Fairly quick service. Price is fairly high considering the work is rushed. I asked about resetting the indicator that I needed the service, I just received… it was not done. Colder weather means the tire pressure light is going to be active, asked about putting a little air to which they claimed to have already done. Won’t return but staff is friendly.

I went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed. They were all super polite and nice. The woman who helped me was more informative and straightforward than any other mechanic I’ve ever been to.

First the entire team was genuine and had great energy. James B, Ryan J and Christian D were all genuine and you could feel it. Upon arrival I was informed of possible issues. The team leader Joseph V went above and beyond. This young man is 23 years old and is the definition of what any company would be lucky to hold on to for 20 years. I believe that if Jiffy Lube wants to not only keep customers but grow their business and set a new standard, he should be moving up into district or regional. I meet a lot of people and Joseph sets a new standard in professionalism and leadership. You don’t find people like this all the time. He sets a standard that should be company wide. I’m saying this because of issues I’ve had at Jiffy Lube in the past. People like Joseph have the ability to bring customers back for life. Best customer service Ive seen in any industry in a long time.

I had a broken part in the oil filter and they went to auto parts store got a new one. 7 cars in front of me and still only 90 minutes with repair! They told me about possible future services they could do when needed! All employees were polite and knowledgeable! Will use them again!

Gene is a man of integrity who does the right thing when no one is watching. While servicing our vehicle and checking the air filter, a tiny clip broke off. Without being asked Gene ordered us a new one and installed it today. Excellent service combined with high integrity is what we need more of. Promote this man immediately to positions of greater responsibility!

I took my car in to get the serpentine belt replaced, on recommendation from the dealer, but after inspecting it, the employees at Jiffy Lube told me it was still in good shape and didnt need replacement yet. I appreciate how upfront and real they were with me. I also told them I planned to replace my cabin air filter by myself, and they were kind enough to show me how to do it. Will definitely be returning when my serpentine belt does need to be replaced and for any other services my car requires!

When going in to get my brake fluid changed, the staff notified me that the whole process would only take around 20 minutes (it took around 1 hour and 30 minutes). While it did take them more that 20 minutes to attempt the process, there were many other problems that occurred. After the tires were removed off the car, the mechanics couldn’t seem to find the bleed valves. At this point the mechanic could have confronted me about the situation but instead they decided to waste my time and tried removing the brake fluid through the master cylinder. After completing this, the mechanics approached me and told me the brake fluid had been changed. As we inspected the car, I asked the mechanic why they extracted the old fluid through the master cylinder and they couldn’t answer my question and instead offered not to charge me for the brake fluid change. While I’m glad that they did not charge me for the service, I think that it was very unprofessional of the mechanics to not approach me about the situation. After all, BRAKES are very important and you cannot and should not be careless when doing this service. The mechanic also failed to notify me that the situation would take longer than 20 minutes, so I just sat and waited for an hour.

They do a good job and are very polite there. They are pricy but I always ask for coupons so that helps. Very convenient location for me

Dont go here. Inexperienced staff. There are so many places to go that are cheaper and actually know what theyre doing. I went in for a $50 oil change and a week later I was $500 deep and without my car for a week. Im definitely seeking legal help and help from the BBB.

I tried 2 other jiffy lines in town that treated me like an annoyance and didn’t help me. This one had a great staff that kept me in the loop on what was happening, my options and were extremely friendly and fast. Highly recommend using them.

The crew was amazing! They let me stay inside the vehicle during the service and that was really convenient since I had the kids with me, I even got to stay in the car when I paid, they took care of it all. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

I use Jiffy Lube for oil changes and tire rotations. Never had any problems with them. The employees are fast and professional.

The service performed was excellent. However, the wait time was longer then usual.

We had our oil changed, which they did a fine job. They replaced our drain plug at no charge that was damaged during our previous oil change with Jiffy Lube. But, we requested 3 times to have our tires rotated which they did not do. Its almost like they ignored us because they didnt want to take the time to do it.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Did not push any unnecessary services. Service was quick and professional.

Jiffy lube is great for quick vehicle repairs. I use them primarily for the quick stuff like an oil change or replacing lights and filters. No complaints from me! As always, its good to call ahead before going in just to make sure they have everything available to help with your maintenance.

Dont be fooled by the name.. nothing jiffy about this place. Nobody seems to work. Bay was open, they drove it in, and 1hr later, Im still waiting.

