Every time we go in here there are plenty of employees wandering around but none want to help customers. They actively avoid eye contact and you can see the fear in their faces that your going to ask them for help. If you find something you want, you have to hunt someone down to order it for you. If its a warehouse item, the wait can be very long. If you opt for delivery, be prepared for the delivery costs.The selection of items is pretty good but quality is not the best. Its fine if you only want things to last a few years. Personally, Id choose almost any other store but I seem to keep getting dragged there by my mother.
Love this place. I know that manufacture times are a bit out of control at this time, that’s with any furniture store, and my couch has been on back order for months, but when I get my furniture, I always love it! I bought a room set this time around. They delivered in 6 days and set it up very quickly and well, It looks fantastic. I love my new bedroom set! I will always buy from AFW because of the cost of their goods and customer service.
Take your business elsewhere.I ordered a 3 piece sectional couch with a right side chaise. Installers came in time and did not fit the 3 seat left sectional. Instead of telling me the couch will not fit through the door of where I wanted thecouch, they made a large hole in my wall and made small tears on my couch, as well as scratched the ceiling.The only thing they documented was the damage they did to my wall but they also ripped out the rubber sealing of my front door, which was not documented. Frustrated, but this was the only couch I liked from the entire store. I was informed by the movers that they would not get paid since they could not install the couch so I kept the two smaller sectional pieces and kept the larger pieces and thought of how I could possibly fit it through.I started to wonder if they had a smaller version of the sectional and proceeded to call customer service. A lady named Ashley answered my question and informed me that my options were to return, exchange for another couch, or replace the sectional with a left side chaise. Since the right side chaise fit, I thought it was a good idea to get the left side chaise instead of the bigger sectional that did not fit. Ashley informed me that the earliest date of arrival of exchange would be Tuesday or I could pick it up at the return section of the store.Rented a truck and drove 30 minutes for them to deny this claim even though I was promised. The store manager gave excuses about not having enough employees instead of blaming their faulty policy and terrible communication between different franchises. In the end, instead of having a nice new couch, I gained a hole in my wall, scratches in my ceiling, a broken front door, and a giant sectional couch in my kitchen until next week. They also won’t refund the delivery fee.

Gabe is the best salesman we have ever dealt with! We just moved across the country and are purchasing all new furniture and he has made everything so easy for us. We needed our bed to be delivered first so that we would have something to sleep on of course and he pulled strings to arrange for a special delivery. We are so thankful to Gabe for making sure we were comfortable on our first night in our new home!
Been using them for over a decade. Customer service at every level is fantastic. They are fast easy going and I never feel pressured. Their warranty service while frequently necessary is top notch. If its during the warranty period they fix it no questions. Prices are also truly unbeatable. Nothing at all pulling me to another store. They are in a class all their own!
My husband and I purchased a dining room set in September in order to have it to host Thanksgiving this year. We specifically purchased a set that was in stock, so we would be able to have it in time. Our sales rep said it could be to us as early as a week or two.The delivery guys showed up this weekend to deliver it, they began bringing in the chairs and then told us that the table had been back-ordered. How does a table go from in stock to magically back-ordered? I called to get more information and found out that it wont be here until mid-December at the earliest.No one called or emailed us to tell us of this mysterious change in the entire month we were waiting for the delivery- and someone clearly messed up. The manager couldnt explain anything, but did say they would wave the re-stocking fee for us. How kind...So incredibly unprofessional, will DEFINITELY never be buying anything from this place again. I highly recommend others do the same!
They are a little down on supply right now but the have the best prices in town and always super nice when I come in to buy!
We have bought quite a few pieces from from AFW over the years. We keep going back cause the quality is good and the customer service is good. Today did not disappoint! Delivery guys were ever so careful when they brought our new power love seat in.
Thank goodness for such a wonderful experience finally with a furniture store. They ask how you are doing but don’t push you to buy furniture. It was relaxing and easy to find what we were looking for. Thank you to Destiny Silva for helping us with all our new furniture. Also the men who delivered were so easy to communicate with where we wanted the new furniture. They were very kind as well. I highly recommend this store with any furniture purchases!
These people are a SCAM. We purchased a couch that had a pullout mattress. The description and the sales representative Eric Moore stated it will come with a memory form mattress. It did not come with a memory form. It came with a cheap mattress. They rescheduled to bring the right one. The delivery drivers even stated it was not a memory form mattress. Yet the dispatcher said it’s the right one. These people are a SCAM! Don’t shop here. So we are telling all our neighbors, friends, and people that are in the military this place is a lie. Don’t get caught up in their pitch of “having the best prices.” It’s because they are deceiving. I have a lot more awful things to say but it will be posted on Yelp!
We moved from Los Angeles to Colorado Springs on Friday. We called up American Furniture Warehouse a month before and spoke with Sierra. She took our internet order of furniture and told us to come see her in person for zero percent financing for 12 months. When we walked into the store everyone was really friendly, big smiles and very good vibes. But Sierra took it a step further and made us feel extra welcomed. She went thru the entire order (over 12k) and showed us each and every piece of furniture. We made some changes and also added to our order. Sierra was very knowledgeable and patient with us, the credit was approved within minutes and we were on our way ! Today is Wednesday and we went back for more! Amazing experience! Thank you Sierra !

