Absolutely the worst service the owner is a joke and will not accept any damage claim him or his drivers cause so from now on let’s all call the state attorney general Make your complaint there because the more they have the more they see how fraudulent this owner and his drivers are you can write me I can give you that phone number you can Google it make reports with the Better Business Bureau so this company can be put out of business There’s also another phone number I forget the name of it it’s like the Dora that’s responsible for all of them call that one and put a complaint there

I started with this company as their only employee. I personally put them back on the road to gain business after they lost all their employees and trucks during COVID. They cut my hours in half in order to hire a second driver, which I agreed to. We had two days on, two days off alternating with the one barely working truck they had. Without warning, they got new trucks in (more than two weeks later than they had told me) and expected me to change my schedule with no notice, which I did. They committed to giving myself and the other driver two days off a week with 5 12 hour shifts and told me the other driver and I could work out our days off. After working 12-14 hour days less than a week after my wife delivered our baby, I insisted on taking 2 days off. In return, they told me I could agree to 12 hour shifts 7 days a week with no breaks (including no lunch breaks) or I could quit. When I refused to resign and insisted on our original agreement, including 50 hours a week with no overtime pay, they terminated me. Not only was their poor employee treatment but the pay was poor for what they were requiring of me with each tow only averaging $12 (30% of a $40 tow). Some tows would be higher (police, out of town, etc) but they were far less frequent. It was ultimately slave wages with no personal time and the owner terminated me because I insisted on him upholding our original agreement regarding a balance of my work life and family life. I do not recommend working here unless working for them is all you want to do with no benefits and a low wage.

I was supposed to sign a release for my car and never got a chance to do that they released it to copart without me signing a release or beingable toretrievemypersonalbelongings! They took my granddaughters car seat out and threw it in the back of the trunk and lost vital pieces to it and then I had some jewelry in a bag in the door and it was missing so who knows who took it? I would not do business with them again! It is a law until that person has had a chance to retrieve their personal property,and signs a release to their insurance company and copart that they are not to disturb anything inside the vehicle!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityUSAA called these people to tow my SUV, they called me before they got to the car and hung up on me the for the fist time. When they got to the location my sister told them NOT to put the key in the ignition because the car was dead and the key wouldnt come out if they did; therefore you cant put a car in neutral if there is no power to the car and she told them this. They didnt ask her for anything else, and she left. They then called me and said that they couldnt get the truck in neutral and I said I needed to tell them if my Sister was able to do it, and hung up on me for the second time. I called my Sister and she said she told them the car would not go into neutral. I called them back and told him and he said he needed a waiver, I told him that there was no one there to sign the waiver since my sister left and that there was nothing I could do about it, at which time he hung up on me again. I called him back to see where my keys were, and he didnt answer his phone. My sister called to ask where the keys were, and spoke to the person that was helping him (who was really nice by the way) and he unfortunately gave the phone to the driver who then hung up on her. She then texted them to see where my keys were, and told them that it wasnt professional to hang up on a Customer, and they just said the keys are with the car. I had to call the Service Center and he called me back to tell me the keys were in the ignition!!! Dont even know if they locked my truck. DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE FOR TOWING!

Tow truck driver left my car window down (it was up when he took it) and left it at the dealershipovernight. It rained all night in my car. The owner Bob said it wasnt on them and to call whoever I needed to call

Justin was unbelievably helpful. I got a screw in my tire and had roadside assistance come and try to change it. They looked and basically said they cant change the tire so I need a tow truck. Justin came and changed the tire for me no tow required. I would give 10/5 stars if I could. Very friendly, very helpful. Justin deserves a raise

The tow truck driver broke both my e brake cables. My mechanic had the car for over a month so by the time I realized they were broke they refused to take responsibility for the repair. My review keeps getting removed so i will make sure to check on it periodically so people are kept informed.

Stopped by with a low tire that needed air. Found that Bob charges a couple dollars for air. You kind of know that business is bad and that their hard up. Got the feeling that even more is wrong when bob didnt want to give his last name for this review. Would also be nice if he would wear a mask when dealing with the public.

Great service and the best quality girl in town. They also do towing and auto repair. I highly recommend these guys

I had one of my vehicles towed by them a couple of months ago. They ran quite a bit late, but completed the tow. This time, over two hours beyond the estimated time of arrival, they stopped answering the phone. Over TWO HOURS late, wont answer the phone, and just leave me stranded on the side of the road. That is nothing short of unacceptable.

Service was great and very fast. I was surprised at how friendly and personable the tow truck driver was. His name is Justin. Give that man a raise!!!!

My father-in-law had worked on his own car for years, we recently moved him to a new care facility...in so doing we had boxes of oil, tools, and brake fluid that we had no idea what to do with...I called Bob at Palmer Park Service.Bob was kind enough to help me out by taking these off my hands. My father-in-law had taken his car to Bob over the years as well...and appreciated the great service. Thanks Bob for taking care of us!

Insurance paid for the tow thank goodness. Customer service directly from the owner is terrible and down right rude for no reason so heads up

Had my trucks transmission fluid, gasket and filter replaced with also a request to have a transmission leak fixed. After taking delivery of the vehicle in 12/2017, it always had a small amount of leakage with the transmission, but it was very tolerable. For the last 2-3 weeks, the leak has become much worse so I took it back to this place, only to be told it would take $245 to fix what they stated was a leak with the gasket for the transmission oil pan. This is the gasket they replaced 8 months ago. It was also leaking in an unrelated area where the previous leak was fixed. They will not stand behind their work, even though most places offer a 1 year warranty on such work. No transmission gasket should leak after 8 months unless it was not installed correctly to begin with. Keep in mind that I have spent about $1,500 to $2,500 with this company for the last 2-3 years and have offered them referrals, that is, until now. I would suggest to anyone reading this to take my testimonial to heart, for Bob (the owner) will not stand behind his work. As an FYI, no one else has even touched the transmission from the time they worked on it until now. Bob, I think it is time for you to retire, for you are losing your grip on reality, for you are treating your loyal customer base with extreme contempt. Then about two weeks ago before I brought the truck back to you, I asked if you would take a look at my brakes and to quote a price for new brakes, and you guys wanted to charge me just to receive a quote from you. What company charges for a brake inspection? No one except this group. That shows how far their greed has gone.

I would definitely agree with the shady character department! They were called by the COS police, Im guessing, to haul off my sons car from an accident. They told us several different things on different occasions, such as, they would take the car as payment for the towing and storage then they backed out of that offer. They then told us they would keep the car for the storage fee but we would have to pay the $155. for the tow, which is highway robbery to begin with in my opinion. They wouldnt let my son get his stuff out of the car until we called up there. They close at 5:00, but the website says open 24/7. He got there just as they were closing but they wouldnt let him get his things. He was having trouble getting rides since HIS CAR WAS TOTALED. Everything they did was ridiculous! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!

Had my scooter break down, so called USAA, and they sent out PPT. Bull was very nice and understanding. Put my scooter on the flatbed and towed it to my home. He was wonderful! Great customer service 😃

One of the so called mechanics told me I had to take the trash back out of the can because I didn’t buy any gas. After I refused he dumped it in my backseat. Do not come to this place for gas or service. If your car is sent here for any reason get it out ASAP! I called the cops just to take a stand against this horrible business.