I’ve been to this location various times and never been disappointed. The car dealership in town for my make/model have been super un-accommodating when it comes to making an appointment for even the most basic of services so I will continue to frequent this location for my basic service needs. The wait times are about average for this type of business (approx. 45 min to an hour). If you think you are gonna get in and out under that you are dreaming so I wouldn’t come if you are in a time crunch. They do usually quote on the low side of time and then overshoot that by 10-20 minutes so just know that going in and don’t be a Karen about it. Kailyn (not sure that’s spelled correctly) is an all-star. She’s efficient, kind, and an all around girl boss! All I can say is keep up the good work!

There were a few things that you didnt carry but I really appreciate you checking my Beetles oil and filter. I have never thought of VW Beetles as exotic ars but getting them serviced around here is tricky.

The guys did a great job. They were fast and even cleaned the windows and vacuumed the floor. Topped everything off and took the time to show the fluid levels. Professional and kind. We will be using them for our fleet vehicles. Could not ask for better service.

I was greeted by young woman who from the get go talked about nothing but quitting and how she needed to go smoke. What was supposed to be a 45 minute to an hour process turned into 3 hours waiting for my truck to be serviced.

Broke the dampener arm in my glove box during the air filter inspection. Also, missed a latch on my engine air filter cover, so it started rattling a block down the street and I had to pull over and fix it.Also tried to sell me on new air filters when I replaced both of them a few months ago. While waiting, I watched them sell a girl next to me on new $50 air filters with the old this is the air that youre breathing through your cars vents, look how dirty it is technique. I wouldve said something had they not had direct and private access to my car at that point....Would avoid unless its your only option. Otherwise be super direct with what you want and what you dont want being done on your car. (E.g. only the oil, nothing else. No tires, no washer fluid, no air filters, etc.)

Honest mechanics! My wife and I have used this Jiffy Lube location for ten years. Service was always reasonably priced and fast, with no high pressure sales tactics, but two recent examples of stellar service bear mentioning.About a year ago I took my wifes car in for its annual oil change. Its not a daily driver and shed only put 1,000 miles on it since the last oil change. Rather than just take our money, the honest folks here told us our oil was clean and didnt need changed, and we were on our merry way. Nice!Today, I took her car in to get a dead battery replaced. I knew we had gotten the battery replaced here two years ago, so I returned to the location out of habit. I caught them at an off-peak time and they had the battery replaced in 15 minutes flat. But heres the kicker: as they signaled for me to pull out of the garage, I asked what I owed them. They told me the battery was still under warranty- a five year warranty, in fact! I had no idea, but once again the honest mechanics at this location passed on a chance to take our money. This level of honesty will keep us bringing our vehicles to this location for years to come!And a final note given the times we live in: all the staff were appropriately masked and I was allowed to remain in the vehicle throughout the service. Health and safety are important to me and my family, so I appreciated this level of commitment to public health.Cant recommend this location enough - keep up the great work, folks!

Without going into the details, I was lied to, by who I believe was the mgr. And please dont bother responding. Its the same standard reply to every negative review. Ive lost all confidence and trust in Jiffy Lube.

Everyone was very nice and I experienced great customer service! I had confidence in the quality of the oil change because of the communication with me and between themselves. I think the Jiffy Lube I went to has a great team!

They told someone close to me they would do differential fluid change for 99. A great deal. Then they later recanted the need for it stating that the vehicle doesnt need it because it is RWD. All vehicles have differentials and should be serviced every 30k to 60k miles for fluid change. Not sure whats going on there, use at your own risk. Good luck!

Didnt have options other than conventional oil, didnt do certain services on Sundays. Prices seemed higher even with a Groupon discount smh. Wait til Monday and go to a different location if possible....just my opinion

All female staff, that was rather unique. Great communication and service, my only hang up was they were convinced I needed a full synthetic 0-20 which we all know good ol 10W-40 will still lubricant your metal on metal parts.

This was my first service at any Jiffy Lube but I can assure you it won’t be my last. They were informative, professional and thorough (even showing me the dip stick to prove the oil was changed). I believe in the honor system but I appreciated they went above and beyond to prove it.The price was fairly reasonable and customer service with a smile. (despite the mask) you can see a smile In the eyes.

I went in to get my coolant flushed and it cost $160. They came back in after 20 mins saying that the car was giving good pressure after it had been running for 10 minutes and if I had any issue to call them.On my way up Peterson I smelled something terrible and up my right side of my window was fluid. When I got home I called them and the tech came out and looked for what caused it and told me that I would need a whole new radiator because the connection part had blown off due to pressure build up. I called corporate and they sent it off the the district manager of the company who told me that because my car was having problems with the coolant that they were not going to fix my radiator. I was offered a refund but only if I took down the review. When I said I would update the review but not remove it he said I would have to take them to court for the money.

