Sweet Frog used to be awesome. Unfortunately my experience yesterday was far from being good. There were only 6 choices of flavors none of which were the best. I asked the employee what was going on and she said they were having a lot of trouble getting their product in and had already had to close 2 stores.Its horrible when prices go up so high that small businesses end up facing going out of business.This does not reflect on Sweet Frog but on inflation caused by current government.

This is the most ghetto sweet frog Ive ever been to.... and it was dirty inside and outside.... I understand you cant control the types of customers but you can make sure the store is clean... the man stood behind the counter watching everybody instead of coming out and cleaning the floors and tables that were dirty.

This is the worst Sweet Frog I’ve ever been to in my life. There are always multiple machines out of order or marked “ new flavor coming soon,” the place is always dirty, toppings are clearly old/stale, and today the cashier was eating her own froyo while waiting on customers. At this point, I just find the entire place repulsive and I will not be back.

Stopped by 7/10 on our way back from Myrtle Beach to Maryland. I’m surprised this store is still open. They have 14 ice cream/yogurt dispensers - 3 were mislabeled, 5 were empty, they had no ice cream, no lids for the large containers, BOTH bathrooms were out of order, the place was poorly lit, very dark, their debit card reader was broken. An absolute circus of a store! There is a Sweet Frog minutes from our home and it is leaps and bounds above this establishment. I suppose it all comes down to management. Time for some new leadership!

Hours online showed open at 12 but when I got there, a sign on the door said open at 3. Change it online. This place is in bad shape. Probably 5 or 6 dispensers were empty with notes on them. The most important thing about this location, twice now I’ve gone strictly for the hot fudge and low and behold, NONE! This time I asked about it and was told it would probably be back the next time I come! Not sure about the management at this place but it’s definitely gone down hill. Half the time if you tried going to this location it was closed for no reason.

Super tasty and lots of different selections! A bit on the pricey side, but well worth it!

Our experience was horrible. there was about 5 flavors to choose from, now that could be from how hard it is to get product these days and i completely understand that but what i don’t understand is the store was filthy. the floor was sticky and the employee was walking around BAREFOOT working on the machines. it’s disgusting honestly

My daughter loves it the low-fat ice cream is so good and the toppings are endless

This particular shop is nasty!’Floor is sticky.Counters are sticky.Area to get ice cream is dirty!Toppings area is dirty and not full but mixed up!Sprinkles container is STICKY!!!What else can I say it’s NOT THE BEST SWEET FROG TO GO TO IT’S THE WORST!Then, the outside eating area is dirty And tables wobbly🙄Not my best experience at this place!

Who doesnt love sweet frog. You pick your own flavor and toppings.

Hours posted inaccurate and/or inconsistent. Have wasted my valuable time coming to this location several times and it has been closed. 🤨If you decide to come to this location and value your time, I would call before coming. Wait, you cant because The phone has been disconnected.😖

The frozen yogurt hasnt definitely gone down hill since covid.

Such a delicious variety of flavours! I love the fresh fruit, the hot fudge and the ability to squirt my own whipped cream..... as much as I like! The facility is bright, cheery, clean. The employees are pleasant and everything is maintained nicely, even the bathrooms. The background music is a nice addition, and its not annoying not too loud. Had a date night with my daughter last night. Went to Sweet Frog, and thoroughly enjoyed our time. It was very clean, and set up quite nicely. The employees were very kind, and quite helpful. I would and will recommend this Sweet Frog to anyone.

The product is good but the setup of the facility could be updated. Especially to accommodate small children. Even though the handles are easy to pull, kids arent able to judge the amount properly. Which in turn create a mess. Great service!

The staff are great! Always smiling faces & happy to accommodate. I suffer from peanut allergy & they have no issues when I ask for fresh toppings that are already on the bar!

This is the Sweet Frog location we visit the most. Its always clean and well stocked. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. I would suggest that they move the whip cream to the end of the bar because when the line is long, it melts before you even get to check out.Also, use the hand sanitizer they provide, people!!

Typical to any other sweetfrog fro yo is always good and the prices are pretty consecutive. Its self server so there is minimal customer interaction but the small interaction I did have was fine. No real complaints nothing super special tho

WOW!!! First time to Sweet Frog. After learning how to fix the treats, my wife and I proceeded to have a grand treat! Gave me 10% off first visit. Quite the treat. We will be back!

Too expensive! Just wanted to try it, sign said $0.50 per oz. I grabbed a cup and dispenced what I assumed would be a couple ounces. There is no way to know how much youre dispensing. Went the counter and checked out, it was over 6oz. Cost just under $5.00. The ice cream was good but nothing special. I can get a half gallon of better ice cream at the grocery store for less than the sample I had here.

Very clean, no long lines, and the frozen yogurt and all of the wonderful toppings were great.

Went on a mini date with my daughter and had a blast. The school was having their last spirit event there and she wanted to attend. Left my wallet and money at home but still managed to get some froyo with my daughter. The staff there is friendly and the shop itself was pretty and well kept. I will be returning again, this time with my wallet.

Taste very good. Clean and good customer service. The price has gone up over time and my medium cup cane out to $7. I didnt like a bunch of toppings either. If cold stone congress to colonial heights they would be in trouble

This location is being managed by a bunch of inconsiderate, rude, and spiteful juvenilles that do not understand the term customer satisfaction..or a happy customer is a return customer. Today we came to use a coupon received via text on Saturday from this location that was at best a bait and switch promotion. According to the offer it was a no weight weekend for their Great Pumpkin Party. No limits stipulated, and no restrictions except for the small was $4, medium $6 & large $8.We filled up 3 small cups and then was told only 1 small was eligible. I pointed out there was no fine print in the text or posted. I asked the cashier if she wanted me to just walk away and leave the 3 cups and she smirked and said OK. Instead of just saying that this coupon was being honored and that they would be addressing this matter she took a lump it or leave it attitude that really is not what the Sweet Frog franchise is built upon. The bottom Line here was that they were getting busy, the Line was backing up while we discussed this matter, and another employee finally just told her to give me the deal. After we sat down, the cashier made comments with customers behind us in regards to My persistence and that was rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary. About 10 minutes later there were 3 more people with the text offer that were not present when we had the discussion and they said this offer was very deceiving and dishonest but these cashiers would rather peeve off customers that are regular and receiving special offers because they signed up and received this text offer that was not available to the general public.For a Christian based, fellowship driven shop, this location has become all about the money and on regular occasions they play secular pop with sexual innuendos during the weekends at night. I made a comment to my wife one time that this is a different type of Christian Music and wonder who the artists were...strange but suddenly the Music changed rather quickly.In conclusion, go somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect and feel like your supporting a business that takes customer concerns to heart. If you want Sweet Frogs, look elsewhere and steer away from this location because they seem to be doing well enough with people who like to be treated with contempt and disrespect. Heck, visit Sams Club and get the Berry sundae for 1/3 of the price and they smile when serving you.

I loooovvveee this place. Dont walk there..... run there. Their customer service is awesome and the machines are cleaned frequently. For all the fans of ice cream but on a diet please go here.
