I was looking for Anis del Mono Anisette Dulce, which apparently is hard to find on the West coast. I found it on Wine Chateaus website and ordered 2 bottles. I had a few questions before placing the order and their customer service was quick to answer my questions. The order also arrived quickly and their shipping fees are comparable to other online liquor stores I reviewed. I will use them again for this particular order.

I was a little hesitant to order an expensive bottle of champagne from a website. I’ve never heard of but I took a chance and I was not disappointed! I live in California and the bottle came perfectly intact and that made me happy. I will definitely order from this site again!

I was very impressed with their prompt service and notifying me whenever the package reached a certain point/Post Office. I was sending my uncle, 86 yrs, two bottles of a liquor that is made in Europe. My mind was set at ease when my uncle received the package and called to thank me. I believe it was in a period of less than 10 days. Also, this liquor was extremely difficult to find but Wine Chateau does carry it.I will definitely buy wines and liquor from there again.Thank you

Second, the order arrives in good condition, although not as quickly as I would like. As long as I know what I want, online ordering is the best way to go.

Their customer service is great, but I had to contact them after not hearing anything about my order for two months. Turns out they didnt have some of the items in stock, so they were delaying my order and there was no way for me to know that. I emailed them, but just got a response that my order was processing. Once I contacted them on their website, they helped me quickly, friendly, and professionally.

My product was delivered in great condition and packaged amazing. Wood box included. I even noticed the smell was good. As many have said, it took a little while to receive, but I ordered way earlier than I needed it, so that wasn’t a big problem.

I ordered a 2006 vintage wine as it was on the web site. With no communication I received the 2009 vintage. I called and as I expected the 2006 was sold out, so they just sent the 2009. Had I known i was not getting the 2006 I would have canceled my order. They were courteous on the phone and prompt with a response. I kept the 2009 vintage.

After visiting Crete last year, I wanted some Cretan raki for home (which is different than other types of raki, no anisette flavor).
