The guys were absolutely amazing. We are here on vacation and got a screw in my tire. They got us in and out in about 30 / 45 minutes. One of the guys at the desk was showing us places to visit the next time we come out to Colorado! We were not charged to patch up the tire.

No fun waking up to find a screw in your tire. No alarm lights on but still, you know you have to take care of it before work.I rolled in when they opened at 8:05am and of course theyre busy. Greeted by two friendly guys managing the front desk. Within maybe 3 minutes I had Jayson helping me.He took me out to my car and looked at the screw. He checked all of my tires with a tool (I think it was for tread depth?). He asked my permission to grab a wrench and water to see if it is more than what he thought - not a problem.Jayson returned in a flash and had the tiny screw with a BIG head (is that even what screw tops are called?) out. NBD! I was in and out within a few minutes.My husband normally likes to take care of these things but he had to help HIS clients so couldnt do it. He trusts them which is a big deal for our family.The service is bionic and genuine. I really have no idea what the cost is but when it comes to having the peace of mind knowing you are in good hands no matter what I think it is well worth it.Thanks Jayson! I went in to get my tires changed yesterday and they did a great job. They lost an emblem to my car but when I called this morning gave some of the best customer service I have experienced. Without any questions offered to replace the part and when I was in a rush to get back to work they got everything taken care of to get the new part with in minutes. Really wish more places should be run like this establishment. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Just got 4 new tires and quite happy with service. About 6 months ago I got 4 new tires on my other vehicle. Good work and good price.

I have been to this specific location multiple times and every time has been a great experience. The staff is always professional, helpful and so friendly. They have patched up numerous holes in my tires (which is a free service!) never try to sell me anything and are very knowledgeable. Each patch has lasted and I am in and out within an hour every time. Their consistent great service, quality and overall kindness will definitely have me coming back to replace all my tires in the future!

The guys here are Great!!! Cash and Chris took great care of me. I came and had a repair done and when I left I had a flat on the repaired tire within minutes of getting on the highway. They replaced my tire completely for free and gave me a great discount on the rest. Tires are expensive everywhere these days but this place has great prices. Even if it was more expensive, the way I was treated and taken care of was worth every dollar!! Don’t t question if you should go here, just go here.

We ran into shipping issues with the wheels we ordered & they took way longer to come in than expected. Matt & Kyle were great to work with throughout the process. They were very communicative about the status of the wheel order delays & steps they were going through to find a fast resolution. They were great to work with & got me in & out quickly when the wheels finally arrived.

I just ordered new tires, scheduled and paid for the installation online. My tires arrived to the shop earlier than expected-the team called to see if I wanted to bump up my installation time which I appreciated. I was in and out of my appointment for installation in less than 45 minutes. Very friendly and professional service.

Discount Tire is AWESOME! Make your reservation online, and you can be out in 45 minutes. They are experienced professionals and they have so many locations. I am traveling from out of state and starting have tire issues. They corrected it, and educated me and what the issue was. I have the piece of mind knowing they will be there for me, getting me safely back to home.

Although I have loved Discount Tire for years, do not go to this location. I was experiencing a dangerous shimmy in my steering wheel so I called them at 5:05 to see if they could help me out, and the super friendly person who answered the phone said that as long as I arrived before closing, they would help me out, so I drove for 25 minutes to go to the location that I’ve always gone to for over 5 years for all my tire needs. When I arrived at 5:49, a different person named Cash tried to tell me that they would never say that and that it was too inconvenient for their team to rebalance my tires although it was still before closing. Every Discount Tire I have ever been to has always been there to help me out when I’m in a bind. Sadly, this is no longer that shop or Cash is an exception to what has otherwise been good service.

Had a low tire pressure warning light come on just about the same time I found a thumb tack in my tire. They quickly took out the tack and checked for leakage and filled my spare tire. Great and quick experience. Very professional.

Got home and was missing a hubcap. They told me to send an email with a photo of the hubcap, I did still waiting for a response

Great service! Incredibly helpful. Clean lobby and friendly staff. Got a great deal on four new tires and was back on the road and back to work in less than an hour and a half. Good job guys

I love this store. The staff is extremely amazing. I’m just waiting for my tire to get replaced I’ve been in here for maybe 10 minutes. The 10 minutes I’ve been here they had 2 rude customers but they definitely know how to handle any situation thrown at these men. Fantastic staff!

