Very hard to find a good trustworthy shop, these guys have been my go to shop for the past 5 years. Dan, the shop manager, is extremely knowledgeable and will let you know if the issue with your car can wait or if it should be fixed right away. Ive taken all 4 of my cars here and my issues have always been fixed. As long as Dan is there I will be forever a customer.

I went there for a bad metal on metal scrapping sound comoing from back wheel on our Honda 2020, my husband spoke to the guy and he did a test drive…right away after going around the block he diagnosed the issue, fix it right away very quick.The gentleman was very professional and polite.We will definitely be coming back here for our cars services.

I went there wt my car after one day the same issue came back...they sent me to westfield ave one when I got there he said he wont time to fix it after I paid 677 dollars...this co.pany actually make ur car worst...they took my money and never gave me back my car...they still have my car refused to fix it because the ppl in belleville were too doped up to fixed a car...do not go there

HORRIBLE!!!! WARNING STAY AWAY! I went in for a brake job and they stole my catalytic converter. They took the Catalytic converter from my car and add a piece of pipe. As soon as i left the shop my check engine light came on. Got home ran the code and figured out it was a cat code. I looked under the car and see the fresh pipe and welds on my exhaust. They should be in PRISON!

Went there on busy Saturday morning and was able to get my vehicle inspection done in no time. The person on front desk was very kind and very helpful.

Took my car for NJ vehicle inspection. They noticed my car was leaking badly and suggested I take it back to the dealership for repairs. Spotting the trouble and warning me saved me from destroying my engine.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! My car was running rough they said I needed a full tune up, $580 later my car is still running rough. I take it to someone else they said I needed a $18 fuel filter. Then this guys tells me that my cars plugs are old not new like Quality Auto Center charged me for. These guys just stole my money. STAY AWAY!!!

I went to quality auto with a good conditioned car. All I needed to fix was my brakes and rotor. After it was all said and done, the mechanic told us that we needed to fix our alternator which he quoted $500! That was after dropping $700 on the brakes and rotor. And get this, the thing is the alternator was in perfect condition! Definitely do not recommend this place!

Darren is the best mechanic I have ever met and worked with! I dont mind travelling 50 miles to have my 15 year old car checked out and have an oil change every 3,000 miles with a synthetic oil for only $40. Its very hard to find a trustworthy and dependable mechanic these days and this place is a gem!

After fearing that my 17 year old Toyota was DOA, a friend recommended Quality Auto. I made an appointment with Darren and he quickly analyzed the problem and was able to replace the catalytic converter, change the oil and even replaced the wiper blades. Darren was professional and extremely knowledgable. My car is running like its 2005 once again. Thank you, Quality Auto!

I went to this place 4 or 5 years ago and was a really bad experience, my car was having an sporadic shouting down engine problem, they couldnt find the reason, and when a tray to take my car out from their yard, there where no brakes, apparently they ran over something when testing the vehicle. The brake hose was tear down, they charge me for the repairs of the damage they did to my car and they didnt have any Idea what was the engine problem, of course never came back. Im surprise they are still on business with that kind of service

WHAT A RIP OFF. Went for an inspection around 3:30 mechanic said that they are closing soon that it can’t be done I have to return next day or I can pay $150 and he will do it. I’m very mechanical inclined and I know all the do is plug the scanner in. I told him that is too much for me. I went to dmv and to my surprise it’s FREE

Called them up for a price quote on replacing just the rear brake shoes told the service rep I have a coupon for the labor of 49.95 valid till 8/31/18 and his reply was that I was looking at around 150.00 how funny is it 100.00 dollars for rear brake shoe when there 16.95 at auto zone oh and forgot to mention that I told him that the drums were new and he insisted that I should have them replace..... Unreal......

They really do honest and good work. I go there all the time with my old vechicles and I can say that they Never Cheat on me even for a dollar.
