Great service for all vehicles not just Nissans and they provided shuttle pickup and drop-off and free popcorn and snacks + coffee while you wait!
Truly top line fast service. Clean treats & drinks to pass the time. Wash my vehicle no charge. I always consider it a treat to myself & my vehicle to go there for 1st class service.
I always have a great experience when I have gone to Woodman Nissan with a question. They go out of their way to make sure my question is answered and many times provide a demonstration to make sure I understand. Their sales staff and service employees are great.
We live a couple of hours away and arrived early for scheduled maintenance. They got us right in with a smile and a handshake. Service was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time given the amount of work they needed to do. My only complaint is they applied way too much wheel dressing which ended up slinging all over the sides of the truck on the way home.
This place deserves 5 stars, I take my car here to get my oil changed, they are super nice people and they will let you know what is needed for you car and then u make a decision what u want done, also they have a new program for people that cant afford repairs all at one time, they have a program named Sunbit and u can make payments for your car repairs. When you go ask for Josh Maurano he is awesome and also Kianna.

Josh was an awesome help. He helped with everything I needed, and answered my questions.However, three hours to sit and wait was a bit much, for an oil change you cant make an appointment for.Also allowing people inside with no masks shouldnt be allowed, even if theyre buying a vehicle. I saw this practice a few times in the three hours I was there.

15K service went smoothly and I was in and out in less than an hour. I was greeted at the bay door, the service representative immediately greeted me and offered a savings coupon during the encounter. I waited in the customer service area with plenty of social distancing provided. I even saw my sales agent Trevon who is such a positive fellow. Im impressed with their pricing. If I were to change my oil, oil filter, cabin filter and the engine air filter with parts store products it would cost me the same... Good value, courteous service and I was on my way without a hitch. Woodmen Nissan is just a pleasure to work with...
Customer service was a bit over average. The problem I experienced is, a lack of knowledge with the new vehicle purchase service department. Their attempt to ignore the actual fact, they sold me a damaged new vehicle. No actual work was completed or replaced on my $43,000. Nissan Frontier Pro 4x. Taking the vehicle to a collision repair shop for an estimate on replacement of the front bumper.
They took good care of my car.
The whole service department is wonderful! When I moved to Colorado Springs two years ago I was hesitant to go because I didn’t know of woodmen Nissan had all the necessary information on my Rogue! Turns out they did and I honestly felt like I had known them for as long as I’ve owned my vehicle! They instantly put me at ease and reassured me they’d take care of everything as they did in California! I highly recommend woodmen Nissan!
Dishonest and shady. We discussed a vehicle and scheduled a test drive. When I showed up, after rescheduling my day, they told me they raised the price $3,000. Insisted on tricky tactics like asking my monthly budget, rather than just giving me an honest price. I was qualified and ready to buy. Avoid these con artists.

They do a great job on my cars and the customer service is great. Free wifi while you wait, free coffee, snacks and espresso. They also offer a shuttle that does stop at 4pm due to Covid.
Excellent service. Theyre friendly and quick. Often finishing their work quicker than they estimate. And when theyre slower they are good letting you know what is going on.

The service Department surprised me, I needed to know about a check engine light. They checked the vehicle in a very short amount of time, called me and explained that it was and electoral short. I didnt choose to repair it at this time, but with all the information provided i now can make a wise decision on the repair.. Thank you Woodman Nissan SERVICE center..

I had some concerns with a recent service I had and immediately brought it to their attention. Jason, Randy, Joey all did a very good job of resolving my concerns. No one is perfect but if you bring it to someone’s attention and they resolve it, you really can’t ask for anything more than that.

Scraped my mirror and refused to fix. Sprayed paint protection on top of dirt. Herman in customer service was rude and i felt like he was the customer. Last time i should have had a car wash with service and it was not done. Nice waiting area though
02/28 1. They told me my spark plugs were critical and must be changed. They had actually changed them a few months ago.2. My tire sensor light was on and I wanted to find out which tire had a faulty sensor. They said it would be 105.00 for the diagnostic. When I went to pick up the car there was the charge but no result. I asked which one and he said I would have to actually pay to replace to find out. What the hell was the 105.00 for? I had to argue like crazy to not have to pay the 105 for nothing. Never using the repair shop again. Beware.
Bought my two vehicles from this dealership and both experiences had been amazing!The service department is superb! Working with Lois on finding a vehicle was great! She went beyond any dealership employee I’ve ever worked with- sent me so many photos that I requested, from the interior to the undercarriage. She kept me updated on vehicle service and other information. I highly recommend working with her!
The vehicle I looked at has engine issues. I was willing to buy but they did not want to work with me on price. They wanted top dollar for a vehicle that will need at least 4-5 thousand dollars worth of work. I am very displeased with them. Whatever the lowest rating is for this posting they get lower from me.
People will say its a car dealership and yes it is, but the staff goes the extra mile to make your visit enjoyable and they take your problems to heart. This was my first visit to Woodman Nissan, but not my first Nissan. This Rogue is my fifth Nissan. But lets get back to Woodman Nissan. Clean and orderly work bays with certified mechanics and communications with the customers waiting for their auto. What can I say? I will tell you after my next visit. Our service advisor, German Macias, helped us and also told us there was a software update that would take another hour. He had the courtesy van take us home. My service was minor, the usual preventative maintenance. Look forward to my next visit. Bet nothing will change and only get better.

Increadibly slow service. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 7 AM service appointment and nobody could even talk to me to see why I was there until 7:14. For a basic oil change, no tire rotation, Ive now been waiting 3 hours and 30 minutes.
I went to pick up a car but actually. The employees here. There are not polite at all. Hardly he told me he is the manager of the store at woodmen Nissan and he was raising his voice at me. A customer that is trying to buy a car. And then Patrick the sale manager lie to us saying he got the deal but he didnt. And say he did call us when he didnt not. Dont buy your car from that dealership. Worse customer service. They lie to you.

Im torn about the rating I am giving the service center. They are over priced, like any other dealership service center. Work we had done less than two years ago need to be redone.However the service we got at the counter was awesome, but there was only one gentleman that actually helped us. All the other service people pretty much just did their job.We ended up calling consumer affairs at Nissan to help get some of the work completed (1-800-nissan1 if youre interested).If we didnt have warranties, we probably wouldnt go back.
