We got a fridge from them and it failed to self-defrost after a few months, which made the fridge temp about 10 degrees too warm. They replaced it free of charge and even refunded us the difference because the newer one we got was cheaper. Has worked fine ever since. Great service.

Would not recommend this store to anyone. I purchased: washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. My washer and dryer broke a couple months after purchasing them, took this company months to replace. I decided to give the company another chance and purchased refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. I waited two weeks for the delivery, I had to call off of work for the entire day because they delivered items separately, morning and evening. Microwave could not be installed because the so called knowledgeable appliance salesperson gave me misleading information regarding installation. Refrigerator was not installed because it was broken upon arrival. I emptied out my old fridge, called off work and have family visiting out of state in two days and I only have 2 out of 4 appliances installed. I spent a few thousand dollars called off work spent time emptying out and restocking fridge just to have the assistant sales manager tell me “you can have you money back” I asked if they can at least deliver my fridge by the next day and I guess that was too much to ask for. I was told it was very unlikely for that accommodation. I price checked Lowe’s and found a comparing appliance bundle $600 dollars cheaper. This company is not worth the headache or poor quality appliances.

Ordered a fridge in April with an original delivery date in May. Finally received our fridge in September. Apparently delivery does not include actually putting the fridge in the house. Delivery driver was incredibly rude. Driver took off right away. We get the thing unwrapped and found a huge dent in the side. Would not use them again.

DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTIES FROM THESE PEOPLE; THEY ARE USELESS. The extended warranty these people sell is not with the manufacturer, its with a company called PRODUCT PROTECTION PLUS (PPP). This is a ghost company that is impossible to communicate with. Their contact info is Appliance Factory / Brand Source who disavow any knowledge or responsibility. Ive been unsuccessfully trying to contact PPP for a month about my under-their- warranty-non-operational fridge (Kitchen Aid). Frustration is high. I finally received an email today saying they will not replace my unit. The fact the weve been without a refrigerator for a month means nothing to them.

The sales rep Jennifer was awesome!! I needed to purchase a new oven and Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind educating me on the different models and features. I did not feel any sales pressure and she respected my decision to shop around. I went to Lowes and waited for assistance and then learned the product, which was advertised at an unbelievable sales price, was not even available. I returned to the Appliance Factory and Jennifer greeted me with a big smile. The product was in stock, on sale, and I was given an additional discount to closely match the competitive pricing. It was a wonderful experience making a major purchase because of the outstanding customer service Jennifer provided. Also, I had the pleasure of meeting Sheila, who was working her first day and shadowing Jennifer. I felt like I made two new friends at the Appliance Factory!

Awful experience! Read the fine print on extended warranty. Purchased a used refrigerator. Maybe that was our first mistake. Knowing that it is used, we also purchased an extended warranty. 32 days after purchase, sure enough the refrigerator stops working. Contacted Appliance Factory to learn that the warranty does not cover repairs in the state of Colorado because the do not have technicians in this state. It will cover full replacement only after they find a like kind. I was advised that could take several days if not longer. A few days later thank goodness they contact us to inform us they found a replacement. Now we are put on the schedule for delivery, which was another week out. We selected the earliest day because we are at their mercy. 2 days before delivery, we are contacted to let us know our deliver is cancelled due to the weather forecast. Now we are rescheduled not to the front of the line... but to the BACK OF THE LINE! That will be almost 2 weeks without a refrigerator that was purchased only a few weeks ago. They were kind enough to let me know its VERY UNFORTUNATE. Did they really need to tell me what I already knew? The word Customer and Service just dont exist with this company. Never to step foot through their doors again. I would suggest you heed these words and consider doing the same.

Appliances are very nice. No complaints there. The staff on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. We went to order a new microwave. The man who helped us took our info and told me it would be a week to be brought down from Denver. Two weeks later I called for an update. The order was never placed. So I ordered it again and was told we would receive a call when it arrived. Never received a call. Called on Thursday and was told it had arrived the previous Monday. The associates reason was “I’ve been off for a few days.” I’d like to mention that we were treated like a waste of time throughout this whole ordeal. The customer service is very poor. They have made it feel like we are a chore or a waste since we are not buying thousands of dollars worth of appliances. The microwave we are purchasing will be the last appliance we will purchase there. If you made it to the end of this small rant I hope the review helps.

Well after looking at the negative reviews I’m in the same boat as others. I purchased a $300 washer that was supposedly checked out from the used center. Picked it up and installed it but it would not run. Contacted the company they started finding a washer that was like the one I purchased and was told that it would be delivered on a certain date. This washer was for a company that we donated it to that works with handicapped children. After a week of having to go back-and-forth to get a delivery of the replacement washer a date was finally set. The day of the supposed delivery we did not get our replacement washer and was told that’s a delivery people had some excuse as to why. I still don’t know why they didn’t deliver it that day. I’ve been out of state trying to figure out if we’re going to ever get our washer delivered I have called several times each time they say they’re going to find out what’s going on and call me back but they never call back I always have to call them. As of today I still have no idea where the replacement washer is or if it will ever be delivered, I do know that they have been paid buy me but we still have a machine that doesn’t work.Just called them today and the excuse today is internet is down so they can’t tell me the status of our purchase.Update, we’ve been pushed to the back of the line again and have been told that the delivery will not take place for another week and a half. So we’re looking at almost a month since purchasing this supposedly working product that they sell that the company we donated it to has been without a washer.

I have bought many appliances from this location and I have always been impressed with the service, knowledgeable staff. This last time I went to buy two mattresses and Devin was awesome. He not only showed us the mattresses we were interested, but showed us what a cooling pillow was and helped us to decide what deal was worth taking when we made our choice. He also helped us look into another appliance we need and showed us brands we didn’t know made that appliance. It was a great experience.If you’re in the market for any major appliance or mattress, give this place a visit. You’ll not only be glad you did but you’ll probably find something you didn’t know was an option. Plus how can you go wrong with awesome staff?

