Typically we have had good experiences with this location. Today was not the case. Not only were we ignored when entered the building but it also seemed we were a nuisance. When waiting to pick up the mulch as instructed multiple tractors passed us without helping. Ultimately left after waiting 10-15 minutes for a tractor to scoop mulch in our truck. Other customers who came after us were helped and already left. I hope if we visit again they will have it together more. Because of the good experiences in the past this is a 3 star instead of a 1 or 2.

Theres a reason you see their trucks all over the Front Range! Despite being extraordinarily busy given the season and with a line of contractors out the door, when it was my turn at the counter I was treated as if I was the only customer on the property. I never thought Id be buying rocks of all things, but the layout of the facility easily showed what they have available, and the process was clearly explained along with all delivery options and prices. In the end it was significantly easier and cheaper than going through any of the big box hardware stores, and more importantly its supporting a local business. Ill definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.

Easy and helpful staff in the office and in the yard. A gentleman saw me loading wood and proactively moved equip in the yard so that I could pull closer and make it easier for loading. Good product, good price and convenient. Bonus, they offer a military discount saving me money. I will be back.

UPDATE: C&C gave me over half a ton of rock for free and that batch was much better.I wasnt expecting so much dirt with my rock... probably going to cause a lot of weeds.

I purchased a couple of different types of stone from this location. I went in wanting to match a block I already had—could not remember what it was called. I also was building a wall—not sure what I needed. Suzanne went with me to my car to look at the block, measured it, walked with me into the yard, found what I needed, helped decide on quantity, ordered, arranged delivery—then called a day later having found the exact block I needed—sent a picture—redid my order—honestly, I have not had customer service like that in 10 years. Thank you so much. The delivery person was wonderful also. Highly recommend this location.

Smooth, easy truck load of landscape rock.

We picked up some firewood today from C&C. All of the staff was very polite and professional. The quality of wood was good and prices were reasonable.

Left a trail of oil near the curb where they delivered rock that I cant get out. The rock was also full of mud.

The staff at C & C Sand are so helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions throughout the entire process of doing my own landscaping for my new build home. They have given me great tips for building retaining walls, doing paver walkways, making gravel paths, laying mulch, putting down topsoil and sod, and many other things. Plus they give a 10 percent discount to active military and veterans.

Went to CC Sand purchased a small load 1 ton of bedding dirt. Requested the best they had for small vegetable and flower beds. After unloading by hand into our plant beds and putting water on it. The water stood on the top and did not soak down. Called CC Sand and a employee said they had problem with it before and to add sand to it they gave us free sand. If you know it is bad why sell it My husband has had multiple back surgeries and should not be redigging to mix sand it. Physically, he went out on a limb to better my flowers and garden for me and NOW he has to rework it. That was CC Sands suggestion, for US to do. A local nursery suggested we use CC Sand after they tested the soil of several places in town. I recommend you do not. It was no better then what labor intensive took out. I feel because we were a small customer not important enough to take care of....or recall the dirt if you know it is bad(again a employee said they knew it was). Very disappointed today.

The women inside are nearly useless, please educate them or put someone in there who can effectively and efficiently help paying customers. I had to leave one day because I got so frustrated with them.

If you know what you want, and you there to do biz. They are quick. They are not mean, but probably a bit impersonal. Ive never had problems here, but they will get to talking with customers, then a new customer seems like intruding. Just misunderstanding. They are very nice folks.

Convenient, easy access to firewood, landscaping materials, etc. Drive-in, weigh your vehicle, get your stuff, weigh your vehicle and then pay. Boom, youre done. The selection is good, the guys running the office are friendly and helpful.

Raciest employees who treat ppl with disrespect. I was waiting to pay for my material and the cashier was pleasant with the group in front of me, when I approached the counter her attitude changed and she said what do i want? I could feel the racial tension coming out. What blew my mind was there was a oriental woman with a child of maybe 2 yrs of age who was holding a stone in his hand and she yelled at the elderly woman to tell her kid to stop playing with the rocks, she didnt ask but yelled get out of here! to the woman with disrespect. The elderly woman ran out of the building with fright. I have been buying from these guys for over 15 yrs, now its time to stop my business and go elsewhere.

They staff a friendly and willing to work with you to try and get what you want. They are always quick and even though I have been mutiple times I dont have marks on my truck from the equipment operators dropping rocks from to high, or hitting the sides with rock or dirt. Prices are fair and the scale seems to be fairly accurate at least from my eyeball guess from how many times I have been. They dont really seem to have very many different colored types of stone on site which is why Im giving 4 insted of 5 stars.

Gave my dimensions for the amount of fill dirt I needed, 10x14x2ft, they calculated how much fill dirt I needed. They over calculated by 2 times the amount. I paid twice what was needed including a delivery fee of $75. When I called back they told me I would need to pay another $75 delivery fee for them to pick up the 7 tons of extra dirt. Scam artists...
