SI did an amazing job removing our existing counters and replacing with Granite. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. They worked with us on the specific layout and beautifully matched the material so the seam is almost invisible. The installation crew was meticulous beyond measure. They had a wide selection of granite to choose from and were also able to find an almost perfectly matching remnant for my bathroom. More especially, Chris Davis at Stone International is a must for anyone that values customer service, integrity, and diligent follow-up.At first, our entire kitchen counter renovation experience was overwhelming. Were very thorough with home projects and did everything possible to educate ourselves on the difference between granite and quartz, quality and types of stone, cost and value of each, level of effort to install, and project schedule. The more we researched, the more we found that different shops have different methods of scoping and pricing, and the more we felt we were well outside our knowledge of making the right choice. In some instances, we felt vendors werent being upfront and honest about their pricing, gouging us because of the COVID pandemic and taking advantage of our limited knowledge on countertop projects, it was discouraging and daunting, and we were all but ready to just give up and push it to another year.We took 2 months doing our due diligence with several other vendors before we found Chris. Our first phone call with him was an informative, no pressure, open conversation on everything we wanted. We immediately went in and saw him on the same day, and by the end of the meeting, we were certain that we would do business only with him. From start to finish, it took us less than a month from our first phone call and in-home measurement to full installation of our beautiful granite countertops. Truth be told, Chris did wonders in getting us an earlier installation date than originally planned, because he was attentive to the fact that our children were starting school within the month and we wanted to minimize disruption to their school and our professional schedules.Even though there were some challenges with finding the exact stone and style we wanted due to inventory (really all on us, since we were a bit indecisive to start), Chris went above and beyond to get us warehouse pictures of the stone options we selected, as well as other options available that fit our design palette. In the end, our final choice was available, but not in the style we wanted (leathered instead of polished). Chris immediately suggested an alternative that was an upgrade from our first choice, in the style we wanted, and readily available. It turned out to be better than what we selected; a testament to his ability as not just a vendor, but a consultant keen on and great at listening to what choosy, indecisive customers with limited market knowledge want. He took what we thought we wanted and translated it to what he knew we would love. He truly delivered beyond anything we could have imagined and continued to offer support well beyond standard to make us comfortable and confident with our decision to go with him and Stone International.Finally, in terms of price, Chris did everything to find us every discount that could be applied to our invoice. All in all, the value of our kitchen is now more than 3x the cost of the project. Our home appraisal was directly impacted by the project and stone upgrade; increasing in value significantly. Most importantly, Chris delivered full-service satisfaction and happiness. What makes a great company is not every job is perfect 100% of the time. This would be nice but that is not reality. A great company will take care of any issues in a timely manner and in the end make sure youre are happy. Kevin and Hailey are great to work with. All work was completed on time as scheduled. In the end it was important to Kevin and Hailey we were happy with the work. For this they get an A+. Keep up the great job, we would use you again.

We recently had granite counter tops installed in our kitchen with Stone International. I couldnt be happier! From the moment I came into the store Chris answered all of my questions and was totally honest with me. I love that I was able to pick out the exact stone slab that we wanted to use. Our kitchen remodel took longer than we anticipated due to some set backs with our cabinet install (my husband did that himself). Chris was able to work with us and find an opening for an earlier install date than we had originally scheduled. After being without a kitchen for over a month, I was more than grateful. The men who installed the counter top were punctual and worked quickly and carefully. My 3 year old was fascinated with the process and wanted to watch them work. Instead of being annoyed the men chatted with my son and even let him help. Everyone that we worked with at Stone International was professional, respectful, friendly, and more than helpful. We also found that they gave us the best price. I highly recommend them! I am LOVING my gorgeous new counter tops!!!