Before even moving to COS I was excited to visit this store.Moving into a new house we redid the basement to be a small home theater. I was scouring the web for theater seats and actually bought some that had good reviews but I was honestly hesitant.I happen to come here a few days after just to browse and WOW was I impressed by their overall selection!Huge store, so many items! Associates all over to help with whatever you may need.Then I stumbled upon this gorgeous reclining couch! It was not individual theater seats like I had purchased online but it was even better! Powered recliners for legs and headrest, reading lights, large cup holder with lighting that accent the blue led under light. And the price was a steal. I literally called the other place I had just purchased couches and asked to cancel.The best part about buying these, ZERO backorder. And with the insanity of the supply chain mess I was shocked to know they had it in stock and available for delivery the next week.And oh btw only $60 for delivery and setup? Also a steal!Love this place!
Eric Pennington was my salesperson and he did an absolutely great job helping me find exactly what I needed and was very friendly and knowledgable about the products. Eric helped me to find the right love seat, recliner, coffee table, lamp and living rug to fit me and my home. I will definitely be going back to American Furniture Warehouse for all my furniture needs for the rest of my life and I will for sure be asking for Eric as well. My bf and I came here to exchange our couches for different ones and the process was so easy and worry free. Destiny Silva was the one who helped us that day and she was so sweet! The lady that helped us the first time we ordered our couches was super helpful too!This is review is solely based on customer service. We have yet to get our delivery.
There is no way I would shop here again.We just moved to Colorado and sold a majority of our furniture back in Hawaii. First thing we did when we arrived was went furniture shopping back in May. We liked AFW because of their selection. We bought a loft bed, computer chair, loveseat, sectional couch and entertainment center with two piers. When we bought the furniture, the salesman said the loveseat and sectional were on back order about 3 weeks out. So delivery of those would be mid-late June. All the other products would be early to mid June.Fast forward to mid June. We received our loft bed (no issues). Computer chair (no issues) entertainment center (one of the piers was broke.) We called and they offered a replacement. Couple days later (mid June) we received the replacement but with broken pegs for the shelves. I called and was told they would ship a new peg. During that phone call I asked about the progress of our couches. Was told it was pushed back to mid July.A week later we received the peg for the shelf. It was the wrong peg. So I called again to order the correct one. Again I asked any update on couches. I was told the love seat would arrive in a couple days and they had 2 out of 7 pieces of the sectional. The rest is now pushed back to end of July. A couple days later we received the loveseat (no issues) and two sectional pieces. The first night, one of the sectional pieces broke. The frame is made of particle board and snapped. Our recliner part of the sectional broke the next day. I called customer support and they stated the couch should not be made with that material. We sent a picture and she confirmed particle board. She also informed us that the rest of the sectional is now scheduled to deliver mid August and the two pieces that need replaced are late August.I normally would not care if I was single. But having lawn chairs in the living room with a wife and two kids for 2+ months is ridiculous, especially given the fact that we were given a 3 week time frame.To be clear, with the pandemic I understand manufacturing and shipping might be delayed. But pass that on to the customer at time of purchase. Estimated delivery of 3 weeks and actual delivery being 2-3 months is not right. My opinion is they know it was going to take that long, but wouldnt be able to make a sale if they gave that time frame.Also showing furniture made of one material then delivering furniture made of a cheaper material is just immoral.