Very professional, fast and a good price

I called this location to schedule an oil change and O2 sensor to be changed out. I already bought a brand new O2 sensor and was told this specific location would install the part I had with no problem. I dropped off my vehicle the night before the service appt and filled out paperwork. The whole next day my car sat there bc the guy who checked me in the night before suddenly quit. Then I get my car back after the work was completed and drove 30 minutes back home & now the check engine light is back on throwing the same o2 code. And now they wont do anything about it when I was originally told this location wouldnt have a problem with the Bosch part I bought. Its just getting two different stories from the same place for me. & Having the check engine light on when we just installed a brand new part is & now they dont want to do anything about it is what rubs me the wrong way. Definitely will not be coming back here, it was out of my way in the first place. Thanks for nothing Matt!

Why can’t they check their inventory before draining the oil? I am the first customer of the day and overheard them talking about having to order my oil filter because they didn’t keep track of inventory. They weren’t even goin to tell me. I had to ask about it. All they had to do was check inventory and let me know they didn’t have all parts to fix my truck. They can’t even do they. Pretty pathetic.

Awesome experience for an oil change. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The oil change was over in under 30 minutes, which was the fastest I’ve ever experienced. I appreciated the inspection they gave me where they showed me that coolant was low and my air filter was dirty - especially considering I knew nothing about these two things. Definitely will be back for my next oil change.

I came in because my oil light was on. They said I was low on oil but did not need an oil change. They topped off my oil. Got in and out very quickly; minimal charge. Technicians were helpful and courteous.

This team is amazing! They spent time helping me figure out what a crazy noise was then I came back after a tire rotation and they made sure my tires were not just rotated but in the best place for their wear and upcoming weather. Thank you Max for having such a great team and you customer service is awesome!

I’ll most definitely be coming back to them ! i was there not even 20 minutes and they’re were already done. i originally came for an oil check but they still check EVERYTHING else to make sure nothing was wrong with my car so that was very appreciated.

I went here to have my headlight bulb replaced. The lady that took al my information after she had told me that yes they sell & replace bulbs, asked me if I had a problem being directed into the stall. She even told me the price. After I was directed into the stall they advised me to release my hood & they would get right to it. They had one other car in the garages in which they were finishing up on. One of the young men came quickly to my window & told me that didn’t do my type of car but he was there when the lady thAt originally told me they did. There were no signs stating that my type of car is excluded from service maintenance. They didn’t even try. I’m not the only person in Colorado with a Chevy Malibu, that’s why they didn’t turn me away after they took my information & gave me a price. Was it because I was a older woman by myself or was race involved in their decision? Only they know the answer to that question.

The people working there are very nice. I think they checked everything! They also changed my air filter . Will go there for all my cars! Also fast.

I am from out of town, many of the reviews are right. No oil change should be $80 but because I was from out of town, I wanted to be at a place where the staff was helpful and courteous, and I knew I would be treated well. Would I go there again? No. But the professionalism from the staff made it almost worth it.

When you think about Jiffy Lube you think about an oil change in no more than 30 minutes. I waited there for an hour and a half while cars that came after me were released from their shop. On top of that, they told me that my brakes were so bad that I was either going to kill myself in a car accident or kill somebody else. When I got a second opinion on this, it was found that there is nothing wrong with my brakes. Do not go here. They are terrible

Update: The General Manager, Max, promptly got in touch with me regarding this issue, confirmed the invoice number, and offered an agreeable solution with no questions asked. I added an additional star for the stand up response. Thank you for that. - 6/26/20I took my fleet truck in for an oil change at my bosss direction. The guys were all courteous and quick, but after I was informed that the oil change was complete, signed off on a company charge ticket and got back to the office, I noticed a few things that really bothered me. Guess I should have gone over it with a fine tooth comb before signing off.1. They replaced the air filter without bringing it up, or asking me. $38 upcharge.2. No vacuuming or window cleaning was performed as part of their signature service advertised. They were marked N/A (minor gripe)3. Theres a note that I was told the engine required synthetic oil, and that I insisted on conventional, so there was no warranty. This never happened. I was told the service weight of the oil, and given the option between conventional, blend, or full synthetic. I also looked in the owners manual, and synthetic is NOT required by the manufacturer.2 stars because the guys were nice, and the change was indeed performed, and quickly. You definitely wont be seeing me, or our fleet there from here on out, though.