We are very happy with the out come of our kitchen through Stone International! I had my kitchen done in November 2018, I am disappointed with the cabinets, they’re cheaply made, the stain peels off and scratches very easy. Unfortunately this was not an update to my former cabinets, I went backwards in space and convenience, smaller cabinet and a down grade of the carousel . The countertops was the only upgrade and it was impossible to get one at the advertised price of $45, per sf. It didn’t matter what class I selected it was all $60. and above. I had a new sales associate ( I didn’t know that at the time) he was very friendly, but not well informed, my order very unorganized with missing trim pieces and the caddy for the sink which could not be installed after the sink was installed. Lesson learned, take time and shop around, I did, but got distracted by the price of the countertops, don’t let that fool you . As I stated Everything in the warehouse was above that price. I wish I hadMade another choice such as Home Depot, Lowe’s or one of the cabinet stores that we had looked at. The quality, variety, upgrades and Price were much better. “Don’t be fooled “ However I did enjoy working with The installers Tim and his assistant, very hard working and professional. Thanks. I don’t like doing reviews but I hope this will be helpful to someone!! Very expensive lesson!

We bought a home and while I loved my new house, I detested the kitchen, and always knew that I was going to upgrade. We started out with a seafoam green laminate (yuck) and I wanted granite. I did my research and had a few fabricators come into my home and give me estimates. While Stone International was not by far the cheapest, I loved their professionalism. I worked with Jose and Kevin and they were amazing.They worked with my schedule and I even ended up changing my original granite to a different one with no problem. The guys came in and did the work and cleaned up after themselves which was great. I did have one little snafu which we were able to work out and it was fixed with no issues.Do I recommend Stone International? I sure do! Thats why I give them 5 stars and I have been telling everyone about them. They are professional and my experience was amazing!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. They were incredible to work with in the store. We had problems picking a slab so they moved our installation date with no hassle. They had a great selection of granite slabs and I felt it was very reasonably priced and looked fantastic. The installers were prompt and called to give us a 30 minute window. The guys who installed were great. Very professional and polite. They did an awesome job and would reccomend them to anyone!

Stone International offers professional guidance, on time installation and a great product. The entire process from meeting with Jose, inspecting slabs in Denver to having Kevin measure and develop a template while was professional, personal and efficient. We especially appreciated having the old counter tops removed and a plumber available to reconnect our new sink. We purchased the counter top and huge steel under mount kitchen sink from this company. This company is so easy to work with. We went to the store and chose our price point. Next, we went to the wear house, located in town, to choose our slab of granite. Once everything was cleared, we paid for 90% of the granite and the sink. We made our appointment to have the cabinets measured, and the final installation appointment. The man who came out to measure the cabinets was on time, very informative, and professional. We changed our granite choice and it was not an issue. The install date stayed the same. On the day of installation the crew was nice, informative, worked quickly, and very professional. We called the office after the install was complete and paid the remanding 10% of our bill over the phone. It was so easy. We are in the process of selling our home and purchasing a new one. We will be using this company for the counter tops and sink again.

I had an outstanding experience with Stone International in Colorado Springs. Jose and Kevin were always friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. When some of the cabinets arrived from the warehouse with defects, they both insisted on making things right. I am impressed with their customer satisfaction goals. While it should be something every customer expects, its unfortunately rare to find. I am extremely satisfied with the service and products I received from Stone International and would highly recommend them.

Stone International installed kitchen counter tops for me about two years ago and I recently contacted them to do a small counter top with no install. I received excellent customer service for both my large and small projects. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Stone International from the initial estimate all the way to the final installation. Very professional, helpful, priced well and quality materials. We are extremely happy with the final result and will definitely be using them for future projects.

My review is based on price alone. Stone international quoted me $65.00 per sq ft for standard quartz with install. Several places in town offer quartz (remnants) and granite for $45.00 to $50.00 per square foot. Most quartz and granite comes from the same distribution companies. My advice is to do your research and get quotes from at least three granite stores in town. You will find Stone international is one of the more costly installers out there.

