend this place.

This place is great. I had a new set of Michelin Commanders put on for the best price around. Tim took wonderful care of my bike, he found a couple loose screws while he was working on it, and added a little locktite them and re-torqued them at no additional cost. When was the last time you heard of the Harley dealership doing that. Today they earned all my future business!!!Thanks Tim and everyone at Chaos Customs

One the worst places I have ever been. Forgot to put parts back on my bike(took over a week longer to do the work than they told me). Left the key on drained my battery. And horrible customer service. Plz if you like your bike go anywhere else!!!

If needed would take bike to their shop again.
