Bria, our delivery woman, was AMAZING!!!! We had a pick up scheduled for just a drop off and she ended up picking up 30 boxes that were super heavy. She went above and beyond to help us even when she didnt have to. She helped when we had scheduled multiple pick ups in a row that the other drivers didnt want to take any the boxes and we kept getting pushed off.Bria, you are the real MVP!

Totally rediculous, poor customer service from FEDEX! People on office are fine. It is the company in general! Shipped pckg. International and paid $169 to ship. FedEx is the broker by default. Its on their contract. Customs wont release package until i pay over $700 for an item worth $150. FedEx suggested i hire a broker and refused to help get package out of customs. So $150 value plus $170 to ship $320 total and literally countless hours on phone with Fedex who continued telling me nothing was wrong & package would be delivered even after i spoke to customs in Colombia & was told FedEx refused to act as broker. Lies and more lies. Im not just angry and retaliating! This happened over 45 days ago. IM mostly over them. Point is i had to abandon pckg. Send money western Union so person could just buy the item themselves i. Country. Then FedEx charged my card 2 weeks later for broker fees of $47! What a joke. Of course u stopped payment. Be careful and you cannot rely on what the contract says or even what they say. Lies!

Regarding firearms: the clerks (2) have both stated that firearms were not allowed to be shipped via fedex on four transactions I personally have had prior, but after being requested by myself to disclose literature stating the aforementioned, both clerks (at separate dates) have determined that fedex will ship firearms as long as it is completed legally. This is what I had stated, but waited fifteen minutes on average to be cleared, as well as everyone in kind behind me. The clerks (2) are not aware nor trained, are ignorant to the process of shipping firearms, and have on four accounts, used their opinions rather than any literature backed guidance. Absolutely the worst delivery service around. Waited all day for a phone to be delivered and at 4 PM found a slip attached to the door saying they had tried to deliver but we were not home. We have a doorbell. We were sitting in the house not 20 feet away from the door. there was no knock, The Garage door was open. There are two doors there. No doorbell rang and there was no knock on those doors either. I called FEDEX and they told me they guaranteed it would be there after 5. We sat at home, missed a dinner with our friends. Nope no phone. Our neighbor called and said they were missing a FEDEX delivery as well. We waited Saturday...no delivery...nor Sunday and not yet today either. What kind of scam are you running FEDEX? Do you expect us to wait on the porch all day for you to come? It was 40 degrees outside.

Package was to be delivered in Tuesday, driver said they could not find my location. I have since called 3 times giving directions and verifying my address with no success. Do they not have access to Google maps? Seriously, come on. Ive had multiple packages delivered before. You call and get transferred to some random customer service rep that sends them a message. Worthless.

I dont know the ladies name that helped me but she made my visit easy and she was extremely efficient.

Had to send a package back to the shipper that was the wrong item. The clerk said she could not print out the return label for me and sent me around the corner to a hotel to print it. Meanwhile the replacement that is being shipped has been in route for over a week and went 1500 miles in the first 3 days and is taking 7 days to cover the last 500. I called about the shipment and was sent to an overseas call center that was no help and could give no explanation why the expected arrival date had been pushed back 3 times. I believe at this point any other carrier would have been a better option, including carrier pigeon.

Walked in to return a package to the sender for my mother. (my mother did not order)When the woman came to the front and saw return to sender on the package she said why do you want to return this and I explained why and then she said well what is it? I told her, but is it really any of her business? She then just grabbed the box and walked away. If that woman doesnt like her job, she should find another one. Shes paid to help customers not be rude. Wish I wouldve gotten her name, but she was quick to go to the back.

Best Customer service Ive ever had from FedEx

Went here for several reasons. First, I needed to ship a package. Ive had some encounters with both the postal service and UPS that werent so great and I really didnt want to use either of them. Plus it was getting late in the evening. I decided to go with FedEx mainly because they were close to me and open late. I was greeted by a friendly clerk who took care of everything and I left feeling confident that my package would arrive at its intended destination on time and in the exact same condition that I was sending it in. It didnt drain my wallet either.

Awful service. I was supossed to have my package delivered at a set time and it never came, called the company and they said it was at the facility and I could pick it up that day. I drove 40 minutes to the facility and it was not there and they proceeded to tell me it was at a location close to my home for my “convenience” but I don’t find it very convenient that I did not receive a text or email saying it was there and even when I called the operator said it was at the facility.

Went to mail a package and she told me to go to the competition smh even though the letter said fedex