On Tuesday the 19th of Oct 2021 I had an appointment for 10AM. I wasnt greeted at the door and wasnt even acknowledge I existed for almost 10min. Then I got put on a weighting list its now 10:30. I will say they were busy and I appreciate that fact but thats no excuse for poor customer service. I sat and noticed other customers were getting quilty service. I finally got put on the service queue with an estimated time 11:35 but the time was already had past. I asked the sales person to check why it was taken so long just to rotate and balance 4 tires.He was fine and came back to me saying he was getting it in. After it got in the crews did a fast and good job. I felt like I was not valued by the store staff 2 hrs was way to long for having an appointment, the staff kept telling people that had an appointment the time in the shop would be 1hr max. Not pleased

Always ready to check tire pressure!

3 times now I have responded to a text from them to stop by and get the air pressure checked in my tires. All I accomplished all three times was waiting from 30 minutes to one hour and still not able to get any service. They are just too busy. -- too busy even though they sent me the text messages to stop by and get it done.There were 3 other cars waiting for over an hour today. I finally gave up and left.

Came in with a flat tire. They were honest and only sold me two rear tires — could have tried to sell all four, but said it wasn’t necessary. They did not realize I needed run flat tires, but corrected they’reTheir mistake. They are honest and well intended.

Friendly staff and they take the time to explain what it is that they are doing or have to do it your vehicle. They also beat all the competition prices.

The Firestone near my house said they couldnt get new tires on my car for a couple days so I went to Discount tire. They have a very efficient operation here. When I got there, I was worried because there were 5 other people waiting in line before me, but they got through everyone in about 10 minutes and the car was ready 2 hours later.

The store was slammed/BUSY today and I still got fast and friendly service! I could see that all the employees were working so hard, but seemed to be in a good mood. I got the feeling they were doing things to keep the pace yet enjoy the job. Thanks Guys! I appreciate you all!

Took a Michelin As 3+ sport here to get a hole patched and as expected 100% free. Staff was super helpful and one of the most courteous tire shops I have ever dealt with. Quoted me a set of summer tires/wheels and will only be coming here for my tire needs. Couldn’t recommend more.

Having had much experience in auto shops as manager and technician, I know good shop when I see one. Despite a very high tempo and busy pace, they still manage to get things done efficiently and on time. Each time I have been here all front desk staff are great, hard working and very welcoming. Easily made my day better just by being courteous and most definitely will continue to take all future business here.

I needed 4 tires. Period. I mount and balance my own at home to save about 20 bucks per tire. They sold me 4 245 16 tires for $351 total no problems, no hard sell or pushy sales tactics.

These guys did great and always do... each and every time I visit.Called 30 minutes before close after finding a screw in my moms tire before she left after visiting. Always very courteous and professional. I stopped there a tire pressure check. And air in my tires if needed. The young man said is 35lbs okay with me. I said sure. He recommended that I replace the two rear tires. Pretty worn he said.

Had a major tire blowout in our trailer while traveling on hwy 25. Found the tires in the trailer were very poorly rated and everyone says “replace immediately, no natter what...”. Camped at Walmart. Called Discount at 8am. We needed 5 tires. They had 4. Jason was in it! He got a 5th tire sent over while we were at the Toyota dealership getting car fixed (it had issues too). We drive straight from Toyota to Discount Tire. Jason walked out the door and said “Paula?” That’s me! Showed him how to get the spare off the trailer, jack points and then paid. And they were off and running getting us safe and road warrior ready! And we bought the tire hazard insurance ...

I came in with a leak in my tire and not only were they extremely polite and helpful even with how busy they were. They patched it with no charge and my wait time was shorter than I anticipated given how busy it was. Will 100% be returning if I ever need tires, quality business.

Discount tire has always been fantastic. I started working eith Anthony from this location in early November when I ordered wheels. They were on back order from the manufacturer for a month and a half. Anthony was extremely helpful in making sure that I purchased tires that would fit correctly (from another retailer), and was great about keeping me up to date with the status of my order. He absolutely went the extra mile to make sure my experience was great. I cannot recommend Anthony and this shop enough. 11/10.