Looked to purchase sofa and recliner. Called store to verify they could delivery 3 days later on Friday as that was the day my son was moving in. Was told not a problem. Ordered online selected Friday delivery not a problem, get a call the next day that it would be delivered the next week. Both repsI spoke to we’re extremely rude and totally unknowledgeable. Asked to speak to a supervisor but apparently they don t have those eitherI was told. After a total 37 minutes on hold, no help and rude responses I cancelled the order.Now I’m told I get to wait 5-7 business days for a refund even though they immediately removed it from my account. Beware of this shady store! Shop elsewhere!
I had a dining room set delivered by Rafael and Everardo this morning and they were amazing. They were so helpful and polite in showing us how the leaf in our table worked. I will be using this store and delivery service again!
Came in for a couch, found one and was told there were only a few left. We walked around and went to the check out to ask what the requirements were for putting a deposit on the pieces we wanted. We did this to ensure the whole couch would be delivered on our move in date which was a couple of weeks away. The customer service representative flagged Gabe over who was busy texting off to the side and was not too thrilled to help us. He pulled us over to a different computer to arrange the couch pieces to match our living room and finish the deposit with us. Delivery day arrives and we were given 60% of our couch and was told by the delivery guys, who verbally announce they hated their jobs, they told us that the sales associate should have told us the other portion of the couch was on back order. We are a week after delivery and our couch is set to arrive in 2 weeks. So frustrating. Gabe sucks at his job. The whole American Furniture experience for us was not the best.
A 3 is warranted as I was there by myself for 2 hours, the only employees that inter acted with me were the door greeters. I went to every section of the store, tried different mattresses and office chairs. I was there to spend money, but they didnt get any. Ill go back as I found a few things of interest. I would like to increase their stat count. We will see.
Majority of my house is furnished from American Furniture Warehouse. They have the best pricing in town. Nice show room. Great delivery service.
Not too bad. Clean, simple, and easily navigated. Wish they had more options and what I wanted available. They did get it all quickly and worked with me. Everyone was friendly. Efficient. All in all good service.
Horrible customer service, we have purchased there many times before.There is supposed to be a one year warranty and they will not honor it (look at other reviews it seems to be a pattern) in less than 6 mo. the die came off the leather headrest and on the seat the first layer began to flake.The tech came out and said he has seen this before, on older leather. Customer service will not repair or replace it ...this is clearly poor product quality if it wont stand up to normal wear and use in 6 mo.They seem to only be interested in pushing furniture out the door. So we will no longer be spending our money there or Ashley furniture (the maker)Buyer be ware.
Delivery people and store personnel are incredible. i had a great time shopping for and selecting my furniture. I also Got my furniture on time, and loved the sales people who helped me find it. I want to give five stars but the quality is just not worth the price. Dont get me wrong, I LIKE my couch, but Im starting to understand that at AFW, what you pay for is really the in store service and wide selection, not the quality of the product.
Terrible logistics. Bought a couch and love seat months ago. Got the love seat right away. Got the couch months later. Since they were apparently made and shipped at different times, they are different colors although from the same set. I was told there would be a couple weeks delay. NOT MONTHS.