I had a great experience with Stone International Colorado Springs. In February 2016 I received a complete kitchen remodel from the floor up, including updating of electrical service and lighting. They were in and out of my house, with granite countertops, in under two weeks. Joses suggestion that they open up a wall by cutting it halfway down from the top saved me a great deal of money as I did not have to replace the floor. The company employs top-notch subcontractors who told me that Stone International was one of their favorite contractors because of how they run their business.

Kevin and his team at Stone International were amazing. I called 4 companies in C/S to get quotes for granite for an outdoor bar area. Stone Internationals price was great but more importantly they were responsive, extremely helpful, professional, and overall it was one of the best contractor/vendor experiences I have ever had. I HIGHLY and without any reservations recommend you use Stone International.

I would like to start off by saying we inquired through three different countertop companies before Sone International and all three of them gave us the run around regarding prices and getting general information. Then we called Stone International and within a few minutes Hailey had given us a solid idea of what we could expect price wise as well as what the differences were in the stone choices. Throughout the entire process Hailey was extremely helpful, patient and very nice! When our counters were finished we had a small issue that was taken care of immediately by Kevin, who is also the owner. Overall we are extremely satisfied with Stone International and would recommend them (and have already) to family and friends.

Extremely disappointed in Stone International, and would not recommend them. I worked with Hailey who was absolutely fantastic - she thoroughly explained everything to me, regarding the process and the scheduling. THEN, the manager, Kevin stepped in. Apparently he does the scheduling, in addition to several other things, or should I say lack of. Hailey told us to plan on 3 days for the current tile backsplash demo, granite install, and new tile install. Demo occurred on first day and then we were told that the granite people would be at our house between noon and 2pm. They finally showed up at 8pm. I asked several questions about the delay, as well as the fact that I had also been called earlier in the day and told that they would not be out on Friday to do any work (even though I had taken the day off work), and would be out on Saturday and Monday if necessary to finish up. But they said not to worry, on Monday, I didnt have to be home if I was ok with just letting them in the house. Excuse me? When asked, Kevin blamed every single one of his employees and took no responsibility for anything that had transpired. Fast forward to Saturday. They came out, did the tile backsplash, did not seal it, and did not caulk it. The tile guy told us that he couldnt do the caulking and someone else would be out to do it. We never received a phone call or a visit from anyone to finish. But they did call Tuesday to ask for the rest of their payment. Again - I do not recommend Stone International in any way shape or form.

Stone International in Colorado Springs is amazing and easy to work with. After researching three countertop installers, we chose them for a total kitchen remodel in 2014 during the busy season at the end of the year. Jose helped us redesign our kitchen to make it look and feel larger. He definitely has a knack for design and space! Stan is amazing at what he does, which is practically everything, including demolition, electrical, and plumbing. He even helped us select the backsplash material, a decision we struggled with for a long time. The cabinet installers and counter installers were all professional and on time; they also cleaned up after themselves (unlike many tradesmen weve encountered). Besides being the boss, Kevin is also an expert template maker, making both jobs look easy. He was always available to answer questions and explain the process, and managed to squeeze in another small job when we decided to replace the powder-room countertop with a piece of the kitchen granite so they would match.Recently, I returned to Stone International to get advice on how to reseal the granite. Jose remembered me by name, remembered the job, and even remembered the kind of slab we chose! He explained the process and offered to come help if I had problems. Excellent customer service, even after 3 years!We have enjoyed my “dream” kitchen these past 3½ years, and can honestly say there is nothing we would have done differently. We recently sold the house, and were certain this beautiful kitchen was a major selling point.We highly recommend Stone International for their customer service, professionalism, and prices.

We used stone international to redo our countertops and backsplash and had a great experience working with them. The advice we got from Hailey on colors and materials was invaluable, the guys who did the removal were really careful, Stan, who did the sheetrock and tile work was great to work with, and Kevin who oversaw the job were all so nice.Its always a little scary when you decide to remodel part of your home, especially the kitchen since its such a central part and we are very pleased with how it all came out. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering this type of remodeling project.
