Not super packed like others. Well supplied. No empty shelves whatsoever. No long lines to pay. Clean bathrooms. No complain. I am changing stores.

Very helpful staff. Including Lee and Aly back in electronics. Breath of fresh air running into these associates this morning. Thanks again!

The people are very kind but I just wished whoever is in charge of the entire building like the GM....... I just wish he or she would open up more registers it would make the lines move a little bit more faster. That is the only complaint I have other than that everything is fine a very good experience.

Lines are long even the self checkout was long and they only had 1 of them open but besides that had a decent time shopping

I walked into Walmart today for the first time in years and immediately remembered why I always go somewhere else! There were only 2 check out lines available in addition to the self checkout. All of the lines were incredibly long- winding their way through the clothing section. I put my four items back and left.

This WalMart is looking a little dated and could use a cosmetic refresh.The staff was friendly, especially considering they appear to be shirt staffed.The produce was above average.The lines were unnecessarily long given the number of unopeme cash registers.Picture of unique vehicle in parking lot for enjoyment.

DO something about this self checkout! I do not work for Walmart, if Im spending my money at your store I should not be required to scan and bag my own items..Is bs..my wrist is injured, the 2 only lines open were wrapped around building, the elderly are struggling to stand let alone scan..bag..their items after waiting in any lines..self check out is a bunch of thieves I watched several standing there walk out with items..waiting for the law suit of injury to on someone. Store is horrible.

So this store literally had the game pass stolen off the controller(So if you don’t know this xbox gives out game passes now with a purchase of a controller )The xboxgame pass had been usedThere’s not much I can do but say don’t buy cards or anything hereYou just might get your stuff stolen

Had nothing I came for and the greenhouse was locked.. Then couldnt find anyone to ask why.. When I finally did, the answer I got was its locked you cant go in there .. Sad place.. Bad management.!!

The store was neat for the most part. I couldnt find the $7 or $8 lockboxes that had a price tag but no matching merchandise.

Found everything I needed quickly and efficiently. Which saves busy people time they dont have to spare....especially with self check out.

I found majority of the products that I was looking for, however at check-out, the Self Check-out machine had a few glitches and I needed the assistance of an associate. The associate that came to my aide was very helpful although she too, struggled with the machine malfunction. Overall, I would say it was a pleasant experience at this location.

I get it that self checkout is easier however there are still some of us who do not want to use self check for 40 + items hire more cashiers come on!!

The store needs to be clean and organized. They have good all in the toy section. And they never have baskets available inside the store. And it’s always only two registers open

This place is the worst! Always crowded. Never a good time to go there during the day. Never a cart inside. Always a line at checkout, self or full serve. Maybe if there was more than one every 20-30 miles apart that would help. Its clearly needed!

Its truly a one-stop shop! Plenty of variety, great prices, great hours. Only problem is finding staff when you need help. Some are helpful, others just dont know and they leave it at that. Then theres the majority who stay on their phone. That doesnt belong during their working hours. Do it on your breaks.

Walmart has truly been on point during this pandemic with service delivery and curbside pickup. Thank you Wal-Mart for your diligence in making it easier to meet the needs of consumer far and near.

Its clean, decent. Really nice lady at the money center. They dont open enough lines or have enough cashiers, though, especially late at night. If you go late at night you WILL be standing in a long line, theres no way around it.

I use to enjoy shopping there now its a nightmare. They have open the doors to the Grocery Store thats fine but what about Lawn &Garden the gate is always locked so that means you must deal with the crowd to get to the other end and theres NO CASHIER in this section SMH. Some customers may want only flowers and tools.

I got there about 830PM, we went through and did our grocery shopping and picked up a few other things. The shevles were pretty empty, so we didnt get some of the items on our list.The store condition was very dirty and you can see that things had been spilled on the floor a while ago and and not cleaned up. When we got to the check out there were 2 lines open. There was one manned register and the self check out was operating. Both had long lines and we waited about 15 minutes to get to a register to check out my self, so now Im doing a job of the clerk. If my wife had not been with me I would have left the cart. And we had frozen food and meat in the cart.I spent over $230.00 there and that will be the last money this store gets from me. There was another disgruntled shopper who was voicing loudly about getting more cashiers. I will drive a little farther to Krogers. Better quality and less money and more cashiers.

Walmart always has long lines and very trashy atmosphere. Makes me depressed. Not fun to shop.

The Automotive Center is poor. Having stopped in early Saturday morning, we were the only customer onsite. I required an oil change and to check the air pressure in the right front tire. Despite what appears on the paperwork, the air pressure wasnt checked. What does it say when the only customer onsite is not properly taken care of? To me, it says, We dont want your business and we dont care if you never return.

