Service was great. John made sure we understood the difference between the mattresses. He made sure we were getting exactly what we needed without being pushy. We approximately spent 45 min from looking to signing paperwork. Id give it a 5 star rating if I didnt have to wait 4 days for the delivery. Overall we were very happy with the process

It’s not often you experience excellence in service these days, but the staff at Mattress Firm did it! First, A Queen box spring that won’t go up the winding stairs. Next, a teenager that’s outgrown the twin, and finally the daybed mattress that went “walk-about.” Three problems, three different Associates and stores, and three stress-free purchases that left me feeling I was valued as a customer. Thank you, Terry and teammate in Richmond and George in South-park Circle. You gentlemen represented well.

In and out! The sales guy John gave great information and was straight to the point. The price, the terms, John laid it all out! The place is setup nice and clean which is very important at anytime but especially during these times.

The customer service was outstanding and the prices competitive. They even give military discount. I love it!

John was very a friendly and outgoing gentleman upon meeting him in the store. He was very professional in working with my wife and I in helping meet our needs for an adjustable frame and mattress. He showed us the features and benefits for various manufacturer’s models and their options ultimately helping us make an informed decision.

The rep was extremely helpful and caring. He acknowledged every person that came in the store. I can’t wait to get my new mattress.

Second visit to purchase the mattress we selected. Initial visit went well, salesman appeared to be knowledgeable. He had to make calls to different warehouses to see where the one we selected was in stocks and could be del, said he would email. Never heard anything. My husband made several calls to manager and general manager. Our name, address and phone were found, but not the actual products listed for purchase nor our email we provided to have the info sent to us. Manager made appointment with us, then after we drove an hour back, would not be able to make it for two hours after agreed upon time. The employee working stated Saturday was their busy day (there were only employees in the store) and the manager was tied up with a trainee in another store. We are extremely disappointed. This has been going on weeks now.

John was great he told us all about the different beds and options. It was no rush to push the sell. It was very personable. Thank you John for all that you do!

My Mattress Firm experience was first rate. Kashala was enthusiastic, engaged and eager to make a sale. She showed me several mattresses and explained in detail the difference between each one. She is personable, knowledgeable and well trained. Based on my interactions with her, I would recommend this location to my friends.

I had a very nice experience walked in and I was greeted quickly. I stated what I needed. He took me into another room showed me what he had. I got the mattress I wanted for a lower price than anywhere. The employees were friendly.

The receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable on all aspect of the store. The business was scheduled to close at 9:00pm, however, she decided to stay as long as we needed assistance. Once a product was selected, she additionally assisted us in obtaining a far and reasonable price.

George whiting was not pushy like some salesmen are, he was friendly, courteous, and well mannered. George gave us the space we needed to make a good decision, showed us multiple options and made us feel at home.Very excellent service and prices

All I have to say is OMG, this is my second time buying at this store with the same sales person George, he is an amazing human being, he takes his time and knowledge to show you the difference in being comfortable and not so comfortable. Although the difference price ranges you can never go wrong with mattress firm, they have the best mattresses ever, we are not getting any younger and so sleeping comfortable is super important to us. I would recommend anyone to visit Mattress Firm in Colonial Heights, Virginia with the best sales person there, George Whiting.

Nicholas was a great down to earth person. My wife and I went in looking for a specific model of matress our friends recommended. That model was discontinued, but Nicholas pulled up the one that replaced it and after some good conversation, he had a price for the matress and motorized bed frame for us. It was cheaper than I thought and we bought it.

There were 2 employees there. A young lady, very sweet, and my sales person I’ve known for years!! He’s always been very respectful and pleasant! I purchased 2 twin size mattresses at a good price in my opinion!! I will most likely be returning for my mattress upgrade!Thanks again!!

Mr. Whiting was a very easy to work with associate, as soon as we walked through the door he was there to greet me, asking me if there was anything I needed that he could help with. He didnt just take me to the big money mattresses until I asked. We gave him a ballpark of what we were trying to spend and he matched us up with a few that fit our comfort and budget and allowed us to try them ourselves to see which one best suited us. When he pitched the adjustable base I thought “okay sure we’ll try it” but figured itd be one of those sale pitches that really wasnt worth it, until Mr. Whiting informed us on its actual purpose. He said as you adjust it it will relieve pressure on your back and boy did it. It was almost like hitting a hill at good speed and getting that slight floaty feeling in your body, except with the mattress it doesnt only last a split second! Also he was able to work up a couple discounts and we walked away with a great deal on a great bed, and dont even need to spend more money on a box spring or bed frame! Definitely excited for our new mattress and to say goodbye to restless nights, thank you for your expertise and courtesy Mr. Whiting we look forward to more purchases.

The warranty does matter, the arbitration papers you fill out and complete; they dont care to follow. Go to haynes furniture or another large retailer that actually cares about their reputation and terms of purchase.