We got the immaculate service that I have come to expect from Discount Tire.Backstory: I took our car in to the DT in Austin last Monday and bought 4 brand new tires a few days before we left for our wedding road trip. We noticed that the car started to shake at high speeds, figured that the balance was off. Inconvenient and annoying, but not dangerous.We stopped by two other DTs in Texas on our way, expecting this easy fix to be sloved quickly since this was a DT mistake. Didnt receive the usual perfect, friendly service; it was borderline rude.I called this store and spoke to Jayson, who actually helped us. FANTASTIC customer service and very fast. My tire had a nail in it and kept going flat. I had brought it by a different tire company and was told it was not repairable. I called around and yet another place was going to charge $30 to patch it. These guys did a wonderful job patching the tire and charged nothing! I will definitely be going back to them in the future!

You can tell a lot about a businesses management by how smoothly it runs, the attitude of the employees, and the general atmosphere that you are in. Many businesses out there plummet due to bad management, lack of care, concern, and unwillingness to address issues.So Im more than happy to write a review after receiving exceptional service that really stuck out to be very noticeable.I ordered tires through a team member and then later followed up on the status. I was contacted and then texted per my voicemail instructions, from Matt, who I originally thought was an employee following up as part of his job. He told me to bring the car in anytime and theyll get the tires on. I brought it in Saturday morning, and asked for Matt. Someone walked into an office and out came Matt, not an employee but the actual store manager. I was simply asking for Matt because the pleasantness expressed through text messages thus far was appreciated so I wanted to communicate that, and let him finish the whole transaction. It was a nice surprise that it was actually the manager that was giving such attention to detail and followup, when he had no requirement to handle it himself as opposed to the main employees that worked there. He was incredibly friendly, respectful, and to add icing to the cake, my car was whipped in and completed before I even made it back home. Theres not anything I could think of that could have made the experience more pleasant and efficient. When I came to pick up my car, Matt was involved in having his hands anywhere needed, working WITH the employees, not supervising from an office. So I will say again with conviction that it is VERY clear that this location has a manager that really is involved and goes above and beyond to really create a good customer experience that sets the bar at a level that is difficult to beat. I hope the right people see this and gather enough similar testimonials to give recognition and credit where its due.Thanks again!

About a week ago, our family minivan had a flat and we needed it to get the kids to school the next morning and to get to work about an hour away. I needed to get home safely at the end of the day and the air pump at the Shell gas station was broken. I noticed the garages were still open at Discount Tire so I drove over hoping for some help. I pulled up and asked if I could just get some air to get home safely and a service tech named Michael said “sure!” And came over and helped me out. It would have been really easy for him to say “no, we’re closed”, but he didn’t. He total saved our day as I was able to get to my garage who warranties my tires safely to get it fixed. Thank you!!

If youre looking for tires you should go nowhere else but here in town. Their service is top notch and Topher and the rest of the group there very quickly took care of my damaged tire. Theyre also extremely helpful and worked around a constraint tgat made the tire change slightly more complex. A word of advice, dont skimp on getting the road hazard warranty. Ive had 2 tires now that have gone flat on me and have been repaired or replaced underneath it (thanks Colorado roads!).

I love Discount Tire! They are so helpful. I just went to get air in my tires today. They offer this service for free, but I always give them at cash tip because I really appreciate them! I buy all of my tires there.

They took care of me very well, worked with what I was looking for showed me ratings and specs and took my budget into consideration. Even considering how busy they were they had me in and out very quickly! Me and my son were able to sit in the car on the stand and watch them as they swapped all my old tires for my new tires!

Highly satisfied with the service here. They gave me a better price than Walmart next door on two new tires (two tires I bought like new on Facebook marketplace) and put lifetime warranties on all four with balancing and rotation. They gave me 80k mile tires instead of what walmart would have around the same price which was just 65k mile tires I believe. They will price match and go above and beyond.God bless!

The place was busy.when i arrived without an appointment. They got me in and out of there pretty fast though. I got one tire.replaced. I was charged ehat the counter guy said was the lowest cost.replacement tire they had so i went with that .Later when i got acopy of my digital invoice i saw i had paid for services i didnt want . the service manager did not tell me i had an option.

It took way too long to get 4 new tires.

Friendly and despite they had to special order my tires they got it done fast and their prices was the lowest I found in the springs. They deal with all tires including specialty tires and customs.

I went in for two tires, walked out with 3! They gave me a great price on two, and the warranty i had on my other turned out was worth having. I had a nail that went through the sidewall, and they replaced it for free. Thanks discount tire! Ill be back to replace that 4th tire!

Every time I go in there it is packed. For good reason. The staff is incredibly helpful and the company is well run. Its rare a company understands not only how to build, but maintain a relationship with the customer. I will never buy a tire from another shop. Unless its for one of my bikes that is.
