They seemed really nice and professional; I just couldnt afford what they were going to charge me for repairs. Then looking over the invoice of what repairs they were going to do...$400 involving flushing power steering fluid and replacing the power steering gear....my car doesnt have power steering. And they said I needed to replace my front tires....that I bought about 4 months ago and I only commute to work and home.Never again will I come here.
Outstanding customer service. Jason Bennett and Edward Montoya went above and beyond. Jason Bennett got me and my wife in the perfect car. Outstanding!
I went in as a walk-in client, to get my oil changed and they where terrific. The staff was kind and courteous had my car in and out. during the oil change, Charles checked out my car to let me know of any upcoming problems (such as my tires). I will definitely be back and recommend it.
Im from out of town, and chose this place due to the amazing reviews... and I must say, they lived up to their rating. Chris got me in and out in no time, and can safely head back home to Texas!
Love Rick he helped me out of a tight financial bind when my transmission weny out.
Absolutely not! This place completely took advantage of me. My blower motor went out the day before the years first big snowfall. Panicking, I called around and they were able to get me in right away. I brought the car in with my infant daughter, and they explained the diagnostic fees. I told him that I already knew exactly what was wrong but he said the shop needed to look for themselves. Literally 8 minutes later, he comes in the shop and tells me what the issue is... The same exact thing I told them. I mean, the vents arent blowing air, how many things could it be? I thought $102 for an 8 minute look was a bit much, but I can understand thats how they make their money. He gave me a print out of parts and labor which totaled $798. $798 FOR THE BLOWER MOTOR AND LABOR????? Woah. I dont know much about cars, but I did a little research and knew I was being WAY overcharged. After doing some research, I told him that $798 is unreasonable and I could not afford it. Magically, the price drops to $456. Again, still being overcharged. I work in Denver, the following day was going to be -8 with about 6 inches of snow and I have two small children to travel with. Im literally DESPERATE for heat and defrost. I agreed to get the job done. While hes ordering the part, Im not finding one over $100. I spoke to him again, explained that I do not understand why the price drops dramatically and why I was being charged so much. He was very short and rude. The only reason he gave me was the warranty difference. Seriously?? The difference between a 1 year warranty and 3 year warranty hikes the price up $450??? I could buy about 7 for that price.I paid and left the shop. The heater and defrost works, and I was relieved that I didnt have to take my babies in -8 weather with no heat or defrost.Moral of the story is this shop took complete advantage. They seen a desperate woman with an infant and seen an opportunity. I had a neighbor literally do everything they did in less than 30 minutes. I felt even more like an idiot.Diving away, I knew I had been ripped off and couldnt do anything but cry. 9 days until Christmas, with my sons play truck in the backseat (one of the only toys I could afford) and a portion of my rent money gone. Merry Christmas NAPA Automate; you crooks. I have posted in several local Facebook groups, have contacted the newspaper and will be emailing corporate in the morning. I hope the bad word of mouth forces you to close shop. You dont deserve to be in business.
Very good service and very professional.
