Carpet Direct was able to replace the old builder grade carpet with some durable, beautiful looking carpet. I have two businesses in my home so I needed carpet that would last and on a specific budget. They walked us through the process and were extremely knowledgeable! Carpet Direct upgraded our pad for free and the warranty is amazing! We even got updated spindles on our stairs the we love. Thanks Christie and your entire team!

I do not recommend carpet direct. She has no care if your carpet has spots show up not even a year later she will keep telling you she will until it is to late.Kris does not back up your product !LazyI usually don’t write reviews but I have called her several time and the installer did also and she did nothing until it was to late past the warranty time .

Carpet Direct replaced our carpet. Christy came to our home, measured and had an estimate the same day. We have ALOT of stairs. The installers did a fabulous job with the details.

Referred by a neighbor, Christie came out and estimated for vinyl plank flooring- the crew came out ripped out the old carpet- installed the planking- great job- great crew- the plus? They also helped me resolve a cabinet issue, detached reset microwave-range and set me up to wrap it up- reasonable cost.Thank guys- when we do tile in the basement, we will call back.

Christie came out for an estimate almost immediately after my call. The materials arrived earlier than expected, but the supplier messed up processing which delayed the job by a day or two. Kris and his team were very respectful of my familys space while they worked and we were home. Kris answered all my questions about our new floors and was so gracious about sharing details of CoSprings (were new to CO). Some of the boards put down, would have been better in a closet where the natural blemishes are less likely to be noticed. Id gladly bring Kris back for any future work.

Had Kris put in an arch in one of my walls and he was supposed to put in a window in my office. This is over 2 years ago and I can not get a call back from him. I was dumb enough to pay him up front for the window.