I will NEVER do business with these people again. I have been a customer for over a decade and last year I was the LONGEST person to wait to receive my couches that took almost an entire YEAR to get which was not the wait they told me. This year I ordered another set of couches that didnt fit with the initial measurements and instead of taking the couches and allowing me to choose another set they told me they will charge me $200 re-stocking fee. Did I mention there was a huge rip in the couch also?😐 We called management and they REFUSED to work with us. I am beyond disappointed with this company. This is not the way a business should be conducted. Shame on you AFW. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
We purchased the Italian Leather sofa and loveseat at our local COS store in April. We fell in love with it immediately. It is very comfortable and fit nicely in our home. After 4 months we noticed our cushions were sinking in the middle. Mind you, these are the cushions we usually sit on, your favorite spot. (We are not overweight by any means.) AFW came out to assess the cushions and said it was normal wear and tear and were not covered under the one year warranty. We were given the cost to repair them. My advice to anyone who buys this set dont always sit in the same spot. Otherwise they will not wear properly.
I feel like this place has an unbeatable selection. The quality lasts as long as the cost on some items.Be wary of being delivered floor models. Im pretty sure the recliner we ordered was the exact one we sat on the day prior.
Don’t let them talk you into financing threw there people it’s an absolute scam my wife got our furniture and decided to finance to help build her credit and we’re stuck in a contract paying almost 4 times the amount she thought she was paying.and the guy helping her do the sign up definitely made sure she didn’t catch on to it.I’m currently looking into any legal actions we can take to help get us out of this situation so 12/10 do not recommend there financing option!!!
Ive used AFW over the years - they typically have good quality furniture at reasonable prices. This time I bought a couch, which 2 separate sales people helped me with. The process from beginning to end was great. Good customer service, prompt and friendly, answered all my questions, no high pressure sales, delivery showed up on time, and the furniture was in good condition when it arrived. I even got the custom pillows I ordered ahead of my couch though I was told it can take a month or two to get those. Very pleased with the experience and will continue to use them in the future!
Like a toy store for adults. Take all my money. Best furniture selection in town and great decor selection as well with prices comparable to Walmart.
Delivered wrong bookcase (black instead of espresso). I guess it’s partly my fault for not paying attention at the time. Nonetheless, automated directory was nightmare. Nobody in the store could help me. Had to go through corporate myself and I’m waiting for a call back. I miss the days of getting service directly from the store I purchased from. Basically, it feels like this is my problem now, not theirs.
Terrible company. We are still awaiting a thousand dollar couch that we paid for almost half a year ago. They are quick to take your money by selling product they dont have. Will be reporting to BBB.

Ordered my sons bunk bed from here. The sales rep Kim was very helpful! I chose the option to have delivery and installation done and was so glad that I did the two guys that delivered my sons bunk bed put it together and rapid time and they were both very friendly! Even though my sons bed was on back order they stayed in contact with me to let me know when it was in stock again and when it would be delivered. I love that they have the option to track the truck that your delivery comes on so you can prepare the space for when the delivery guys get there. Both of them wore a mask too!
Sure the store has a large selection and the salesperson is very accommodating but first impressions are very deceiving. My daughter and I purchased a sectional in April 2021. We had delivery on the 2 chaise lounges and waited for the 2 chairs which we received in June. The plastic connector clip was broken on 1 chaise and the other chaise had pulls in the material. We never received any call, text or email on either delivery. We called to find out the information. They try to deliver 2 hours earlier than scheduled and when you refuse an early delivery you’re met with an attitude. 1 chaise had pulls in the material( which the customer solution manager said she would send a tech out to cut them off) so the thread could continue to separate and cause a hole. This isn’t a solution. The other had a broken plastic connector. The tech came here to fix it with a metal connector. This sectional changes configuration and plastic to metal is not going to hold up. I refused the replacement of the metal clip. The tech called his manager who accused me of being intimidating to the tech because I wanted it done correctly.So I was told they would replace all connectors with metal ones because they don’t have plastic and the chaise with the pulls will be exchanged. Today was the scheduled exchange and the driver wanted to come 2 hours earlier than the timeframe. He was insisting and my daughter called the store. When they arrived they had a major attitude. The guy yanked off the wreath on the door and when I asked him not to remove anything himself to let me know and I would move it he became very sarcastic. He said would you like it broken then and my response was I could do without your sarcasm. He said okay and left. I called the store and spoke to yet another customer solution manager who said if I want the chaise exchanged I have to bring it to the store.This business clearly doesn’t care about the customer only the money. They don’t understand the meaning of customer satisfaction!
We have now purchased two mattresses from AFW and both store clerks were super nice and not pushy at all. The prices are good and very competitive with other furniture stores and even the online stores. We had them deliver it to us in Woodland Park and the gentlemen were just that, very nice and efficient in setting up the mattress on our bed frames.
Our experience inside the store was fantastic. The sales representatives were great to interact with and were very friendly. Our delivery was professional and fast. Nothing but good things to say about American Furniture Warehouse!!
Many of us are aware of the supply chain issues and long lead times for furniture. I understand no one in the company can do much about that at all. What frustrates me is I was originally told I had a 3 week wait on delivery and shipment for my furniture order. This has now been pushed back into the forth month. Not once have I been called to have been notified of any changes! I have called every single week since my intended delivery date and, without fail, the company fails to communicate to its customers, every single week. I have even asked for a weekly update at this point and have still gotten no response. I had talked with an employee over the phone and she was snotty and became defensive in response to my concerns about poor communication. Not someone nor something you want in your sales department!! AFW has the most unprofessional and unpleasant staff Ive had to deal with ever!