Worst! It should not take an hour to replace a battery when you were advised 15 minutes. Then the incompetent employees put the battery into 2 different vehicles before noticing which vehicle was correct. Smh waste of my time and money will never go back to this service repair, walmart needs to do better! Associate was never at the register and it seems as if customer service and efficiency is lacking.

Colonial Heights Walmart was so glad they had plenty of stock. Looking good..

Always crowded the people who shop here look like they have no respect for themselves like at least put some decent clothes on the cashiers seem to hate their job the store is so dirty and always a mess and I’m a supervisor for retail myself and the store would never look the way it does here. Crazy do your job right or don’t do it at all.

Its OK for a walmart, doesnt look all that clean, took us half an hour asking a few workers where the Butane was and thank God once we asked the third worker out in garden section told us where it ACTUALLY was as it seemed she to be the only one who knew what Butane was and where it was (you are awesome btw ty, give that lady a raise, she was on closing shift)

Ate at Subway inside Walmart. The service was very bad. There was a lady Manger of Hispanic decent that was very rude.No Custer would feel welcome or want her to Service them.

This store is trash and so are the employees. Incompetent employees. Even th3 managers are Incompetent. Every employee needs about 12 months of training just to learn basic skills.

Not too many people, great stock of new updated items, & very helpful & willing employees! One of my favorite places to go shopping.

Horrible experience at the Colonial Heights, VA store. Arrived just after 6pm. Store and parking lot packed. Was in the check out line by 730. Store had 3 cashier lines open and no self service. The lines were weaved not only the 1st section of clothes, but even into the 2nd row of clothing isles. It took over 2 hours to get thru the line. Maybe yall need to learn how to cross train and put extra people on registers when needed, instead of customers watching them stand around making comments on how long the lines are.

Just stopped by to pick up groceries. The girl who brought them out didnt have the entire order, and wreaked of pot. Pretty sure she was high....never going back to this location...

Shelves extremely empty, staff seemed as though they didnt want to be bothered with you. No professional courteous staff there at all. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone I know.

I HATE doing pick up orders here so much! I need to remember to just stick with Petersburg. I have been in my car 40 minutes since Ive checked in and not gotten my groceries!! I look over and see some people pulling up to the door and they are loading up those people! I guess if you make it convenient for the employees they will help. Other than that you can bank on wastinggas!!! And they wont answer the phones either!!

After purchasing a Canon Rebel T100, my husband and I were convinced by the electronics apartment in Arizona to purchase the Canon T7 to upgrade. The sales person was absolutely wonderful, reassuring us we could return the unused T100 at any Walmart location within 30 days. Today, after returning home from our honeymoon, we went to return the T100 only 10 days after purchase and the Assistant Manager Debra decided they would not return the T100 because we did not purchase the camera from their location. Absolute trash as the Walmart return policy clearly states that items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. She then proceeded to tell us that she wouldn’t return the item because of the price. After spending over $1100 on 2 cameras and being promised we could return the camera we chose not to keep I am seriously disappointed in the incompetence of this store and it’s management team. Making us travel to a different location to return our merchandise because you didn’t want it to effect your #’s is absolute garbage. And the service provided by Debra, the Assistant Manager was extremely unprofessional.

They did not have what I was looking for but I also understand the situation. Its like hit and miss. Somthings you will be able to get and something you will not.

The cashier made me feel I was bothering her because she had to ring my merchandise up. It was very difficult to drop off and pick up my disabled passenger at the door to the store. This happens every time I go to that location. Something needs changed in order to make it safer for handicapped customers.

Its walmart, the employees are fine, half the stuff on the shelves is missing or unpriced, the lines are long. Its fine, like any other walmart. But, come on guys, throw away the visibly moldy fruit.

Worst Walmart ever. Had me on hold 20 mins without asking my pickup order #. Then when I call any other extension they never answer. My pickup order was delayed but they didnt notify me till 12:01pm 1 minute after my pickup time and when I was already on the way over there.

My wife and I went shopping there last night. While walking through the electronics department, they were playing offensive music with profanity and racial slurs.This is supposed to be a family oriented store!!Also, when we went to the checkout, there were only two registers open with long lines.They were under stocked on the shelves. They used to be open 24/7 but now they close 11:00 pm to stock shelves.

