This was a wonderful experience getting my home AC and furnace replaced. Hunter came out and assessed everything thoroughly with us. First let me say that I rather buy a car than have to buy air conditioning and heating. I did my due diligence and had multiple quotes to replace my systems. Vito came in and was the most knowledgeable and customer friendly person to arrive at my house. I didnt feel like just another customer with AirMaxx Mechanical. Amazing service! My AC had been blowing out moderately cool air but wouldnt get to the the temperature I wanted. John came right on time and was able to help me with everything I needed and more. He notified me that the AC system was older but he didnt try to sell me on getting a new system on the spot. He was able to service my unit and get it back working. Great service and very responsive. Installed a split air system for the garage. Didn’t bat an eye when I asked them run the air handler line from the front of the house all the way to the back. They had to go back to the office for more material and still got the job done in a day

I have had great experiences with AirMaxx in previous years but with the new desk receptionist/phone handler lyss? (refused to repeat name), I couldnt even get through my issues at hand without hearing childlike play and giggling as I was inquiring. Eventually, hanging up and taking business elsewhere. Their workers have been exceptional before but feeling as though I was speaking to a child misbehaving when I called last week was very unprofessional and not a good look for the company.

Awesome company. They were able to work us in the next day after our initial late night call. Keri was extremely helpful in keeping us up to date in regards to an available slot. Coddie was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took care of our AC unit quickly.

Hunter and John arrived on time, were very efficient, knowledgeable, polite and respectful. They got my my hvac unit back and running, explained to me in great detail what and why. During the visit, they unexpectedly changed out my thermostat under warranty and patiently walked me through all of the settings. They didnt have to take the extra time, in the middle of summer, with a fully loaded schedule, but they did and did so with a smile and Im extremely grateful. Witnessing these young men display rarely encountered qualities of the past is very encouraging. I couldnt ask for more from any company but I wont call another company for any of my hvac needs, unless Hunter starts his own company.

Josh was great, I haven’t had heat in a month and tried multiple companies and they were all too expensive including one hour heating and air conditioning, ever ready service experts, and incredible hvac Llc. I spent a month without air, in Richmond Summer, dealing with back and forth communication and lack luster service from unprofessional service provider sent to me by a home warranty company, that I know longer use... needless to say I was hot, agitated, and felt like my family would be hot forever. However, I took a chance on Airmaxx Mechanical and they came through. I had a leak in the exact wrong place and thought it would never get fixed... then came Josh who figured out my problem and Hunter who not only showed knowledge and professionalism but fixed the unit and didnt take all day to do it!!! Our AC just stopped cooling during a very hot week. I cannot live without AC! My husband called their emergency number and they were at our house in less than 2 hrs, on the weekend! I woke up to a hot downstairs. I realized that my air was not coming on. The unit outside would come on but no air would turn on. I called airmaxx mechanical and they sent Hunter out a few hours later. Hunter diagnosed the problem said it was a blower motor that needed replacing and ordered the part it came in the next day.John was the field tech that came out the next day to do the installation/repair, John was very professional calling me to let me know he picked up the part and was otw, he was on time. When arriving he introduced himself again and told me what his plans were and asked me did i have any questions for him. Steven came out to our house this morning and took care of our AC unit that was not putting out any cold air what so ever. He was very thorough in his initial investigation and cleaned up and serviced the unit both inside and out. He was very knowledgeable and informative and provided great details on the work he performed and all was done in a very timely manner! The unit is running great now and the overall experience left us to be more than likely return customers should we require any further HVAC services. The prices are very reasonable and even provided a military discount!

The blower motor on my home HVAC unit went out, and Airmaxx was the best price to come diagnose the problem. They were about $50 cheaper in the diagnosis alone and didn’t tack on an extra “trip fee” just to drive to my house.Hunter arrived on time with a teammate. They were very professional, putting on shoe covers to enter the house and everything. They quickly diagnosed the problem and then quickly went over options they could offer with prices and availability.Hunter made sure to ask a couple of times if I had any other questions, even unrelated to the specific issue at hand, like if any other part of the system wasn’t working correctly or airflow itself wasn’t where I wanted it.They came back bright and early the next business day with a new motor and exchanged the part and got everything working again.This is a very professional company and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with HVAC issues. Stroke of luck finding Airmaxx - woke up with no A/C in a 100 degree week, went to the Trane website and found them as an authorized service company. Submitted a request for assistance online - received a call about 30 minutes after they had opened advising they could be at my house between 4-7pm that afternoon (Ill take it). Received a call back in an hour stating someone could be there between 12-4pm (even better!)Josh from Airmaxx arrived, friendly, professional (in a company van with a company shirt, plus a face covering for pandemic times) - listened to my description of what I had found. He diagnosed and explained the problem quickly, showed me the old/new parts and advised exactly what was being done.The repair was fast, correct and the house started cooling immediately, family of 5 went to sleep in comfort after a balmy day of 86 degrees in the living room. Unit was seven years old with no prior problems, glad to have purchased a Trane, and equally glad to have found Airmaxx & Josh when something went awry. Thanks again - highly recommend Airmaxx.

