I bought a 2017 Honda Civic EX-L from here at the end of July. About 3 days after I purchased it, it died and left me stranded at a gas station in an unknown city. The next night it started marking braking system problem and then charging system problem. I informed my salesman and took it into the shop after it continued to die. When roadside came to jump my car he asked if I had jumped it before which I hadn’t as I had only had it for 2-3 days. They were nice enough to check it out even though I was over the warranty miles. They said it was simply the battery and the charging system and brake system problem were related to that. Now a little less than two months the car popped up about six codes out of nowhere. The only explanation the tech gave is that the wires were cut and it’s basically due to bad design. Since it would pop up codes since the beginning it seems like the car was already messed up when I bought it. I don’t think the battery was the only issue. Now I have to pay $312 to hopefully fix the issue. Had the battery been the only issue I wouldn’t have wrote this review

My husband and I found this place because it’s right down the street from us but I gotta say right off the bat I knew we were gonna find something we liked. once we pulled in we saw that they have an amazing selection, and as soon as we got out Daniel walks out to us and immediately asks how we’re doing and if he can assist us in any way. Amazing no-pressure experience. The salesman Alex was extremely knowledgeable and really wanted to help us find the perfect car that fit our needs and budget. What A Waste Of My Time. I went by looking for one of their vehicles listed on cars.com. and of course had to drive to their OTHER lot, NOT where the car was listed to be at... just for them to say that specific car had so many problems the manager didnt feel safe selling to anyone, ??? THEN WHY IS STILL LISTED ON THE WEBSITE?!? (even as I write this review DAYS later) Bait and Switch is what Im thinking. Take the ad down already. Plus they replied with the Typical Salesman Pitch - That cars not available, but how about all these lovely vehicles out of your price range?.... DONE.

Bought a 2000 mustang from these guys matter of two week I had take it in to fix a gas leak. After had problems with that car starting now having to take it back once again to get it fixed. Horrible and rude workers. Took two weeks to get the car fixed and now taking it back to be fixed again. Very disappointing. No lemon law so watch what you buy because these guys lie right to your face.

Absolutely horrible customer service to an active duty man who just got back home. This place went downhill quick after Willie retired. You will get passed around from sales person to sales person, be made false promises, and straight up lied to. Sad, once upon a time they were great.

Have you ever found a used vape inside your car?I bought a Mazda from these guys in mid 2021. Avery, the salesman who sold me the car, was a pretty great guy and he made the initial experience fantastic. Unfortunately, hes at a different dealership now, which explains the weeks of silence I have received from the guys over at Springs Automotive. When I bought the car, it still needed to be detailed and safety checked. What I was told was that it was going to be cleaned, any needed maintenance was going to be applied, and any repairs were going to be reinstalled. Specifically, the overhead light, and the skid plate on the bottom of the car needed to be replaced.However, the detailing guys and the maintenance shop these guys use are about as thorough as a 9 year old being told to clean their room. Today, I replaced the skid plate myself. Why? Well it was never fixed. I saw it hanging down from under my car, took it off myself, and found that the plate itself (a plate that protects the engine bay) seems like it was never taken off in the first place.Secondly, the safety check they did on this car wasnt good. Breaking down on the side of the road because of a bad alternator isnt the most fun. Its also a weird coincidence that my requests to get a list of the safety inspections they did on my vehicle hasnt been provided. Huh.Finally, the used vape. Such a weird thing to find in your car. I found a crusty vape on my floor (covered in the usual gunk and hair), which is super weird considering non of my friends smoke. I guess the previous owner lost it, but the detailers were not the ones to find it.At this point, Im not going to recommend this dealership. If you do decide to buy a car from them, make sure to take it IMMEDIATELY to another detailer or automotive mechanic (one that you trust) and have them inspect it. I ended up not even wanting to bring up the vape, alternator, or skid plate since the warranty was expired and I didnt want to have to deal with these guys again. Keep that 1,000 mile / 30 day warranty and hold them to it. I wish I did.

From looking around at dealerships for the best deal I was referred to Andres. They did not have the vehicle I wanted on their lot so they drove it over from their other location so I could test drive it. Throughout the whole time almost everyone in the office was making conversation and making me feel really comfortable while I was waiting. What they were offering me for the vehicle I was trading in plus the new vehicle was outstanding compared to other dealerships. BE WARY OF THIS BUSINESS!My family and drove into the the springs to look at 2014 3500 LTZ priced to sell at 28999 - amazing price! We test drove it, got the Carfax and then crawled under the truck. Thats when we discovered the major oil leak, we told the sales guy Roy who then told the GM Andrea who said they would fix it for us. Awesome! Before they made the repair I wanted my mechanic to check out the truck, so...Few days later we drove back into town to take the truck to our mechanic to see if there might be anything else and there was - basically the truck need the major fluid changes too keep a diesel running great. Not a problem we asked if they would do that they said no ... Understandable they were still going to fix the rear engine main seal that was causing the leak. Great we are moving along with the deal, I have too keep calling to find out whats going on with the truck.We noticed a day later the price of the truck changed by 1500 increase. We asked if our walk in price we was still going to be valid.Here is where the company gets down right shady. They said because I hadnt put an offer on the truck before the repair that I would have to pay the new price? How does test driving it twice taking it to my mechanic to show an interest?What company does that, I find a major repair, even when your site states : Most Vehicles go through a rigorous VEHICLE INSPECTION from our ASE CERTIFIED Mechanics. Maybe they should pay me for finding the problem? 🙂I guess this truck didnt get looked at or it did and they are willing to sell a broken truck. Then youre going to make me pay for the repair and the companies lack of due diligence? Cant imagine how many cars they have flipped cause some of the owners wont check under the hood or crawl under.Glad I didnt get taken for this truck and it shows the type of person the owner and their managers are. If you do business with Springs Automotive make sure your vehicle is checked out cause they are in the business of flipping cars. They will not honor the price you walked in on.

The salesman was professional and helpful. However, I would have given five stars if they would have fixed my gas gauge.I remember one of the people in the back pulling the salesman to the side after he asked if they gave me a full tank of gas and I’m sure he mentioned that the gas gauge was broken but didn’t say anything and let me drive off.

So disappointed in them. I went to look at a Sentra. I told Willie my price range, he showed my a car way above my range, a Nissan Sentra SV with only 7500 miles. He said we could work out the price. He also said it had never been in an accident. That should have been my clue to walk, but Willie was so nice I wanted to give him a chance. After showing him damage to the vehicle he again said we could work something out. First the manager was only going to take $300 off the price for the damage. After several hours of negotiations he gave me a monthly payment and interest rate. It didnt add up. So instead of signing a sales agreement I left a $500 deposit to hold the car. I called the bank they said I would have the loan with and they agreed the monthly payment and interest rate I was given didnt add up. At this point I decided I did not want to purchase a car from people who were not being honest. I called and asked for my deposit back which they could have easily voided and they refused saying they hold all money for 48 hours. I filed a complaint with Visa.
