The entire staff was very courteous and professional during our visit. Nick was especially helpful with inspecting and cleaning our jewelry and also with another purchase. He always remembers us when we visit and we feel like family.

Not sure why the person below me would say those awful derogatory things about Jenna. Sounds like your lover probably bought a ring that you didn’t like and you needed someone to blame. Every time I go to Kay at South Park Mall, I ask for Jenna. She knows what she is doing and is not a pushy salesperson. She is very honest, upfront and cares about what you are looking for. She’s great at making suggestions. She does everything she can to help the customer’s needs and gives awesome customer service. Don’t let that negative review of Jenna deter you from shopping with her. If you need someone that knows about jewelry and want an honest opinion without being pushy, ask for Jenna. You’ll always have a great time having fun conversations with her. Jenna makes my jewelry shopping very pleasant and NOT STRESSFUL! She always has me laughing and making it a fun experience. Thanks again Jenna! I’ll be in soon for my Christmas shopping!

If you can buy stuff at other location do so. The other reviews are right. I got the engagement ring for my gf but only after having to experience a big scare when told that my ring wasnt at the store even though the Customer Service of Kay Jewelers told me that they had delivered it the weekend before. The manager had to look personally for the ring and it ended up being a unresolved problem that the company hasnt fixed here yet so that the store can properly catalog the incoming products and give me a receipt. Since they did find my ring I still give them 3 stars and the manager apologized for the inconveniences which was very good of his part, but the fact that the company has all these issues and that this location keeps getting negative reviews makes me suggest you find other locations or just a whole different jeweler company to do your jewelry. In this mall theres dozens of other jewelry stores where you might find competitive prices for similar products.

Nightmare ring and dismissive employee -NEVER WORK WITH JENNA!! My fiancé and I recently went to this location due to issues with my engagement ring. He bought the ring in June online and proposed towards the end of July. Having the ring for less than 12 hours one of the stones had fallen out. A week later we take it and get the stone replaced easy peasy. They had to ship the ring off the be fixed and we didn’t get it back until three weeks later. Fast forward to the beginning of October the same stone fell out again -note that we have had the ring for 4 months but I’ve only been able to wear it for about 2. My fiancé and I go to this location to get it fixed again and are told this time we have to pay to keep getting it fixed because they cover diamonds but not the metal work. The associate that we worked with was very nice but admitted that she was new and we could talk to another associate that had more experience when she completed with another customer. We waited for about 25 minutes patiently to speak with Jenna. We were immediately met with contempt and a dismissive attitude when we made it clear that we did not want to upgrade or spend more money (why should we when obviously there is a defect with the ring). I don’t know if it’s incompetence or ineptitude, but Jenna obviously does not know how to handle a customer service situation (which would explain why she is a seasoned associate but in no position of management). I was essentially told in a condescending manner that it was my fault the stones fall out and we’d need to pay in some form or another to get the ring fixed or replaced. I would recommend never going to this location but if you have to NEVER work with Jenna since she obviously only cares about a sale but never about a solution. I was reluctantly given the number for the assistant manage with whom I will attempt to resolve this situation but buyers please beware.

I had The misfortune of dealing with the manager Nick De Persio and his dismissive attitude towards not only me but the rest of my family in trying to buy a ct diamond cross necklace. The staff member was awesome and was working with me due to the fact they couldnt separate the pendant from the chain so that I could buy independently. He was rude, laughed at the idea of a military discount and told his representative to move on from me when I was trying to buy the 2,300 necklace. Refuse to pull up the book for me to look for a diamond pendant. Complete nightmare. Luckily for me I called Richmonds Kay Jewelers and they have it and I will be heading there for business. Sadly I didnt know he had a reputation in the military community and that all my buddies go to different stores to avoid him. There needs to be a change there. There are plenty of good workers there that would happily take his place if hes unhappy to do his job. Been going there for 15 years, what a shame.

This store is a joke. I came in the store at the start of the week looking for a graduation present. They didn’t have the necklace but the sale associate stated she could have it shipped over night for me to have for the weekend. I was so happy & agreed. Never heard from them. I called every single day asking about it & never got an answer because no one knew anything & couldn’t help me. One of the times I called I got a smart reply like “we have nothing to do with it, why haven’t you called the store that is shipping it to us” well for one I don’t even know what store it was! She said she would call for me & call me back then hung up. No one ever took down my number! It was probably misplaced from the original time. So here I am still waiting for the necklace & I probably never will hear from them. So I went ahead and ordered it of the actual website where I don’t have to deal with rude sales reps & I’ll actually receive the necklace. Thanks for nothing.

My fiance spent over three thousand dollars on my engagement ring and wedding band. The staff was more than helpful to sell us a ring but when I go in to have it inspected every few months for the warranty they seem uninterested in helping me. They wait takes forever even if there is only one other customer in the store with 5 or 6 employees, if I had know it was going to be like that before my fiances purchase I would have told him to go elsewhere. Also, Ive had to send my ring back TWICE now in a year because the prongs holding the diamond in place keep bending.

A couple weeks ago we took my wife’s wedding ring in for a cleaning. The Kay’s expert jewelers pointed out some issues with the ring from standard wear and tear. The showed us that the jewels on the side of her ring were coming lose and needed to be reinforced. We decided to send it out for repairs and since they knew how special it was to us and the cost of the ring the manager took the opportunity to make sure it was accounted for and properly packaged for shipping. In about two weeks we received an email that it was ready. We had the entire chanel built and re-dipped in platinum with the center diamond and side diamonds reinforced. When my wife saw it, her face lit up like the first day I gave it to her. Thank you Kay for your great service.

I would not buy anything from this store or even the company in general . I ordered 3 custom made rings in January that cost me over $7,000... and half of my order is screwed up . They sized us prior to making the order, my fiances ring is a half size too big, my band is missing half of the engraving I PAID for. I called the company about the sizing issue and all they can offer us is to resize it for free, well Im not a jeweler but i know that you have to find someone experienced in resizing for it not to mess with the integrity of the ring, this company as a whole has not gained my trust enough to resize something I paid an arm and a leg for and waited patiently for 4 1/2 months for. The only thing positive out of this whole experience is my engagment ring .. which came out perfectly fine . This companies customer service wreaks, I will probably never do business with them again after this is over because my trust is completely broken. They never answer the phone at this location either, the manager is also very insincere with any mistakes that have been made . Take your business elsewhere, save the headache and money.

Me n my husband was happy getting our rings but we held off on getting them until the day of the sale. They had a 30% discount going on n they told us wen we come back in to pay on the day of the sale it was going to be only 3hundred n change we owed, n we get there they tell us a whole nother price of almost 7hundred dollars. They played us good n we should have just gave the rings back n went somewhere else. But we was getting that day n we needed our rings. But they suck n the lady that mess up on our order know she was wrong cuz she didnt say anything the whole time. N so we have to still pay for warranty on our rings for there stupid mistake. But i tell u wat after my warranty them bastards want get another penny out of us!!