Ive been struggling for weeks to get a washer from these guys after the one that was previously installed did not work. Luckily I rent as a tenant because if I was paying for this service I would definitely want money back. The lack of communication that this company has going on is shocking. Im not sure how a business can keep operating on this kind of system. If your are great at making excuses, apply here.

Really hit or miss here. We had a great experience buying a fridge last year but shopping this last time was not as smooth. The sales people dont really seem to know whats in stock, basically forced to look at a computer screen to shop. We bought our stove and dishwasher at Appliance Outlet instead which was a much easier process and WAY faster. Delivery was also way faster

Came in looking for an upright freezer and Joe found me a great deal.

Paid nearly 1000 for used washer and dryer, was assured it was fully tested, and bought warranty to be safe. Just a few months in washer breaks, they did send a replacement, but much smaller and older, and didnt work...Finally they send a replacement replacement, this set is bigger but is so old it predates pods. Flooded my wash room from using pod in detergent compartment. The washer works, kind of, but washes clothes dry, telling me the drain must be blocked open or broken, idk...I bought the nicest units they had, paid nearly new machine prices, and once again I am waiting on a replacement so my family of 4 doesnt have to keep going to a laundry mat after spending nearly a thousand dollars with them...I will edit if appropriate, otherwise take this as a warning and go elsewhere.People were friendly at least, just feel ripped off, stressed, paid alot to avoid this and here I am again.

Appliance factory in Colorado Springs has a lot in stock and fast delivery! I’ve been to a few stores and no one has anything I need in stock except for them. Alex was very helpful and found me what I was looking for.

Dont go to these guys. I spent 1800 on a Decor cooktop. When the installer came to my house he said he needed to take out a 1/4 of the granite to make it fit. I asked him if he was going to get dust all over my house. He said if you just move the items on either side of the cut out then I should be fine. Needless to say, as a general contractor, I know what it takes to keep houses protected during construction and I quizzed this installed quite thoroughly. Again, I was assured that he would not ruin my house. I went into my office to do some work and heard him grinding. When I came out there was a white fog throughout my house and a heavy coat of dust on everything. Needless to say I got extremely upset as EVERYTHING in the top floor of my home was covered in a significant layer of dust. All the installer could say was sorry. I called Appliance Factory and filed a complaint to which they said they would be in contact with the installation company and call me back. I never got a call back so I left a message on the Presidents Hotline listed on the invoice. I got a call this morning by some little creep who kept saying that he couldnt see any dust in the photos the installer took. So basically I said so you telling me to go screw myself? I said ok, then what are you telling me, what are you going to do to fix this issue? He said well I dont see any dust in the pictures so again I said so you are telling me to go screw myself!. He said Mr. Moore, I dont see any..... I hung up before he could repeat himself. I had 4 ladies from Merry Maids in my home for 3 hours after he left to clean up the mess he made. It also cost me $100 for him to trash my house and another $500 to clean get it cleaned up. I told the installer I filed a formal complaint and he said good, maybe they will finally get me the proper tools I need to do my job!These guys are eager to sell you stuff but in now way care about anything after the sale. They hire 3rd party installers so that they arent directly liable for any damages they inflict on the customer. When you do file a complaint they basically tell you to go Screw Yourself!!! And that is coming from the President of the company himself!!!!Avoid these a-holes at all cost, the savings they give you in no way is worth the damages they inflict!!*NOTE* I could write a LOT more details about the incident but have kept it at a high level to keep this review short and sweet. Also note, that even their responses to these reviews is I feel for you and we are sorry for your bad experience = GO SCREW YOURSELF!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I bought a washing machine less than a year after buying it it starts leaking everywhere. I call appliance factory several times thinking I have insurance on it because they talked me into getting it it would be an easy fix. They tell me they no longer do repairs and to call another company. I call the other company talk to several people and they all tell me the same thing Appliance Factory is the one to call. Call them back again talk to several people and apparently Im on the old system and they dont know what to do. Now this has been months back and forth still no call. No one came to look at it and they want to be rude to me! So now its a year and basically I wasted a grand on a piece of machinery that ruined my kitchen floor and have no washing machine! Save your money go any where else! Dont let this happen to anyone you know!

Been sleeping like a baby since I bought this amazing High end top of the line Sterns and Foster bed for such a amazing price compared to anyone else out there!!! In home Delivery was smooth and perfect and on time. Brandon Combs was very helpful in helping me pick out this bed and was very knowledgeable. 5 stars stars across the board for me, will be back again real soon for washer and dryer!!!!

Their prices tend to be lower than home depot or lowes, however, their extended warranty service tends to be poor, as they will tend to avoid servicing the appliance, if possible, their departments frequently miscommunicate leading to frustrating and inconsistent information given, the installation teams can make some interesting mistakes, such as not tightening the handle on my freezer enough to prevent it from falling off, or not installing the stress reliever on the power cord for my dryer, which could have caused a fire, or electrocution, or both. The used appliances they have are not worth the price or investment, do not buy them. Do not get it delivered, the employees dont follow the guidelines that the manufacturers recommend, which could void your warranty, or damage your appliance, do not buy extended coverage, as I stated before, they will avoid service if possible, even if it is something they should have fixed, and, finally, try and do your research on the appliance you want to buy beforehand (not necessarily this store, but just in general). Pretty much a place with left over missashed stock, runs ads dont carry the appliances they have in the ad, followed by salespeople still trying the right now is the best price your going to get perioy. Dont worry if I gotta wait someone on the internet will get me a better price elsewhere.