My boyfriend and I had purchased a couch from Furniture Row in Colorado Springs in March and were told it would be here in April. It got pushed back to June and then to July, and no one bothered to call us about it. We went to American Furniture Warehouse to see if we could find something similar that could get here sooner. We were blown away by their selection and the prices. We found a similar sectional and canceled our order at Furniture Row. We worked with Robert W. at AFW and he was awesome! He was super nice and helped us through the whole process. He took the time to explain every detail and made sure our questions were answered. He even told us what to do if something wasnt right with the couch and we could tell they really value taking care of their customers. We got our couch five days after we ordered it and love it! Delivery crew was great and very fast. Highly recommend AFW.

We had a really big order and it went very smoothly from the ordering process to the delivery! Kemper was an awesome salesman and he would call and give us weekly updates and he checked on all of our out of stock items regularly and managed to get the majority of the pieces before our delivery! The delivery gentleman were super friendly and made sure all of our furniture was where we wanted it!
Colorado Springs premier place if you are shopping for good furnishings at competitive prices. I lived in Colorado Springs for three years and never entered American Furniture Warehouse (AFW) but once I did, I have not stopped shopping there for my furniture. I have spent over 3k in the past 6 months and there seems to be something that I like everytime I go. Check them out, you wont be disappointed.
The Colorado Springs store is very convenient and well stocked with furniture for the entire house.Amanda Rollins is an amazing sales associate and was very helpful furnishing an entire home. Her attention to detail about my desires and took consideration of furnishing that would be tasteful and more importantly fit my size. At 6’8” she was helpful to steer me away from items that would be uncomfortable.As promised my entire order was scheduled in a very short window of time and AFW was able to meet this tight timeline.Extremely happy with the professionalism that Amanda showed all the while keeping me informed every step of the way and under budget.
Bought a mattress 4 years ago and the mattress was deemed defective by a employee of the mattress company and we received a refund . We took that refund and bought another mattress from AFW. Two weeks later, our bedroom set is being delivered (the one we bought from AFW) and the delivery guy takes the defective mattress to the truck and he says, Im sorry but I noted that the mattress has a tear and a stain so we cant take the mattress now. The mattress warranty is now void because of the tear and stain. I responded by telling the delivery guy that, that makes no sense, it has already been deemed defective and it should be removed from our house . He says sorry and brings the defective mattress back in my house.i am livid at this point. So, we now owe $1000 on the new mattress that we bought from AFW with the refunded money. I have bought so many items from AFW and I will but no more. They have lost my business with this tom foolery. How and the heck can a guy deem something a refund and then take it back. Crazy! Do not do business with this company!!

