Young lady was rude when we arrived. She didnt seem like she cared whether they rented or not. Oh well!

Y’all say you close at 7pm, but it is currently 6:56 and I went in at 6:55 for a quick trip for some bubble wrap and y’all wanna be “closed?” With the door wide tf open. I won’t be getting my truck from y’all this coming week, I’d rather pay the extra $100 at budget. Smdh.

Great place to rent a truck and fabulous employees

So, first of all manager ent me out in a trip to NC with a truck that had a check engine light on. I had to use gas and time to turn around to come back. Manager said he knew it was on. Some sensor. Looked up, it was something to do with gas, was going to use more gas. He said it’s fine. I said no it isn’t. Finally gave me a new truck. Called Corp today, told them what happened, she offered $30 for time, gas and stress, wow! I will never use them again.

I came into the store and the guy behind the counter never even looked up from his phone. I stood there for about 5 minutes while he watched videos then I left. Ill take my business somewhere else

We have used this company for all are moving need. It is easy to use and the truck are clean and run good. If you need to move any thing they are the best.

Rented a car trailer today. Maria was very helpful and friendly. And the gentleman who hooked it to the truck was awesome! Showed me everything I need to know when I load, unload the car and the trailer. Friendly, kind people are alive and well at this place! Thanks a million!!

Guy running the place is fast, helpful and sharp. I think this UHaul has the largest selection in the area. Rented a trailer, my trailer wiring harness was old and rotted, worker helped me put a new one in. Good price too, $8. Equipment was in good shape. As with most UHauls, this place can get very busy, so you either need to time your visit or be patient

It was a difficult time when I found out my daughter and son in law was being stationed in Alaska but each of you all help my mine at ease when you were able to tell us best ways to rent with the UHaul service. My four stars is for the great service that I was provided by Milton from this location, however, STAY AWAY from using Uhauls U box containers when relocating because it has been and still is a complete nightmare from the beginning and still is. If I knew that I would have to be with out my belongings because Uhaul lied about the guaranteed date of delivery (They are saying that I wont be able to receive my belongings until 2 and a half weeks past the date that they told me at first when I reserved the containers) mind you, this is after monies were paid. I reached out to the president of uhaul (the area president, but still someone who SHOULD be able to help) after trying to get answers from many uhaul employees before him but nobody knew anything. Jeffrey talked to me about the situation and he himself admitted that something was off, and that he would reach out to different people and find out what the problem was and call me back which he didnt. Jeffrey also stopped answering his phone when I tried to call him for a status update which lets me know that he doesnt even want to deal with the situation (after he first told me that something was wrong and that he would find out what happened and call me back, which he didnt. Please never say that you were not warned! If I knew that Uhaul was this disrespectful, unprofessional, unreasonable, unethical, I would have paid more and went with PODS! Ohhh, I almost forgot, They also charge you different amounts than what you sign up for which I was told I would be refunded and that never happened either (big shocker right?) Uhaul has changed over the years and not for the better. Run, dont walk!*I want to personally thank employee Milton at the Colonial Heights location (on Roslyn Rd) because he was so busy but he still found the time to try and help me, at the end of the day it was only so much he could personally do to help me with this awful situation that I am dealing with because of Uhaul but that didnt stop him from trying to help me in everyway that he could*

Me Burton ( Manager ) is highly educated in many fields he is very friendly n dedicated to his work . Easy going and talking man . His services for Uhaul is fast, convenient, honest and accurate as far as my experience with U Haul . Thank you Mr Burton . Looking forward to using your services again .
