I had to replace my thermocouple for my hot water heater. Ive been using Ferguson for 15 years and they are always helpful, have what I need, and are a honest group of people. I was able to get the entire lighting assembly for less than $35. Ive spent a lot of money here throughout the years and I dont regret spending it at all. Always got a good deal by the price tag. The manager used to work with me as a commercial plumber.

Great experience with these folks! I went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply looking for 6 PVC and not knowing anything about the product. I worked with a sales associate (Jeremy) who was super helpful and took the time to explain everything I needed. Before checking out, Jeremy was able to find a work around to save me a lot of money! He could have just as easily overcharged me and instead did the right thing! Do business with confidence with these folks! A top shelf company that will have my business going forward!

Eric arrived at the house exactly at the time of the appointment. None of that between 8 and noon - only to have the service person call at noon to say he is running late. He did an detailed cleaning of our fireplace. He explained each thing he was doing and why. You cant go wrong with Eric.

Wants a 25% re-stock fee. Basically they want to be paid to take a product back. Make sure you exactly want you need. See if anywhere else has what you need before going to Ferguson!!!