I love being able to see the items in store but able to purchase items that have not been used, sat in, etc. The delivery men have always been really professional and careful with my new furniture and my house. Have purchased over $2,000 of furniture in the last 2 years everything has been great. Purchased two adjustable beds for the wife and myself. Had knee surgery and have been stuck in bed for almost 2 months recovering. Now have a hole in my memory mattress where it has collapsed from laying in bed. They sent a guy out to look at it. Took measurements and pictures. Said he would have to send them to Denver and they would look at it and let me know in a day or two. Been a week. Called and now they said it could take a month or longer look at it and make a decision. In the meantime I have to sleep in a hole and try to get out of it every time I have to get up. Also have a brace on my leg. Have not bent my leg in 2 months. Think I will just go get another mattress from someone else. Not happy with your customer service.
Bought a dining table and when delivered the table had issues, delivery guys took it back two weeks later another/same table was delivered and the side corner was peeling off delivery guy wasn’t happy because he had to un assembly the table and load again with 8 chairs he was rude and got mad when I said I don’t want a table that has issues he mention I could get a discount ahhh NO it’s brand new table why would I want to keep that? Very unhappy we have bought our furniture there all the time with no problem.

Our experience with AFW has unfortunately been very disappointing. I don’t ever write reviews but after 4 phone calls with customer service and 3 months worth of text messages with our sales rep, we still have not had any resolution to our issue. We purchased our furniture in April which included a kitchen table with chairs, a sectional, ottoman, bench, accent chair, a whole bedroom set, and other decor to fill our new, still empty, house and we still have not received one item (it is now end of July). The center piece of the couch is still on back order until end of September and AFW is unwilling to deliver the rest of our order until then. We spent over $5,000, paid a $500 delivery fee, but are told they cannot deliver to us until the last piece is filled! They rather me cancel the $5,000+ order than make an extra delivery to us. I realize we live out of state, but the least they can do is deliver everything except the one missing piece so we can enjoy our new home. As if that isn’t frustrating enough, after 3 months we were just told yesterday that now one more piece of our bedroom set is now on back order which will delay this delivery even more. And lastly, the customer service rep was extremely rude to me over the phone. Extremely disappointed with the service we received.
This is a very large furniture store. After entering the store, I met a very knowledgeable sales person. She showed me all of the recliners. Im looking for a power recliner, and found a very comfortable one that even has a lift function.I googled the chair company and found that American Furniture was indeed about $400 below list.
This policy of the company and the attitude of the manager Ron at the Colorado Springs store is the reason for the low rating. I have purchased items from the store before with no issues until now.The policy Im talking about is the minimum of $300 purchase to use their financing option. I qualify for far more then that and I wanted to purchase a barstool that is part of a set that Im in the process of getting. I ordered it to be delivered to the store and when I went to pick it up I was told about the policy. Nowhere in the store as far as I saw was there any signs implying that and if you go to the website it says if youd like the special promotional rate you must spend the $300. I could care less about 0 percent I just want the barstool.When I spoke to Ron he had a very dismissive attitude and said we need to make money this is definitely not what a manager at any business should ever say. When I first was told by the representative who was helping me she said it was Wells Fargo that was to blame for the policy. I heard that from several other people also. I called Wells Fargo and they said they have no such policy.I called corporate to see if the policy was correct and to report Ron for has attitude and extremely poor customer service. They said they would talk to Ron but the policy was correct. Had to do with the fees they would have to pay. I dont know what those fees would be but this is a multi state multimillion dollar company with their amount of business that goes through the doors every year I wouldnt imagine the fees would be that much and if they are maybe they need someone else doing the negotiating on there behalf. I know if I go to a convince store Im not turned away if I only spend 50 cents and charge it and Im sure they get charged a fee for me doing so.I guess what is most disturbing is that nobody I talked to even tried to help me out. O mentioned that even if I purchased two barstools it would only come out to $276.99. Not once did someone say hey sorry for the confusion if you are willing to get the two well allow it this time but in the future please remember our policy. No matter who I spoke with it was always the same thing its our policy.So be it I shouldnt have to work so hard to give my money away. Guess I spend a bit more but its well worth it then give it to a company that doesnt care.
Bought an awesome convertible sectional, it’s really awesome. Delivery was only a few days from purchase. The drivers contacted us first thing in the am to let us know they would be early! They came quickly and set up just as quick. They made sure I had it exactly how I wanted before leaving. 10/10 excellent all the way around.