I cant believe that on a Sunday they only had 2 registers open, besides the 20 itims, in a place this big. The self checked out the lines were just as longbwith no one to help the people to operate them... but my biggest regret is that the people they have up on the daily dont know how to cut and pack the cold cuts, its like if they have people that are doing it for free back there. The cheese and the ham are cut and bag horrible

Great service at the money center. Check cashed quickly and with a smile even after the cashier should have already been clocked out for the day.

It needs more merchandise placement. It doesnt carry alot of what the other Walmart local stores do. Friendly helpful staff and decent prices though.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst Walmart Ive ever been to. Dirty, shelves were in disarray, stock low. One cashier open, self checkout didnt have enough bags, while 2 employees just stood there. No available shopping carts at either entrance. Will never go back to this store again.

Its decent. Its a Walmart Supercenter so they have a whole lot of stuff. But its Walmart so getting help finding stuff isnt easy. The best Ive found is looking at the app for what you need and seeing what aisle its down. From that just go and get it. Also, the lines are extremely long because in most cases theres only one or two open lines with a person. All the other lines or registers are automated with one attendant between them.

I do deliveries for the independent service that Walmart uses for their online delivery service. I dont know why this has started happening, but if you go here to pickup an order in their designated pickup area (which only has 8 spots) there is a number to call if youve been waiting for a long time. However no one will answer it. I had been waiting for 45 minutes for a delivery to be brought out to me and couldnt get anyone to answer the phone and no one was coming out to load any of the other cars that were waiting. So I went inside. Not only were there other people who had decided to go inside to see what the holdup was, but there were 6 employees all just putting more orders into the fridge, with no one getting things ready for the full pickup area orders, with one person just standing around because they were new and receiving no training. And they were laughing at the fact that someone has called the phone again and that they werent going to answer it. Thats ridiculous. I dont know what manager is in there for that, but they need to be replaced and the team working there needs to tighten up

The Petersburg Walmart is the closest to home, but so often they are out of stuff. One day I walked in there and there was literally no, bacon, or sausage except 2 packages of turkey bacon. There was no lunch meats prepackaged either. That store looks like its been looted 90 percent of the time.

I live in Petersburg and a lot of times we go to colonial heights to go to the Walmart to shop there but every time you go there is either no car no one to help you and that Walmart has really gone down in the last say three to five years that Ive been going in there I usually go up to the one on route 10 and go shopping in there or drive down to Midlothian where the service is better the store is a lot cleaner and more organized and you can find things in that I used the one in colonial heights to buy a new television set it wasnt a card around I have to pull the TV set through the store to my car to put it in it now that dont make any sense and I went there at 10:00 at night after work so if yall can do something about it I really would appreciate it its a shame that you have the stores but then they look so poorly come on Walmart lets do a little bit better than that youre making the money get the people pay the price thank you

Walmart is a great store to visit on most days the earlier the visit the better. In order to beat the crowd you may have to go shop when its early. When there is hardly any people. They carry a good variety of products. Once in a while you may have to visit another store. For the most part they have the product/merchandise you are seeking.

I dont understand, how a store could shut down an entire side of self service check out, and only have one cashier, period. Definitely wont be going back any time soon.

Convenient place but dose not have much variety and you don’t have much choices to pick from but have to pick up whatever is being sold, it’s getting more convenient to buy things online and shop around online to find your needs you know.

Always check out in the back why stand in that long line? Plus the people in electronics are chill n now why your back their with no electronics

If you shop/ try and locate things religiously or honestly just in general at all on the Walmart app in letting you know right now. Nothing in that store is actually how the app shows, itll tell you an item is on a certain isle but more than likely its really not. Electronics and anything health, beauty whatever related is the worst. That MIGHT have that item youre after but good luck finding it and the best part is basically no one in that store actually knows where anything is either. I mean its Walmart we arnt expecting much its just frustrating. Every other store Ive been in the app matches up and I can find what I need pretty easily. Idk if its a store thing or an app thing, just a fair warning. Youre potentially going to be running around everywhere to try and find things. Happy hunting!

Walmart needs to step it up and pay their employees the MINIMAL WAGE BY LAW PASSED OF $15.00 per hour. Not cut their hours!!! Stupid leadership!! They are sooo cheap!!! Their bags are the worse. Break open and drop all your groceries on the ground!!! Target, Kroger, even Aldi, and many other stores have nice plastic bags. Walmart is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!! Yet their food is EXPENSIVE AND CHEAPER AT THE GROCERY STORES; AND SOME ITEMS AT TARGET. Walmart is a last minute AIN’T got another place to go right now store!!! They should be ashamed of themselves. And their poor dad is turning over in his grave with disgust for his children turning it in to a mess!!! They took away family values!!!
