The whole staff was kind and helpful. The building is clean and well maintained. Each member of the staff made sure to keep their mask on. And my doctor was very helpful and informative about me wearing contacts. They were also prompt, and I didn’t have a long wait.

Great customer service and I was in-and-out in no time

I gave them 4 outa 5 only because they don’t sell the glasses and more importantly the place they send you doesn’t take the same insurance as the doctor. Now I’m searching for a place to get my kids glasses.However the office was very nice,clean,and up to date. The staff were all awesome!! My son is autistic, and doesn’t do well in new surroundings or with doctors generally. Not this time! They were all so good with him that we had no problems!! That is a rarity. The doctor took didn’t rush us. Answered all questions and explained it all. I Highly recommend this doctor and her staff!

Great first experience!

Fantastic eye doctor! Needed a new prescription for eye glasses. They did exam well. Also noticed my dry eyes and gave me drops that work 10 times better than ones I was purchasing before! Drops last about 4 hours! Also Covid compliance was excellent! You ring a doorbell to get in office and they come outside to temperature check you with disposable masks in hand, in case a patient arrives without one.

Everyone was wonderful, respectful and created a positive atmosphere from the time I came in to the time I left. I would highly recommend any one to this eye care facility. Im excited for my next visit next year 🤗

The eye exam process was fast and easy even as a walk in patient. Once I picked out my glasses they told me they would be ready in an hour but I received a text when they were done in 21 minutes!! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with tape barely holding my glasses together and walked out with two pair of glasses. I traveled here because my eye doctor has a two week wait for glasses! This was an amazing experience.

I have enjoyed coming to your practice over the last 2 years. Your regular receptionist is always knowledgeable and pleasant. Things operate extremely well when she is there. I had an occasion to come on a Saturday recently, she was off, and things didnt run as smooth as usual. Not to say it was a bad experience, just not what I have grown accustomed to. She is definitely an asset.

What a excellent experience I had with my eye exam. The receptionist and office manager welcomed me with a smile. Both seemed to be enjoying their job. After a short wait, approximately 15 minutes, I was greeted by Dr.Galban, the best optomelogist Ive ever seen. He did a thorough, complete eye exam. Was very friendly and answered every question I had in words that I could completely understand. He is definitely a professional. I highly recommend Comprehensive Eye Care Of Va. And I will be returning.

That was the first time me using this eye doctor and I took my mom there because I heard they did walk-in. When we got there they said it will be about an hour in a half, however me and my mom was seen within an hour for both of us. She is so nice and patient to make sure you get the right prescription for your glasses. I would definitely recommend her

Great experience from the time I walk in, until the time I left. Friendly, welcoming office staff that went above and to accommodate my sons unscheduled appointment and helped explain my insurance policy coverage. The office manager and optometrist were able to examine my son and prescribe him with new eye glasses prescription with ease a little to no anxiety for my son who is Autistic. It was a wonderful experience for him and we will definitely return!

My kids and I went again this year for our routine annual eye exams. Hands down, the lady at the front desk is not only super friendly, but extremely knowledgeable about a variety of insurance plans. She makes sure there are no surprises. The Optometrist is also very nice and very thorough. The entire staff is very friendly.

The front desk and tech that brings you back are both wonderful, very friendly. The Dr i saw smelled like an ash tray, took walk-ins all morning and I felt like I was being rushed. He also flipped my eyelid to examine with un-gloved hands.

Oh. My. Goodness. I got my glasses 3 years ago when I was still wearing contacts so I hardly used them. About 18 months ago, my eyes stopped taking the contacts so I had to wear the glasses all the time. Gradually my eyes started hurting, getting to the point recently that I was taking my glasses off frequently throughout the day, especially to read. I figured it was time for bifocals. Went to this place for an eye exam last Saturday as a walk-in. They have some sort of eye scanner to tell them exactly what my prescription is. Who knew Id been wearing a prescription too strong for me?? I was flabbergasted. Dr. Bessell was super nice (as was the entire staff) and is now one of my favorite people. Since getting my new glasses at Eyemart Express next door after my eye exam, my eyes no longer hurt, my neck pain is gone, and I dont feel the need to sleep at 1pm every day. Definitely will be back for my future eye exams!

I called them in the friday evening because I got a problem with my eye and they gave me an appointment as soon as possible - in the saturday morning. All the service were excellent there and the doctor was very professional. I strongly recommend this place for everyone, especially if you need care on Saturday or if you have an emergency. The prices arent high as well.

Very friendly staff who made the aging process of getting glasses as painless as possible for me. Went next door to get prescription for glasses filled and had glasses within a couple of hours.

Very nice and businesslike

I needed an eye exam ASAP due to not having backup glasses or contacts. My primary eye doctor did not have any immediate openings and I was force to look for other options. After calling numerous offices with no luck, I was told to call comprehensive eyecare of VA. They were booked up as well but they accepted walkins. I called ahead and asked how long the wait would be and was quoted 30-45mins. I arrived and was greeted by a very friendly staff and was ask to fill out the required forms to be seen. I waited for maybe 10-15mins, if that, before being seen. These women at this office know how to conduct proper business and made me very comfortable. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking eyecare in the near future.