Purchased thousands of dollars in furniture in January. Sales staff were helpful during the process but it all ends then. Delivery delays are far worse than they tell you during the sale. Keep getting phone calls stating the manufacturer is backlogged new deliver date two to three weeks later followed by another phone call with the same information. Today I spoke with the sales person who told me if I’m unsatisfied she will be happy to cancel my order. I have called and requested to speak to the stores general manager and sat on hold with an expected wait of 20 minutes. Absolutely worst customer service. Sales people don’t care more than getting the sale. After that do not expect any responsibility or accountability from them. Everything is the manufactures fault. Plan on waiting 6 months to a year to get all your furniture if you order sets like we did.
Great place with tons of selection. So nice to see and touch the furniture as. Who buys a couch sight unseen? No thanks. Prices are tall but you get what you pay for. And even though items are on sale, they arent really in my opinion. But so many ideas to help you find the right piece for your setup. Friendly staff too who didnt bother us as we wandered the store. Worth a stop during your home furniture search.

We checked all the local places - we looked at amazon and Wayfair - it really is true, the prices here were the best. Our sales rep was also very helpful (which we wouldn’t have online).And, much to our surprise, their Cafe has incredible food! Our family is BLT aficionados and I have to say, the BLT we had here was one of the best I’ve had!Great experience and we would recommend to anyone.
They shouldnt racial profile people I swear I was walking around for nearly an hour asking back to back for someone to help me witch some workers said thats someone would be there shortly I was ready to purchase cash ready but for some reason people would just take a look at me and my wife and simply walk away doing little useless stuff now im think if they really deserve my business or not
It was very busy but the staff was very friendly and they had a lot of great choices for a couch we were looking for. They were having some great sales too. We will definitely go back if we need to purchase any more furniture.

This is the second time I have got something from American Furniture Warehouse and they are great first time was sofa’s that recline and cup holders in it for my theater room they sat it up make sure everything was were I wanted it and everything was working right. They are very kind and courteous and you don’t have to wait a long time for delivery. The second time we got a bed got it in less then 5 days they sat it up and again very kind and courteous. Thank you.
Sales person was very helpful. The quality of the product was good at a reasonable price. However, the people at the pickup door were rude and seemed to have no time toward being careful with the loading of the furniture. They even broke a piece on one of the bookcases which we discovered after we took all the packing off at home. We had to repair the piece by getting replacement wood at the hardware store. It will be awhile before we use AFW again.

Sold me a floor model glass top desk. wrapped it. took it home, unwrapped it and it totally collapsed almost on my 18 month old son. gave me a refund but nothing else. Spoke to unapologetic ROGER. Im never shopping here again.