Our upstairs AC wasnt working. My husband made the phone call to Air Maxx and Hunter, a service technician, showed up earlier than expected. He explained what was causing the problem and the estimated cost for repair options. We agreed on the repair and he fixed it that day. Hunter was very professional and courteous. We needed a new heat pump. Vito and Kaiden were an excellent team. They showed up on time. They introduced themselves and told us what they were going to do. They wore boot coverings when they came into the house. When they had to leave to get some materials, they told us when they would return. Vito gave us his business cell phone number and responded to us immediately when we had a question. It was an extremely hot day and Kaiden and Vito were working in our attic. They were drenched as they moved up and down the stairs but they maintained a pleasant demeanor. As they were finishing their job. Drew showed up and also introduced himself before joining the others. This amazingly professional team finished the job and swept up (SWEPT UP!!!) and went over the system with us before they left. Its not fun to have get home repairs done. If you need HVAC, we unreservedly recommend asking for Vito, Kaiden, and Drew at Airmaxx Mechanical. We dont think this company has a fancy commercial but if they did, we bet it would have a catchy tune and a cute dog in it!

Brand new heat pump system installed over a year ago and my heat bills were way up $$$! Both the installation company and another heat & air company told me there is nothing wrong with the unit or its installation. AirMaxx Mechanical came out and found two issues wrong with the installation and fixed it.Much thanks to Harley who went the extra mile to work out warranty issues so parts were covered and service could dispatch fast! (Warranty problems were created by the installer.) He had a work partner with him but I cant remember his name. They were both on time and very courteous. They covered their shoes and wore face masks the whole time they were here. They cleaned the outside unit and checked the inside unit. The determined that there was a problem with the thermostat and ordered a new one. It was under warranty. They got the old thermostat to work and checked the vent temperature. Today Hunter brought the new thermostat and installed it and programmed it. He was right on time. He made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. He wore shoe coverings and a mask the whole time he was here. He showed me the different features of the new thermostat and gave me his card and told me to call if I had any problems.

Facility Support Inc recently had Steven from Airmaxx out at a couple of our sites to troubleshoot and repair some of our systems. He was able to properly troubleshoot and provide timely repairs to keep our customers up and running. Airmaxx has been a solid and dependable HVAC solution for Facility Support for over 6 years now.

11/28/19 @ 1:19PM technician left voice message for me to call back so he can walk me through fixing the problem.11/28/19, at about 11AM, called to report unit inoperable after maintenance performed on 11/27/19 and paying $320. Informed by agent that due to Thanksgiving holidays,no guarantee of someone coming out sooner than 2 hours; and that I wouldnt be charged due to wasted payment on 11/27/19.11/12/19, fall maintenance performed.

When our AC went out last summer a coworker recommended Airmaxx and Steven as the POC. I reached out and despite it being the busy season for the industry, Airmaxx made sure Steven came by for an immediate assessment of our system. Bottom line...we needed a new system for the upstairs. Steven explained the issues, courses of action we could take and made a straight forward recommendation that I trusted based on the honesty and patience he displayed. When our downstairs unit gave up the ghost months later, I made one call to Steven without hesitation and we were on the path to a cool first floor. Spending my hard earned money a second time with a business is the best recommendation I can make. Our AC units werent working properly, so Airmaxx sent someone out to take a look. Steven was the tech assigned to us. He called to let us know he was on the way, arrived early, and had us up and running quickly. Steven was professional and friendly, and we would definitely recommend him, and Airmaxx, to anyone with HVAC issues.

Hunter, Josh, and Kaiden came in and did an awesome job. These three went above and beyond, not to mention working in a heavy rain most of the day. The few hiccups they had, were communicated and handled like it was nothing. Removed the old system and had it replaced and running in a day.

I have used Airmaxx for years and absiolutely think they are by far the best. Two young men ( Hunter and Andrew) came out to my home yesterday Jan. 14th to service my two units and did a fantastic job ! They called to let me know that they were on the way and arrived as promised. Upon arrival they checked with me to first see if I had any concerns or any issues that they needed to investigate. Hunter and Andrew did a very thorough job making sure that both units were workintg properly as well as the thermostats and air handler units. These two young men were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I did not feel that they rushed but took their time to make sure the job was done correctly. Both boys put covers on their shoes as they entered the house to protect my floors and carpets. After they were finished they explained everything to me that they had done and asked if I had any questions. I was so impressed with Hunter and Andrew and really appreciated everything they did. Thank you Airmaxx for employing such qualified people that made me feel that this service was well worth the money !