This place is amazing. The people are very friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and they will give you money back if you find it lower. Im watching. Quick delivery and very accommodating. Delivery guys where early, friendly, and knowledgeable about my furniture, they gave me tips on how to best put stuff together and how it was boxed so I didnt break something.i opted for drop off not full service. ThanksThe customer service is good, they great you with open arms and smiles.. they dont swarm you and start their scripts. They dont hover and they tell it like it is for deals and pricing. We bought 2 matching reclining lift chairs i approximately August of 2020. The 1st chair the padding was badly broken down within 3 months.The 2nd chair started leaving wood particles on the floor within about 6 weeks. When I called AFW in January I learned we had a 5yr warranty. This was not in any of the paperwork we received. (A pleasant surprise.)When they came to look at them in early March they said the chairs are unsafe do not use them. It is now August 13, 2021. They still cant get the parts to repair the chairs, AFW has finally agreed to replace the chairs. The new chairs will be here om August 20th, we hope.I have MS and my wife is a stroke survivor. We have been using outdoor patio chairs since March. NOT HAPPY, I understand the pandemic shortages, what I dont understand is why this has taken almost 6 months to resolve.
First experience here was good. Bought my entire bedroom set with very little pain.Second experience was horrible. I was told there was only the floor model in stock, but I could have it, which was great. However, it was followed up with absolutely zero customer service. I was told I would have to disassemble the floor model myself, and I would have to do it in the parking lot.Great furniture, terrible service.
We are very happy with our couch purchase. The sales rep was awesome; as were the delivery team. It was a great experience working with AFW.
I wait over 5 months for a chair was told it would take 4-6 weeks which was fine told delivery was taken careOf to have them contact me and say no u have to pay 60 to have delivered on Monday which fine I did- I took of work to have no one show to find out oh they sent it to Denver but now I have to wait another week - I will NEVER shop in this store again to having an associate Jose show up at the house to lie
Unbeatable selection with very hit and miss, commissioned employees. The first employee had zero energy or enthusiasm, and lost a sale. The second, Lana, was absolutely wonderful and very deserving of the sale. Dont waste your time with a bad employee, and find someone who is willing to work and earn a sale.
Had the opportunity to shop at this location. Loved the furniture. I had a problem with one of the delivery teams breaking one of the couches but when we called to address the concerned. They offered to deliver a new one and based on the hassel free service we upgraded the end tables and coffee tables and spent another grand because of how easy it was to work with the staff... love this place! I will visit again when we upgrade our bed room set. Great service. No hassel resolution service... They have earned my business and my future business.
Horrible store. Awful, bottom of the barrel customer service. They have screwed us over time and time again on our order. We’ve waited 6 months for our couch due to it being on backorder, which is fine, but we waited for months without any communication from our sales rep or anyone from AFW. Once we were finally able to reach someone, they scheduled the date for the couch to be delivered. They delivered the wrong couch, yet blamed us for it. I asked them if they could help me move my old couches downstairs as my girlfriend is only 100 pounds. They said they wanted me to pay them in cash up front to help me move my furniture. After I said no thanks, they completely ignored me, and stepped around my girlfriend who was struggling to lift the large couch. Once I realized they delivered the wrong items, I told them to take it out of my house as I didn’t want the wrong order, and they took half of the couch and proceeded to get in the truck and DRIVE OFF. We called AWF to figure what the heck happened and they blamed us for that too! How could that possibly be our fault? They absolutely refuse to take any responsibility for anything. Now we have to wait another week for them to come pick up a part of a sectional until we can get a refund. All they do is point fingers at customers and vendors. Will never, ever be buying anything from this place again. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Fantastic service and a good company to do business with.1) The prices are quite reasonable. They have a range of options from very cheap to more expensive so you can find what you are looking for. On the cheaper side you can get a fully assembled and delivered piece of furniture for about IKEA prices. A really good deal all in all.2) Delivery is something like 70 dollars all told for an order delivered to the springs. Now for one cheap item that seems a bit much but if you get a whole room of furniture the delivery fee is for all the pieces. So it’s very reasonable, I would say inexpensive, for fully assembled delivery on a truck and the delivery people hauling it up stairs and so forth.3) The customer service experience is really top notch. The show floor has plenty of people ready to help out. You don’t have to walk but 10 feet before you see an employee in a red shirt who can help you out. In an age where “discount” prices means barely functional skeleton crews like what you find at Walmart it’s refreshing to have so many employees who can help you with anything you need.4) You can actually call the store directly and reach someone working there in the store. You aren’t rerouted to a call center in Georgia or India where they will leave a message, you can actually call and ask for your salesperson if you have any issues with the order or anything else. Really good customer service.Whoever is running AFW is doing a great job, staffing levels are great, selection is wide, and the actual quality of the furniture pieces is really impressive for the price, far better than the IKEA or other flat pack options in a similar price category. I have no reason whatsoever to not buy all my furniture from this store.

Horrible experience. 12 year old daughter really liked a bed, and we ordered a in stock bed on 03/09, with delivery date of 03/31. Order number 549345103. Since then every once month I get a call, saying that the back order item has been unfortunately delayed. From March, this delay has happened to April, May, June, and now the latest estimate is September.And there is no recourse, the only thing AFW offers is cancel the order and order something else. AND they cannot guarantee that we shall get the bed even the September. Its hard to break a 12 year olds hard, but I am trying to counsel my daughter that her favourite bed would probably never come :-(
I purchased a chaise sofa on Saturday, and it was delivered today. The sales lady at the store was so nice, no pressure, and didn’t talk to me like a “number”. They delivered earlier than expected, however I was ok with that since I was home. The delivery guys were respectful, wore masks, and took care with my item and my home. Overall, great experience and definitely will return for future purchases.
